Donna Malcolm, who was my contact, was very helpful and went out of her way to facilitate the process of getting a piece of furniture I inherited from Malaysia to me in the UK. Donna navigated the different processes and forms with ease and made the whole process smooth and painless. Thank you so much Donna! I appreciate the care and concern you showed me. Your delivery agent was very polite. I did worry about him lifting the camphour wood chest on his own though!

We needed to find another remover at short notice after our initial move date fell through and Onkar at Eagle was fantastically helpful with arranging a quote at such short notice. The video appointment worked well and Onkar provided useful advice. I would recommend Eagle for great customer service.

A huge thank you to Eagle Relocations for helping us with our move. The team was absolutely fantastic and made the actual move by far the least stressful part of the process! Really helpful, couldn’t have asked for more. We’ll certainly be recommending Eagle to all family and friends.

This time last year ,I had a 20 foot container packed and relocated from Uk to South Africa.I would not recommend this company at all .It was so stressful very opposite to what was promised ,the removal team were not professional . On the first day I only had a two person team arrive .I explained when booking ,that there was a height restriction inside the cottage and one of them was 6ft 5' it was a low beamed cottage he had to work outside .He was rude and moody .I had to call the office to explain it was not going well , I was told they would send another team.
The following day I had six people in my home it was manic as including the two from the previous day which caused an atmosphere.
Another week later the lady at Eagle's who was dealing with the shipment left the company . The final straw was they did not pack the container correctly as on arrival there were spaces, that could of been used, we were told via phone 5 minutes before padlocking the container there was not enough space for everything,on arrival there were reserved items that had gone on i.e xmas decos and important items left off.

Therfore we were told we needed to do a shared consigment at our cost we had no choice as some of the items were parts of items already on the first container i.e headboard for a bed, mattress two table tops which took another several weeks to arrive .Also Some of the reserved items that were taken last, were not protected . I will say they will try to blame us, as we did not have a survey it was during lockdown,I did sent photos and explained I was prepared to have some items held back if they did not fit. I had some previous knowledge of the size etc as in the past I had organised our own 20 foot container to another destination and the issues I have had with them are irrelevant to a survey. What I would recommend is to be present on day of loading on their site not trust Eagle's as our good s were transported from the house to the warehouse then put in the container .I was reassured everything will be loaded profesionally and it was upto us if we wanted to be present, in my mindset was if we were already at our final destination this would not be possible anyway. Items... in the container some arrived damaged I had a new perspex hanging chair scratched, a mahogany bedside table with a broken leg, and a chandelier frame all bent as several fragile items had been packed on top off,even though clearly labeled.I found out later on the crew are contractors do MAINLY house removals and are self employed.It has taken me a year to write this as now it's written on fact, not emotion as was a costly decision. Looking back I should have taken the matter further, and received compensation.

I was kept informed every step of the way. Questions were answered quickly, and delivery was arranged as soon as possible once my move-in date was agreed.

The delivery guys were helpful and friendly. Took care with moving larger pieces of furniture and was happy to ensure I was happy with the position and assembly of the furniture.

Thanks for removing all the empty boxes and packaging material.

The team that moved us over 2.5 days from Northwood to Bedford in May 2022 comprised Gary, Cameron and Danny as well as several of their colleagues.

All of them were absolutely first class and their fleet of vehicles was immaculate and exactly what was required.

They turned up on time and even worked on a bank holiday.

Extremely well organised lead by Gary and everyone worked non stop.

Their price was also extremely competitive and Simon did a good job explaining the whole process when he came to assess the job.

I would definitely recommend Eagle Relocations.

Planning a relocation from within a country is a handful not to talk of relocating from one country to another. I employed the services of Conote Services Nig. Ltd to handle the packaging and transportation of my belonging in Nigeria to the UK. This is a company and people I know and trust. They in turn contacted their partners in the UK, Eagle Relocations to handle the 2nd leg of the trip. Donna Malcolm, the Customer Services and Move Manager contacted me immediately. She was responsive and helpful every step of the way. The delivery of my belongings by Keith was probably my favourite part. He called to inform me when he was on his way. I guessed that he had had a long day buit he was respectful, friendly, funny and helpful during the delivery. Even helped to dispose of the boxes used for the packaging.
I would definitely refer both companies to anyone needing to relocate.

I'm so happy with the service Eagle Relocations provided I want to share. Customer service was brilliant and helped me. The removal guys were so professional, helpful and friendly. I was unsure what to do but I didn't need to do anything! They packed absolutely everything so well and labelled all the boxes so we knew what was in them when we got to the other end. They arrived at the new house and unpacked the lorry, placing all the boxes in the correct rooms in no time. I can honestly recommend the service and if I move again I will hire them. They made the whole move so smooth and stress free.

Following what I can only describe as a nightmare move from Turkey to UK (our goods took a total of 6 months to arrive) Eagle relocations especially Donna were our saviours.With guidance on how to deal with our original Turkish movers, to full updates on our goods movements ,they were a godsend.Thanks so much Eagle for all of your assistance

Very poor service, poor communication. No updates. 5months since handing over the cargo, it is still in the ware house and not reached destination. No ownership of the move. Have to keep chasing up with multiple emails and phone calls to get straight forward response.
Pushy sales man who promises lofty move dates and time frame.

Update - Eagle Relocations is more concerned about responding to this negative review(reply within 5 hours) rather than responding to customer emails which I have been waiting for more than 1 week.

The team that were assigned to us were excellent from beginning to end. Very efficient, knew what they were doing. Packed everything very well and acted in a friendly and professional manner throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Kept us informed and worked with us constantly. Even went above and beyond with some awkward access points to ensure our belongings were delivered as needed. Would definitely recommend eaglerelocations.

Eagle Relocations have been fantastic, I have had a difficult move with a few hiccups and they have adapted to the changes with a level of calmness that I wish I had! Simon and Dominic have been my contacts and I cannot thank them enough, they have gone above and beyond to help me. The guys that packed up the contents of my house in 4 hours deserve a medal and also kept me entertained thoughout! Thank you! I am using Eagle again and also recommended them to family who are due to move.

We had a last minute move which meant a team had to work over the weekend at short notice. I can't praise Eagles enough throughout the whole process.
The quote was very competitive and Simon kept in touch towards the move date to make sure a team were in place.
The Guys packed everything beautifully and were polite and good humoured throughout 2 long days. Nothing was too much trouble and when their were access difficulties at the new address, they found a solution with no complaint and just cracked on.
Eagles should be proud of the team of Guys they have. They took care not to damage any furniture or scratch paintwork, which is a miracle in a narrow 3 storey house. Highly recommend them as a removals / relocation firm

from first point of contact through to packing/moving this was an excellent experience. Andy in the quote/booking department was prompt, well informed and friendly.
My moving crew were punctual, polite, energetic, tidy, professional and worked like Trojans. Cameron, Steve and Lee ran up and down 4 flights of stairs for 2 days without stopping. I would recommend this company with total confidence.

The crew that moved us in (Cameron, Liam and Rob) went above and beyond!! I highly (most highly) recommend them!! They were respectful, fast, very careful and tidy in how they handled moving everything in. What amazes me is how Cameron figured out how to put our American King size bed together!! It was complex (we weren’t much help and we are sadly both engineers). We are also a duplex which meant they had to take a number of things upstairs - all done leaving our new place looking new :-). They also took the empty boxes and trash with them. I wish I could give more stars than 5!! The office tram was also responsive and helpful as things got delayed due to issues outside their control.

Excellent service for a local house move in a time-pressured situation and midst a fuel shortage!
Staff were professional and friendly.
House move co-ordinator was efficient and attentive.
Not cheap though.

From chatting about our needs to the estimator right through the office, packers and removal/transport guys we are very impressed with this firm who made our stressful move 210 miles North so smooth!

The entire experience with Eagle has been very smooth and hassle free. Right from deciding what and how much we can carry to final packing and shipment, everything was done professionally and in a very co-operative manner.

To your driver on the M25 today at around 12.30pm near Watford going anti clockwise. What an idiot bobbing and weaving between traffic and cutting me up in the fast lane.

I only hope he didn’t have anyone’s property in his van!
