I used Eagle Relocations to move from UK to France. The overall process went very well and my container arrived even earlier than originally scheduled, which was a great surprise. On both collection and delivery sides, the packing and unpacking went very well and each team was very efficient and super friendly. Overall service and support have been very professional and everyone at Eagle was very responsive and reactive to any requests I had.

The team have just left out house this morning, and I want to put on record what a pleasure is has been to use EAGLE to help us move.

They arrived promptly, and were magnificent during the entire process of packing our belongings and storing them in the lorry.

They were courteous, professional, meticulous, and thorough. And they seemed to work at lightning speed!

Some of the aspects of their approach were notable:

- pictures specially packed in flat board
- mattresses covered with special bags
- TV and other delicate items covered with packing blankets as well as board
- full inventory list of every box

The only small occurrence was that we offered them a cup of tea, only to find that the tea-bags had been already packed - another example of their speed !

I am extremely happy with the service, and would be happy to be quoted as a satisfied customer reference.

Eagles Relocations did a brilliant job from start to finish.
We were assisted from the very beginning when we did the video survey to the day the move was completed.

What a great team! Liam, Steve and John worked like clockwork - very efficient. They were punctual, patient and manage the expectations really well. They helped our move less stressful despite the delays with the solicitors. Sarah was on top of the comms before, during and after the move.

Eagle helped us with our move to Spain. It was a complicated move with multiple collections, plus COVID and BREXIT didn't help, but Onkar and the team handled everything really well - really happy, 5 stars

The support, professionality, and flexibility made an extreme situation bearable. We had to rearrange the plans several times, even on completion date. And everyone at Egle stayed positive, calm and tried the best to accommodate the new situation.
From start (video survey of our property by Simon) to offloading the last box in our new house (special thanks to Cameron and the whole team) everyone had only our best interest in mind. Highly efficient, careful, supportive, going the extra mile (literally and figuratively speaking), and spending considerable extra hours to help us out of the deep hole the sellers solicitor threw us in. Without the sterling support from Eagle we probably would have ended up in a mental health clinic.
So as a summary: If you look for an expert removal company with fantastic employees from sales to operations to crew, don't look any further. This is your best choice.

Eagle Relocations did our total move. From Packing, Storing, and redelivery from Hertfordshire to Devon when we were ready.
Our First contact Simon was terrific and his pricing was really competitive. We kept in touch even when our first house sale fell through. We worked together throughout the whole process.
The move team packed all our items and took real care with some special items. The boxes were really strong and marked with item types. The furniture and larger items were also well wrapped. Simon also arranged a special delivery for us with items that couldn’t go to store at a reasonable charge.
Eventually all the goods where delivered to Devon.
At all times both crews were helpful, courteous and hardworking, including the depot co-ordinator Sarah.
We would definitely use this company again. ( Not that we intent to move soon😀

Eagle Relocations are a brilliant company. They stepped in at the last minute to help me move my contents into storage and sent a great team to collect my possessions. The moving team were very approachable and helpful over the two days. They were very careful with my house contents and worked really hard both times they were at my house. Would recommend this company and looking forward to my move into my new house when they return everything. Well done team!

We were expecting a big challenge when moving out of our house after 40 years but Eagle Relocations made the process stress free. From initial assessment to packing and removal the company were efficient, helpful and friendly. Even our neighbours commented on how well the team were working on moving out day.

There has been great communication throughout. Any queries that I have had, Simon and Sarah have been able to answer straightaway, they have helped me with forms that I was unsure of and always on hand.

We have had trouble with our visa coming through, yet they were understanding and able to keep our belongings in storage until ready.

The removal team, who's foreman was Tony, were excellent, they were early, efficient and knew their stuff!
