Excellent service
From start to finish Cameron & the team were friendly, efficient with the packing and careful with our property. When we got to our new house they unloaded quickly & ensured everything was placed in the rooms we requested. They made the move as straightforward as possible and we would definitely use Eagle again in the future.

Hired their services because I was moving from Brazil to the UK. They kept me up to date with the status of my goods (left Brazil, on the way, arrived in the port, had delays, etc) being very honest with everything that transpired, which in my case were major delays due to covid which I find completely reasonable.
They also promptly answered every question/message I sent them. My stuff arrived in perfect condition (and I had many fragile things) and I'm extremely satisfied with their service. If you want to have peace of mind when moving, go with them. You will not regret it.

Recent move with Eagle
Onkar, Sarah and team were nothing but exemplary in their service provision.
From initial requirement review/quotation, to juggling and endeavoring to meet the changing target completion date, to the team who swiftly, politely and neatly removed and replaced all items/boxes.
In essence they made a hugely stressful time a lot less so as I didn't need to worry in the slightest that they wouldn't try to alleviate any concern I had.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Amazing movers even during a pandemic and snow!
The service, comms and general manner of all the staff at Eagles RElocation was amazing. They made a difficult move during lockdown with children seem very straight forward and never too much trouble. There was plenty of times they checked in with us to make sure all was going well and the men who packed and then moved our stuff were super human with their amazing stamina to keep going even though it was snowing and -1'c. We were very pleased and cannot recommend them enough. I would definitaly use Eagles again if and when we move again. Thank you for making this move so easy.
A delight to find such a professional and helpful company
Superb dedication from a very professional and friendly team. Everything went smoothly and we are ready to start our new life abroad. Our packing team were wonderful and Sarah and Onkar were with us (virtually) every step of the way.
Never use Eagle Relocations for a move
The guidelines for reviews say to leave out offensive words. This is going to be difficult.
My move was initiated through "Noble Relocations" in the USA. (I'm moving back to the UK from the USA). Everything went SUPERBLY well in the USA with them. It was expensive - but worth it... then we get to Eagle Relocations on this end...
The fees at customs were WAY more than I was expecting. It was VERY expensive and it wasn't something I was prepared for. The move itself... What can I say about this? I waited for the movers to turn up... and waited... they eventually turned up over an hour late. They didn't call to tell me they were going to be late but just showed up. There were two of them. One of them immediately rushed to use my lavatory whilst the other... How can I explain exactly how "Laurel and Hardy" this went? First, I had to move my car so they could back into the driveway. Whilst I was attempting to move my car, the mover who WASN'T in the lavatory was opening the back of the truck... that he had to move so I could put my car where the truck was - which would have allowed all my possessions to spill out the back of the truck. When the other mover came back he eventually closed the truck back up so they could safely move it. I got my car out of the way and they got the truck in place.
The first thing that was said to me (aside from "can I use the little boys room") - "No way your fridge is getting in the house. Even if we took the doors off." No alternative suggestion. Just - it's not coming in - we'll leave it in the back garden. Now, at the time, it was raining. He used some plastic backed cardboard and put it over the top of the fridge to "protect it from the elements". This made me VERY nervous since it's a very expensive fridge. I told him I'd better run out for a tarpaulin but he said they'd be done pretty quickly. I didn't understand this at all as I had a lot of furniture that needed reassembling etc. (part of what I was told was the service). They continued to bring stuff in the house - it took quite some time and I'm getting more and more nervous about the fridge. I told them I was running out to the store to get a tarpaulin. When I came back they *said* they were done. They pretty much high-tailed it out of the house and left me to do a walkthrough. What I found was horrendous. I had a DEEP gouge in my expensive entertainment system. Right on the right front door in plain view. Coupled with numerous other scratches and dents on an otherwise pristine piece of furniture (it was almost brand new - which is why I wanted it with me in the move). The coffee table also had scratches and dents. My daughter's loft bed - they just left in the bedroom - they didn't even attempt to reassemble it. All other boxes etc. were just dumped in various rooms with no regard to where I had actually told them to put them. Some of the stuff was still in the packing materials that it arrived in. (I just, today, unwrapped the last of those items).
I explained all this to the "Managing Director" of Eagle Relocations, Onkar Sharma. His first attitude was that "no way could his boys have done that". That my expectations were unreasonable but that he would "talk to his boys" and get back to me. He didn't. He sent me an email saying that he had had a "family emergency" and he'd get back to me on Monday. This was on Friday the 22nd of January. To be fair he didn't say *which* Monday. Perhaps he'll call me today? Or next week?
I've had no further follow-up to this date. I've attempted to make what little repairs I can to my furniture with furniture wax and stain and such but the damage is done. My expensive fridge is still sat out in the back garden under a tarpaulin until, in the middle of a pandemic lockdown, I can get a bunch of people to help me get it through a window.
I'm still attempting to describe "Eagle Relocations" without using invective. Maybe I'll manage it sometime in the future.
Outstanding service
I booked Eagle Relocations for my move and the service has been impeccable from beginning to end.
At every step of the way I was in touch with a lady called Sarah who checked everything was in place, that I was comfortable with the way we would proceed, etc.
In the last minute, the day before the move I was informed that I would have the furniture for my new flat available in the morning of the move, so I wanted to check with them if it was OK to use the same a van to pick them up.
Within a few minutes they confirmed that was OK, and also were extremely careful that this new furniture was handled with extreme care as I requested.
On the day of the move the van and the two helpers I requested showed up on time and had an excellent attitude making sure everything was taken care of.
I never leave reviews but this time I wanted to take some time to do it as I cannot recommend them enough.

Appalling service and attitude
Eagle Relocations stored some items in the U.K. and shipped other items abroad when I relocated. I returned to the U.K. earlier than expected due to the pandemic. My experience showed me what an appalling company they are and compelled me to warn others and avoid them.
Firstly, they provided poor assistance with shipping my items back to the U.K., I ended up arranging everything myself. Secondly, after quoting to store items on my return, they reneged last minute, leading to my having to move my tenant out of my flat so I would have somewhere for my shipment to be sent - due to the pandemic I gave them some understanding and latitude for not having reneged. Thirdly, due to lockdown, they failed to deliver back items they had in storage and required me to pay for storage I did not need given I now had an empty flat. I tried to ask for a compromise by suggesting that the storage costs during the 3 month lockdown be halved to reflect that the pandemic was neither my nor their fault, but Eagle refused to compromise and forced me to take the full burden of the costs - they did not show me any reciprocal understanding, fairness or co-operation. I had no choice but to take the matter to arbitration via the British Association of Removers (BAR) who unsurprisingly found in my favour and only then did Eagle finally pay me months later after the BAR rejected Eagle’s position completely. Fourthly, when Eagle did deliver my stuff back, some boxes were missing and some items were broken, so this led to yet more hassle as I also then had to make an insurance claim which paid out for their incompetence.
I am a strong supporter of family businesses, but Eagle Relocations have lost future business from me as I will definitely not use them on my future relocations. They have also lost other potential customers as colleagues of mine are also looking to relocate back now that a vaccine is on the horizon, and they have been warned about rather than being referred to Eagle Relocations.
Eagle Relocations are uncaring, unprofessional and only interested in money and not customer care based on my experience and they deserve to be called out so others can avoid them and instead support companies that value customers and deserve business in difficult times.

I did not choose Eagle relocations but were chosen for me by my shipping company. I am glad they did choose Eagle. Communication was excellent via email, updating me on shipping progress, and then on delivery. The delivery team turned up on time, and speedily put all my boxes in my flat.
Great service from start to finish
After submitting a request on a removals comparison site, Eagle were the only company to get in touch personally vs sending a leaflet in the post. They were really adaptable, being able to provide an accurate quote using photos / videos of our house rather than an in person survey as we weren't living there. Then when our completion date moved 3 times, they were patient and accommodating in rearranging. The team who helped us pack and move were incredibly professional, friendly and efficient and a real pleasure to deal with.

Amazing relocation service!!!
We first used Eagle Relocations to move from the UK to Hong Kong in 2005. After 2 years we decided to move to Singapore, and then in 2019 we came back to the UK. For each move we used Eagle Relocations, first to pack us up and ship us to Hong Kong, then to manage our move to Singapore and then to bring us back to the UK. In all aspects they did a fantastic job and helped manage all of our moves seamlessly. Great customer service, always available and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
