Dreadful charges. Don't use.

I used them a while back. They kept pushing and pushing to get the removal date booked. The date fell through twice due to my buyer delaying signing contracts for some reason but, as it was short notice, they charged for date changes. Not impressed. I complained to the removal ombudsman company and, I got one of the charges waived. They should not keep pushing to get the date booked when contracts have not been exchanged. Sounds like a money grab attempt. I would not recommend due to their practices.
** Take note, they don't use Trustpilot or try to sort out problems listed on here.That speaks volumes**

Almost no service in destination country

TL;DR This company is nice to you in the host country, but once they ship the container the service more or less ends. They managed to deliver my stuff, but did not exactly inspire trust.

When my stuff arrived in the destination country, it was delayed at the port since Eagle had not yet paid the local movers. The local moving company claimed they were in contact with Eagle about the issue, but when I lost my patience and called Eagle, they did not even know about the issue! My contact person was on holiday, and it seems that there is zero sharing of knowledge between the agents so I just had to wait.

After my items were delivered, the local movers said that they would come by later and pick up the packaging material, so I could take my time to unpack. However, after contacting the local company many times to arrange this pickup, I never managed to get them to actually do it. They kept saying that my proposed times did not fit into their schedule, even though I offered mornings, evenings, weekends, and even to stay home from work one of the days. In the end I had to hire another company to dispose of the packing material, which costs a significant amount of money here.
I contacted Eagle to try to get them to reimburse the removal fee, but they claimed that the removal was not included in the offer. If this had been the case, I would simple have had the movers unpack my items, which was explicitly included in the contract. I I did them a favor by not letting them wait, and then they made me pay for it.
In the end, Eagle dealt with this issue by simply not responding to my mails. I can't believe they deal with issues by cutting off communication to a customer who paid thousands for their service!

Update: The response below is actually a good example of how Eagle responds to complaints. The response is simply a statement by the agent that they did their job. The mail correspondence between me and Eagle contains several objections to that statement, but they don’t seem to care what the customer has to say. The debris collection was just a minor problem, but this attitude is why I will not recommend Eagle.

I've now managed to looking your file and note that this was delivered late last year. In regard to your debris collection, this is the comment from our agent:


Our crew took the materials that they unpacked as we normally do. As part of our service, we do offer to come back to collect the boxes for those that was not unpacked. However, it can only be when we are available within the area or our crew has the available time to do it.

Unfortunately, Mr. XXX wanted it picked up only when he's home which is before 9am or evening. Basically, we cannot guarantee a time for pick up. We can only guarantee the date but never the time and that's why we advise our client to leave it outside which client cannot or would not do as well.

He does not need to hire a different company to dispose of boxes or packing materials. These are regular thrash that the city collects on a weekly basis for free.


I apologise if it was not as you had wished but we certainly did not abandon you as suggested and there are numerous emails with our office and our partners in Japan to find a way to have your debris collected.

They are not an honest or trustworthy…

They are not an honest or trustworthy company, they first quote a price and when everything is paid for, they go on to quote a different price. They first sent me a quote with a price, which I then sent the company that was paying for my relocation. Once everything was paid for, they charged me extra for an amount that was not in the quotation they had sent me. I will make sure not to recommend their services to anyone and I am really surprised they are allowed to operate in this manner.

Kyle & Lewis

This review is to shout out Kyle & Lewis who helped us move to Bournemouth! They turned up earlier which was great as moving houses can always be quote stressful and on the day you just want to get on with it. They were efficient, friendly and quick. Top work boys!

The Eagle team were fantastic and made…

The Eagle team were fantastic and made our move a pain free and very pleasant experience. Given we had accumulated 7 years worth of items at our old property we were expecting the process to be long, drawn out and stressful. The packers were brilliant, communicating well with us throughout and ensuring nothing was lost or damaged on route. Goods were packed in such a way that the items were easy to unpack in our new home.

There was no damage and all items were put back together in our new homw without any issues. We wouldnt hesistate to use Eagle again and would recommend them to any friends or family.

DELAY IN PAYMENT

the packing and securing the packages was done well the shipper was happy, we was contracted to be the destination agents, and we had completed the destination services we sent our invoice for payment and it has been 4 months now our invoice is pending for payment.

we have emailed the accounts team and even the managing director there is no response on our payment.

last email we received from manging director payment will be done by this week(which was 4 weeks ago) and still waiting for payment.

There is no zero or negative here…

There is no zero or negative here because that's what worth is EAGLE relocations and their counterpart AGARAWALS packers and Movers.
Paid 8000GB to transport my things to India and unfortunately had to return things as my plan changed.
Got my goods completely damaged
Brand new sofas RAT EATEN,BROKEN CABINETS,shattered DECOARTIVE ITEMS ,LOADS OF DINNER PLATES BROKEN INTO BITS AND PIECES,almost all boxes were filled with rat faeces all over clothes and even found DEAD RAT IN A BOX .
This is the level of customer service we get for such a heavy price.
When I contacted the eagles team I was told that my return trip was not insured now how on earth I am meant to know that it wasnt insured and why should i pay 8000 pounds to get broken goods if want it intact pay 200 more for insurance !!!
THATS COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS WHY DO WE EVEN PAY FEES IF THEY CANNOT GAURANTEE FOR ITEMS OR ATLEAST COMPENSATE FOR BROKEN GOODS.
we contacted eagles many times and finally the staff who we were in touch with MR ONKAR, who promised he will look into it never had basic courtesy to atleast respond !!!!
PLEASE NEVER GO WITH THE EAGLES RELOACTIONS OR AGARAWALS IF YOU LOVE YOUR ITEMS AND YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ...BECAUSE BOTH ARE GONE!!!

Eagle Relocations Ripp Off

Initially, I had a good experience with the Eagle Relocations salesperson. I had asked them for prices on a small move of mine direct to Brisbane on 26 November 2018, about 100 cubic feet which were comparable with other companies. I also asked the salesperson to price in two months storage until 28/01/2019 at their warehouse in the UK, which added £120 to the cost. This was because I had no delivery address and wanted to apply for Australian Residency first before sending my goods. The move coordinator I was given was unfriendly to begin with, but I had already signed the acceptance form, and the pickup date was set 26.11.18. Pick up went off without a hitch and I left a day later for Southeast Asia, en-rout to Brisbane On the 15.12.18. I received an email from the move coordinator to say my belongings had been loaded on to a container and shipped and would arrive Sydney 29.January 2019! My reply was why the move coordinator and sales team had not read my contract properly! The move coordinator wrote back just saying "sorry for the oversight we will get things sorted" All my goods eventually arrived in Brisbane via train from Sydney but on asking for my £120 refund of the UK storage charges, there has still been no answer. No doubt if you are a large company there will be much more attentive service! Now I have heard that my application for residency failed so will have to get rid of my gear down under or pay to have it shipped back to Europe.

Worst moving experience ever.

We moved from the UK to the US and used them. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. They gave us a quote to store some items of furniture in the UK for a year and we were told it included insurance only to get an email a couple of months later to tell us the insurance included was only for 60 days. When our stuff was supposed to arrive in the US we asked them for a quote to store our items for a couple of month but they quoted us a ridiculous amount. Next time I need to move I will use Pickfords.

Top Class service, competitive price

We were extremely impressed by the staff and service right throughout our move. From Shreeya sorting out costing and arranging the survey by Simon at short notice, right through to the removal team led by Steve with their speed and efficiency along with their pleasant attitude and care for our possessions.

Basically, we could not have done our last minute move without them all. We were in the situation of starting to pack up the house on Wednesday without having exchanged till later that day for completion on the same Friday.

Very competitive on price, this was our first experience of having our goods packed and it was worth every penny. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eagle to anyone including my Sister in law who is hopefully moving to Norfolk next year.

It has been a pleasure dealing with a professional and efficient company.

I used Eagle Relocations Ltd to move form London to Australia

I used Eagle Relocations Ltd to move from London to Australia. From start to finish the staff were amazing. Always available to take my calls and respond to my questions. The staff in both countries were professional and helpful. All my belongings arrived within the timeframe quoted and nothing was broken. I would use this company again and highly recommend it to anyone making such a big move.

Move from Watford to Manchester

I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

My house buy and sale was very complicated and stressful because of a difficult buyer and poor conveyancing.
The actual move was the easiest bit thanks to these people. They were also cheapest for a full pack and removal. Another BAR company quoted me almost £1000 more for the move and that did not include packing!

They arrived when they said they would and gave me a call beforehand. The team were polite and friendly: very professional. I was pretty stressed out on the day but they just took care of everything.

When I finally got my moving in date, again they did not disappoint. Got my stuff in quickly, moved furniture around when I got into a muddle and really they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Excellent service 👍

Bad experience and lying staff…

Bad experience and lying staff including the managing director. In March 2018 they moved my things from my apartment in London to Singapore. However, they made several mistakes. I learned very quickly one department (e.g. Sales) promises something but the other departments don't know about it or don't deliver on it. For example, they almost broke a £1000 lamp if it wasn't for me being there at the right time telling them not to bend this lamp, which I had very clearly instructed the Sales dept not to do.

Last but not least, they started lying to me. Due to some of these mistakes there was no need anymore to use a crate. However, they still charged me for it. When I complained and asked to be reimbursed for the crate costs, they pretended the crate was still necessary and started lying. After several discussions I had enough and I escalated it to the managing director. He initially promised to reimburse me in full. But he then changed his mind and broke his promise, pretended the crate was still necessary with a complete nonsense argumentation.

Very pleased with the service received

Very pleased with the service received. From my initial enquiry to our belongings being delivered, Eagle have been very responsive in answering questions and generally taking the stress out of moving abroad. Response was always very quick and professional and all our belongings arrived safely and in the same condition that they left London. I would 100% use their services again and would recommend without hesitation.

Execellent company and service

Execellent company and service! The team turned up promptly to pack our whole house for us, they were extremely friendly and professional and no job was too big for them! All items were packed with a lot of care and they were very quick too! We also used their storage as our new house was being renovated, everything has just come out of storage and delivered and everything was in the conditions it went in!! A really lovely delivery team too!

We picked his company online as we didn’t have any recommendations to use, so I hope this can be helpful for others in our situation! I would not hesitate in recommending Eagle relocations to anyone, not only was it hassle free and a great service they were also very competitively priced!!

From central London to central Bath

Eagle moved my family from central London to Bath recently and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They answered our questions, reassured us and were on hand throughout the build up to the move. When the day came, the team were friendly, professional and careful with all our treasured possessions. There was no grumbling about a 70kg bbq being carried up a flight of stairs and the music played during the packing and unpacking turning what should have been a stressful day into more of a party. Thank you to all of the team at Eagle Relocations.

Nothing but praise for Eagle…

Nothing but praise for Eagle Relocations. Our move from Hertfordshire to East Yorkshire turned out to be unexpectedly complex: our completion was delayed by 3 days causing confusion over the move date, the specialist piano remover fell ill and had to be replaced at the last moment. Eagle took all this is in their stride and calmly sorted everything out. The crews handling the move worked incredibly hard and with unfailing good humour. And all for a very competitive charge. Brilliant and highly recommended.

Outstanding service from Eagle

I can not recommend Eagle Relocations highly enough. We used their services for a domestic house move. They were fantastic from the first quote to the final box being delivered. They were highly professional and explained every part of the removal process in detail and kept in touch in the lead-up to the removals. The crew on the packing day and removals day were exceptional. They were friendly, professional and highly competent and they made the stressful process of moving house so much easier.

Very Happy Customer!

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of using Eagle Relocations for an international move. I have nothing but praise for Joshua and his team and the professional service they provide.
From start to destination, they kept me informed and aware of all stages of the move. This last move I had a full packing service which was fantastic – done with speed and efficiency -meaning all my goods arrived at destination in good order. The destination deliverers were also fantastic and my delivery was completed within days of arriving in the Country! Many thanks once again to the whole team at Eagle Relations and no doubt I will be using their services again in the very near future - keep up the good work.
