Mifo upgrade

I purchased the mifo s to replace the 05 mifo. The mifo s is a lot better for me as it fits more snuggly in my ear. The quality of the sound seems better to me. Unfortunately the extra money I paid for 'express delivery ' took 6 days, not the 2or 3 that was promised, this was disappointing.

Unfortunately Australian Post express services does not offer delivery guaranties. your address is located in regional SA usually it's slower compared to Metro deliveries. Not to mention looking up your tracking details the 6 days you claimed includes a weekend which Australia post does not operate. We would never promise or guaranty any delivery times as we don't operate the delivery services. 2-3 Working Days is a general guide on express post delivery times interstate metro areas.

Super-fast delivery

I honestly can't believe how quickly I received my earbuds. They came less than 24 hrs after I ordered! And this during the Christmas shopping period. Great company to deal with.

Mifo S earbuds faulty and poor customer service

Mifo S earbuds arrived and only one bud working. Called the telephone number and no reply. Messaged to enquire re sending back and no response - $200 for earbuds which are defective.

you contacted us through our Live chat on Saturday which is Offline (clearly states 9-5 Mon to Fri) but we replied through email asking for more info on the issue. you then tried to call us on Monday morning we were taking several calls and you couldn't get through. We called you back around 11am and offered you a solution. Unfortunately, as a small business we don't offer instant support 24/7. please be more understanding.

Never arrived and all attempts to contact have failed.

Ordered the product on 17th September now 13th October and nothing arrived. Emails go unanswered, the "chat bubble" is not working. I think my money is gone so have little option but to approach the state department of fair trading. What a complete waste of time and money. I will never deal with this company again.

Items arrived with good service from shop

Edit:
The items did arrive in the end. Worked well with the sony ear buds and improved the experience.
Happy with the staff's response and assurance over email after I contacted them.

Hi Leslie, We understand your frustration and our support has already explained possible delay in shipping or missing parcel. You've ordered some replacement eartips on the 18th we've shipped it out on the 19th. due to the small size of the eartips and your selection of free postage we shipped it out with letter mail + signature on delivery tracking and dropped it off into a mail box. Normal shipping from VIC to WA will take some time specially the delay during the long weekend + queens funeral public holidays. If the mail is lost we are happy to replace it for you.

Fits like a glove

Mail was fast, any questions I had were answered promptly and they sit in my ear perfect. I've been running with them and they don't fall out. I have had the iPhone reconnect to the ear buds whilst I was on the phone, even though I put them back in their charging pod. That was weird. But otherwise they're great (note I haven't slept on them yet)

Great Service

Received 2 sets of Mifo S Earbuds for my wife and I.
My wife could not ware the earbuds as she as extremely small ears.
1 set was sent back to Earspan for a full refund without any issues at all.
Very prompt refund.
Would highly recommend Earspan.
