The website had advertised 'TAP'…
The website had advertised 'TAP' earspan buds and it turns out TAP doesn't mean Touch. The TAP earspan buds were faulty and the company has denied all responsibility.

Fred Chama left a negative down below and has made another account to left another negative simply because he sent back his earbuds but with one missing earpiece claiming its faulty and he miss-placed it. We refused his upgrade request as we need the whole unit without missing pieces to be sent back.

Earbuds (order #5435) okay for others
I got the Earbuds (order #5435) okay. I read the leaflet, had a job to understand what I had to do. I tried them several times, but they kept falling out of my ears. If I listened to heaps of noisy music they would have been alright, but the main thing was to block out noise (not music) except in my church. This did not happen, so I am returning them. They are great really, but not for me.

Hi Janice, we did recommend those earbuds to you because you've mentioned you had a operation and are sensitive in your ears with enlarged canal. Those mifo S earbuds you've ordered are the smallest and most comfortable around, we even included extra large foam tips the largest available for free. unfortunately they seem to be still too small causing fall outs. you might need to go into a shop and see if they have demo units for you to try on for the perfect fit/comfort.

It is misleading advertisement when you advertised that it has tap function. Tap is understood as touch when in fact it press. The ear buds have rough sound and battery only last only 36 hours. Very unhappy I got an inferior product and is not the latest touch ear buds.
