Amazing!!!
Came in the mail really quickly. From first use I was amazed at the sound quality of these earbuds, I haven’t had any issues yet. There are plenty of different sizes of buds, I couldn’t imagine someone not being able to find one that fits. Overall these are awesome!

Fantastic service and SO super helpful..
I couldn’t get a replacement set of ear-tips for my Lypertek Tevi Earbuds; the original eartips that came with the new Lypertek earbuds had degraded (after only about 4-5 months) and I had looked everywhere online - and I mean everywhere - and finally I happened upon “Earspan”
The Earspan Customer Service were amazing, and even though it was a very small order they went well above and beyond your average customer services by guiding me towards some non-Lypertek Tevi eartips they had in stock.. this was a lifesaver for me, because otherwise I’d have had a set of new Earbuds that I couldn’t wear, and *Lypertek TEVI do NOT provide a “SPARE set of eartips” to be bought post- purchase of their Earbuds .. (at least, not in Australia 🇦🇺!)
EarSpan sent me 4 eartips to try to see which fitted best on my Lypertek Tevi earbuds (& was the best fit, for my ears) and then helped me with guidance on how to complete this little transaction.
I couldn’t speak more highly of them ..
They were terrific throughout my queries, patient with my questions, supportive & helpful from beginning to end, even though it was - for them - a very small transaction!!

Microphone worked for a day
The earphones worked on the phone I paired them with and then the Mike stopped working after I paired them with my laptop. To be fair I have sent the customer service team an email and they may make everything ok...but right now, I have headphones I can't use for meetings, which is why I bought them

hi David, we understand your frustration of wanting your product to work as you wanted every time but with electronics it's not always the case especially with pairing to difference devices. If the earbuds work fine on your phone and only the mic isn't working on your laptop it would most likely you didn't setup the mic correctly on your OS or have not select the handsfree option on your sound device settings. please contact us support@earspan.com as we might able to help you set it up. leaving us a 2 star because of this is unhelpful as it's likely to be a user error that we can help rectify.

Bren Thanks for the feed back. you ordered on a Saturday and we sent it on Monday (this is on the tracking). Auspost delays are widely known on the news due to Covid, Strike action and influx of Online orders. It's also clearly stated on their website. You've also opted for Free none express postage which would see even longer delays. unfortunately we can only lodge the parcel on time. Postage delays are out of our control.

Excellent Service, item received in a couple of days and earlier than predicted. Xiaomi Headphones are excellent, I look nowhere else these days when it comes to affordable and reliable products.

Good buds!
These are great! Easily paired with my phone , sound is as good if not better than my jabra 85t and jaybird vista . The case is solid. Definitely won't forget it in your pocket. Battery lasts all day. Very comfortable fit. I've sweat all over them in a marathon and at work and the work fine. If I have to find something wrong with them , Triple press to change song sucks and I don't think it can be changed.
