Great service, again.

Great price on a rental car, only needed a car for one day so booked a basic car. Way cheaper than a taxi, pretty painless service (although at night it may be worth you getting the office line to divert to the mobile number), but as I hadn't put my flight details on the booking you didn't know when i landed. Still only about 15 min from landing to pickup is good.

You could do with a sign at the end of the lane though!

Great service , straightforward, no problems encountered

I had a nightmare getting my hire car back to the drop off point. Robert was brilliant, he made sure I got to the airport on time for my flight, and was very professional with his demeanour and ability to get me where I needed to be, I’m very grateful for his help and managed to get on my flight with a little time to spare. The staff that arranged my car for collection were also very good, even managing to get me laughing Whilst picking my car up for travel to a family funeral, thanks to you all.

Near the airport with a shuttle provided! Cant get easier or cheaper than that!

Several attempts to up sell the offering which was a little off putting

Staggeringly awful. Had arranged to collect car from Belfast International Airport on Sunday 27th October- booked on line .Only paid 10% deposit thankfully as had questions regarding adding my son as named driver . Our taxi arrived at a manky industrial area outside airport with a few run down looking portacabins. One of these was the ‘Office’ of Easirent. On arrival they asked why we were there !!? Initially couldn’t trace our booking then checked through system again and there it was . Unfortunately there were no cars available and we were invited to wait for ‘ 2 or 3 hours , maybe more , it just depends on people returning their hire car on time’ We declined the invite to wait in portacabin and had the taxi take us to airport where another vehicle was arranged. Five days after there is still no sign of my deposit being returned, what a surprise.
