We was refused a refund

We was refused a refund. My partner paid for the rental online. I did not have my card to hand. We was therefore refused a refund and was treated like dirt. Avoid these.

Booked and had to Canncel after 30…

Booked and had to Canncel after 30 minutes , called and refused a refund.. They Chargre 3 day canccelalation fees.

very high access money they hold balance on your credit/debit card

Booked Van online for £19.99, went next day Sunday to collect the van everything was good except the access they charges. they hold your balance from your credit card which was £1250 + £100(Fuel Deposit) = Total £1350 which i think is extortionate. But if you can't afford that or have not got enough money on your credit card then they offer you lower access which in my case was £250 on your debit card that they will hold on to £250 on your debit card but they charged my £20 for this lower access. so they charged me more than the double that i booked the van for. fuel policy is ok, and on return no hidden charges which was good too. apart from that extra £20 and high access money it was all too smooth.

Receptionist was condesending

Receptionist was condesending. Tried to charge me £180 for using debit card instead of credit card. Cancelled booking.
