Disgusted how the man on the front desk handled me. Do not recommend!! He was no help on trying to resolve the situation of me not having two proofs of address as I explained several times my situation in the middle of moving homes. He didn’t even want to help with my refund and was told just to “do it yourself” with no guidance he just didn’t want to help at all. Just rude with poor customer service!!!

All OK except that I couldn’t edit my booking. The edit button only took me back to the start of my booking. I wanted to amend my return time.
Otherwise all clear and efficient.
Easirent where very friendly and helpful from the get go, have absolutely no complaints about the service I received. Had a negative experience at another firm (Bank View Hire) so I would definitely recommend Easirent.
Excellent company to do business with, nothing was to much trouble for Steve at the Bootle branch. They have now got a long term customer in me.
"Up to 10 working days.." ".. can be more" waiting time for the refund for cancelling the reservation because I don't own a credit card with limit "between £150 and £2500".
