Excellent service by all members of staff, very helpful!!!
I tried other car hire companies but Easirent was the most efficient and helpful in all aspects of paper work and friendly customer service!!!

Very easy to book and straight to the point.

Firstly had to wait for a car to be returned by the previous owner and had to take the car as seen, secondly wanted to see my private excess insurance and was asked "Does it pay out?) thirdly on the return of the vehicle they identified two "new" damages. A pinprick chip on the front wing obviously caused by something being thrown off the road - wear and tear - and a mark on the boot lip. I suddenly found £465 taken from my credit card for "repairs" IF repairs were necessary and I doubt they will be done, these charges are excessive. a genuine con job and a hire car I definitely won't use or recommend. So be careful if booking through Rentalcars.com who I use regularly that they don't recommend this company.

Booking process was very easy, found the website to be user friendly. Everything was explained clearly so I know what to take with me when I collect the car and what is and isn't included. Price was reasonable compared with other local companies. I would recommend and would use them again.

Absolutely horrendous. We've rented with easirent before and had no issue, but never through Luton. We booked a cat b car and were given an a, with only 4 seats instead of 5. The man who gave us the car pointed out a few small surface scratches and insisted he didn't need to write then down as they could not have a nail put in them. Upon our return they claimed one of these very same scratches was deep and we would be charged £195 for it. The manager was ignorant, rude and would not accept anything we said, he refused to discuss this with me as the car was in my partner's name, he laughed at me when I stated I would make a complaint to head office. Absolutely atrocious, never again!

Great service from Ali and Auris at Easirent Luton Airparks. I was very late due to delayed flight and the guys stayed back to hand over the car. Good quality, great price and excellent service so what more could anyone ask for. I'll use again and will recommend to my friends.

Following on a great experience several weeks ago when I rented from their Luton branch I decided to rent from them again on this occasion.
The car park shuttle bus runs very regularly from the airport and it is free once you show them the rental booking.
It took less than fifteen minutes to get to the rental office and once there the staff were very polite and efficient.

There was no push sell their own insurance and on this occasion I got a free upgrade which was very welcome.

All the minor marks that I found on the car were noted on the record without hesitation and I was ready to roll within ten minutes.

The car was of a very high spec and not more than six months old.
We did not have any problems with the car.

On my return there was no magnifying glass inspection and the whole transaction took less than five minutes.
The enclosed bus shelter is right beside the rental office and the shuttle bus collected us within five minutes. In another twelve minutes we were in the Airport.
Another excellent rental and i will be back to Easirent for my next rental.

Avoid at all cost, rude staff who are unwilling to help.
Impossible to get a refund in fact impossible to contact them to discuss.
Head office not accepting any queries regarding refunds as they have a backlog!!!
My rental was back in December 2019.

In response to your response.......we did show and to be honest that is the sort of response I would expect.
Absolute diabolical customer service!!!!
The booking agent has emailed you 4 times and had no response from you!
Now Just process my refund please.

Mark at Easirent made the process of collecting a van very straight forward, he is friendly and efficient. The van was almost brand new. Overall a great service and highly recommended. Top tip: make sure you take all the required documentation, as we did (DVLA check code etc. if required) - makes things much easier!

I've rented a few vans from this branch since my first review but neglected to leave more feedback, so consider this a 5 star recommendation for each of my last 3 or 4 visits.
I'm getting to know the guys at Luton Airparks, and always admire their calm professionalism, and stress free approach to car and van rental. Kingsly sorted the paperwork without any fuss, and Chai booked me out in a few minutes. No issues on return either - very smooth. Rahman, Grabbi, Mark, Mamun and Ihan all have helped me out over my last few visits, though Khaleed must have moved on. (I make a point of remembering names when I get good service!)

Me and Gabriele booked a small car for a weekend trip.

From Luton airport, go to BAY R and get a blue coloured free shuttle bus- called AIRPARKS. We lost an hour just trying to figure out which shuttle bus to take.

1) We were welcomed by Kingsley and he also gave us a free upgrade to an estate car and explained us everything in detail.
2) J handed over the keys and was very helpful and explained us the procedure to leave the airpark.
3) While we returned the car, we were helped through the process in 2 mins by Bogdan and Gabriel. Both are super efficient!
4) The only down side to this entire experience was we had to show 2 documents for address proof, which was time consuming.
5) We got 5GBP discount for our next booking through Trustpilot. Don't forget to ask for it!
