It does the job

We took the Easybus from the Geneva airport to Chamonix in June, 2016. We were a little unsure of exactly where to wait at the Geneva airport, but none of the shuttle buses to Chamonix has a labelled stop. The Easybus arrived on time. The driver was pleasant and loaded our bags. The bus was new-ish and clean, although the seats are narrow and small. We knew it would take us to the bus stop in Chamonix because we'd read the reservation and the website, so we were prepared to get to our hotel from there using the free Le Mulet bus. We used Easybus for the return trip to Geneva, again with no problems. It was significantly cheaper than the other shuttles. I would use this Easybus again without hesitation.

Never Easybus again.

We had a very bad experience with Easybus from Place Andre Malroux, Paris to the CDG Airport on the 25 of April. The bus never came to pick us up.
We had tickets to 0830 and were at the busstop at 0800. The 0800 bus wasn't at the stop and "Our" bus 0830 did never arrive either. At 0900 where there still wasn't a bus, we had to take a cab to the airport to a Price of 55 Euro- otherwise we had missed Our Easyjet plane too.
We made a complain on the Easybus HomePage after arriving home, but they dont even send an answer.
We meant that it would be reasonably that Easybus refunded both the cab and the bustickets.
We never use Easybus again and won't recommand to anyone.

The bus never came

We had booked easybus from Gatwick airport to London Earl's Court Station. We waited more than an hour our bus. First we thought it was late or something but there were other people waiting it too - and they had booked their bus even earlier than we had and their bus had'n came yet! So we waited there for ages, and saw not one easybus. So, we gave up and we had to buy expensive train tickets to get to London, because our easybus never came. So NEVER use easybus, I do not recommend it to anyone. You just lose your money and time if you even try it..

No refunds

My easyjet flight got delayed and we arrived 60min late at the bus stop. The woman there told us that the next bus is running in another 45min and our ticket will be invalid then. We have to buy new tickets at the ticket counter (not possible with the driver) and won't get refunds for our first tickets. We did as the woman told us, took the bus from Gatwick to Victoria and it took 2 hours because of road works. Unacceptable.

Was desperate, booked, became more desperate

Useless..!

The bus did not turn up (Geneva to Chamonix) and despite 5 months and 8 attempts from me to claim a refund easybus have still yet to reply to me and ignore all contact.

I'd rather walk than risk these guys again.

It was okay

The bus stop was a little bit confusing --> no signs at the stop. There was one sign but it said " staff only", so that was very confusing. The bus/minibus came on time and the bus driver was very friendly. We were able to get on even though we were 1.5 hours late (flight delay. Originally we had to take the bus at 19.15 but we took the one at 20.45: no problem). The bus itself was okay. Bit old, dark and warm but it was okay if you look at the price. All in all: good way to get to london, but don't expect to much.

Totally unreliable

The bus that should take me from Golders Green to Luton never showed up. Lucky i could only just get on my flight by using the train.
When i complaind bout it they reacted that the service was opperated by National Express, so they would forward my claim for refund to that organisation. Rubbish, i booked with Easybus, not with Naitional Express.
Absolute crap and unreliable. Will never use this service again.

was good to stansted, but now avoid

i used easybus to stansted a number of times when it was a easybus service run by them using their minibuses. Never had a problem on the half dozen times I used it. But now that service is sold on easybus website but run by airport express. Avoid. it is slow, and despite the claim you can take another bus if you are early or late. No longer applies. Plus the time of the journey is 1.5 hours from london as this service goes all around london picking up passengers and does not go direct to the airport as it did before. avoid. I had to use the stansted express bus as my easybus never arrived. paid £12 extra and never got a refund from easybus.

Avoid at all costs!!

We booked easy bus for transfer from London to Gatwick North. The bus never arrived. Additionally, when the next bus arrived, it was minibus with a maximum of 14 passengers. Needless to say, by the time the bus arrived, there were about double the amount of people trying to get on. We finally left with close to an hour delay, and after we closed the back door of the vehicle which the driver had forgotten to close in the midst of trying to sort who can or cannot get on the bus. Bottom line: NEVER AGAIN. If this is the best they can do, i suggest they close down and let someone do the job who actually has a shred of comprehension as to what decent customer service looks like, as "easy" bus has certainly no clue whatsoever!!

The bus had an accident. I DIDN'T get my refund

Bus did not arrive at destination as it had an accident at on the way going to the Stansted Airport, due to the driver's mistake and recklessness. The driver told us the next bus maybe coming in an hour time. All the passengers were very angry and frustrated. I then took the train to the airport. I nearly missed my flight. When I emailed them asking for a refund, they said the bus service was not provided by their company and did not pay me refund.
Below is the email from them:

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your email. We would like to apologise if this service did not meet your expectations. I apologise for any incident that happened on this route.

Please be advised that this services is operated on our behalf by National Express. Your complaint therefore, concerns National Express employees. We will forward this issue onto National Express, who we are sure will deal with it appropriately.

My mistake, it is Airport Bus Express. Apologies for this. Please be aware we do not offer refunds for consequential loss. This is explained in our terms and conditions. I believe Airport Bus Express do not offer refunds on any of their routes. I will forward your comments onto them.

Kind regards,

Ridiculous

My partner bought us two tickets from London to Stanstead Airport and the bus just never showed up. We asked the official who was there, also waiting, and he said he didn't know why the bus wasn't there, and that we would have to wait for the next one, which was 1 hour from then. He didn't tell us anything else or even give us a reason. We almost missed our flight because of this nonsense.
To top things off, the bus that eventually arrived smelled like poop. The entire bus was just stinking of decades of fecal matter that got into a new intensity level every time the bus took a turn. Had to spend the entire journey covering my nose and mouth with my shirt. Disgusting.
Worst travel experience of my life.

Dear Sir or Madam,
yesterday morning I booked a ticket for me and my friend from Waterloo Station to Gatwick airport. I received the following
confirmation email (exerpt):

Reservierungsnummer : XXX
Datum : 27/04/2016
Abreise : CENTRAL LONDON WATERLOO Waterloo Station
Zeit : 15:10
Datum : 27/04/2016
Ankunft : GATWICK AIRPORT Gatwick South
Zeit : 16:30
Plätze : 2

Sadly the bus never arrived and we had to take the train!
A search on your booking side revelead that you seemed to have changed the departure destination of the bus from Waterloo Station to Stockwell after I had booked!

I just found the following message on your facebook page: [George Ciolac: Hello
Unfortunately your company decided to suspend service from Waterloo St to Gatwick on 27th April 2016....]

That means you already knew that you wouldn´t service Waterloo Station on the 27th of April, but still sold me a ticket!

I demand a full refund of the GBP20.60 !

Yours,
XXX

Dear customer service,

I know that you want to close the route to Waterloo Station on monday. The problem is that you already closed the route down!! Look at your own timetable for today(29th! There are no busses to or from Waterloo Station to Gattwick airport!
The problem on the 27th was that in the morning I still found busses in your timetable leaving from Waterloo Station and was able to book it. But as no bus arrived and i looked again the table had changed and there were no more busses leaving from Waterloo Station noted for the whole day, instead there where busses for the same time, but from Stockwell!
I attached a screenshot of the confirmation email i received.

Greetings,
XXX

Our service stopped on the 1st May, we were operating a reduced service up till then.

Hi,

I don't understand what a reduced service has to do with my problem!
I booked a bus for 27th of April at 15:10 from Waterloo Station (see my confirmation Email), but there were no bus, because the 15:10 bus was leaving from Stockwell on the 27th! If i would have known that before i wouldn't have booked the bus, because i didn't want to travell to Stockwell!
These reduction in service of your company was planed for a long time before, but your booking timetable on the 27th didn't reflected that! I booked the bus on the morning of the 27th and was able to buy a tour starting from Waterloo Station(see confirmation Email), even so that conection wasn't serviced because of the reduced service!
Thats why i want my money refounded.

Greetings,
XXX

Hi,

Hi,

Let me get this straight. Even though you just admited that your timetable was showing the wrong departure station (Stockwell) and i waited till 15:20 (10 minutes after departure time) at Waterloo Station it is still not justified to refound my money, because you claim that the bus was running? Thats ridiculous! Your bus should have left 10 minutes ago, the internet timetable suddenly shows a total different departure station for it and you have to catch your plane, but in this situation you have to keep on waiting and believe?
Long story short, your company made two grave errors, the wrong/ too late edited timetable and the bus (if it was even running to Waterloo Station) being late, which in combination made is highly plausibel that there won't be a bus and because of that made me take the train instead. Therefore i should be refounded!

Greetings,
XXX

Absolute disgrace

Booked a bus from Paris city centre to cdg Airport. Bus never showed up for 2 consecutive hours. My son and I had to get a frantic taxi to the airport to make the flight. Filled in 2 refund requests and both were acknowledged. They then proceeded to ignore all correspondence after that and now they have effectively stolen my money. Absolute bunch of crooks.

No bus service (twice - with return) an no support.

This company just wants your money but does not offer you service! Take some other bus services. They are all cheap and keep their promises to transport you.

We were refused to take out ride by easybus even when we showed our ticket. We had to wait 45min in winter time outside on a Standsted parking place and freeze at evil temperature.

At the return, the bus station in London was cancelled and we were informed the night before departure. BUT the new station didn´t even exist. No bus, no sign, but a lot of other passangers, who were looking for this too. We couldn´t call anyone but were told to call the replacement service, which was located in Italy. So talking on a very expensive line with a service member in Italy, who didn´t know about any replacement bus stops in London.

Anyway, your support doesn´t help me anymore. _Mr. Simon Allan_ is ignoring my emails, even when I was promised to get refund. I think, he doesn´t even read my e-mails. What is going on with you Mr. Simon Allan? Do you have any issues replying to my emails, which are reeelly very easy?

Here is, what easybus wrote me:

"Dear ***,

Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience caused. The refund of the ticket price(excluding card fee) will be processed back to your account (we will not charge the £5 cancellation). However please be advised that the refund can take up to 6 weeks time to reach your account.

Kind regards,

easyBus Customer Service Team"

But still noone gave me the refund and noone is replying to me. I am really angry about such a immature and huffy behaviour.

Don't use this service

On our way back to London Airport, Easybus driver stated that he will not get children on bus as we do not have a child seats. We are talking about 4 am, two degrees celsius outside and we have a flight to catch in 3 hours. Had to order taxi with outrageous fee.

We have checked and according to UK law , children aged 3 and above may travel in minibuses in rear seats using an adult seat belt if child seats are not available.

Contacted easy bus to get compensated, but according to their customer service, they haven't do anything wrong.

EasyBus is the way to go

Today I was at Victoria Coach Station gate 10 waiting for the bus going to Stanstead Airport. Unfortunately the bus could only pick up passengers at Buckingham Palace Road so I walked there. The bus was expected at 04:20.

A National Express bus finally arrived butttttt the driver decided to take his time only allocating seats to people who have the 04:20 ticket. It was already 4:35 and the bus still had not moved, and there were alot of people angrily speaking in their language. Some even left with others and took an uber.

Fortunately for me a man came asking who was with EasyBus, i ofcourse followed him and after hearing angry people saying "4:00" as if to say "let me in this bus, my bus was at 4:00" but the driver said that he is working with EasyBus, a different company to theirs (National Express).

My ticket was actually for 5:00 but the driver allowed me in anyway.
I happily departed with EasyBus at 04:40, driving past the two National Express buses which had stayed still with a queue of worried customers standing by the cold dark morning.

tired of waiting for easybis to arrive... MISSED MY FLIGHT!!

After a few times using them, one bus did not ever arrive and took with three other people a taxi to Gatwick (£40 each). After giving them a second chance, 2 days ago the bus arrived 55 minutes late, and on top of that, despite the bus driver admitting being very late, on the highway he was driving on the left lane as slow as legally possible and the 1 hour and 5 minute journey according to their website became 1 hour and 20 minutes. Result? Missed my flight with easyJet.
easyjet on the other hand didn't let me in the airplane despite arriving on the gate 10 minutes before scheduled flight, as the gate had "closed" 30 minutes prior to the flight. They were so quick to mention that they have no affiliation with easybus and that it is a totally different company.
Both companies also stress how much they have NO LIABILITY FOR ANYTHING that happens.
Poor service but both EASY companies. Never again easybus and reluctant for easyjet.

Had enough of Easybus unprofessional behaviour

I was using easy bus until it finally driven me crazy and almost missing my flight. According to them all the necessary information about your departure is on the ticket. Well, guess what - it is not. The pick up location to go to Stansted airport from London is not the same as they stop for Luton and Gatwick. Missed one bus. Then on the website they say the busses are driving every 30min, well guess what again! One hour passed and no bus arrived. In the end I bought a ticket with national express. This is a company worth your while. And it's not that much more expensive.

Worst bus company in operation

I've used easybus twice in the past two months and both times they were very late.
One time 1 hr 20mins and the other time 40mins late.
This is way to late for anyone to plan a trip to the airport. They use ABE and National Epress to operate their line. Both provide very poor service and I won't be using them or easybus again till I get compensation.
