Complete scam

Complete scam; I booked a bus to the airport, which was operated by Arriva. The bus did not arrive. I contacted Arriva. They said that Easybus gave the wrong information on schedule and that they wouldn't refund as i bought the ticket from Easybus. Easybus has no customer service information on their portal, and their so called customer service portal doesn't log me in. I had to pay a fortune on an Uber to get to the airport and now cannot even get a refund because of these cowboys.

Another one star review for this company. I'm writing this to remind myself never to use easybus ever again. I booked an alpybus ticket from Geneva Airport to chamonix, paid to add a bag, assuming that is a hold bag. Turns out it's only for a hand luggage size bag. Nothing on easybus website says what type of bag is allowed, and the ticket is non refundable.

Scam fraud. Stay away from easyBus

I booked their 10:30am bus from Chamonix, but it never came. Stranded passengers had to call Uber rides in order to catch flights. It was a disaster.

Later when I emailed them, they were extremely rude, denying wrongdoing, saying that "Your pickup time with us was 12:00 from the beginning" as if it was my fault.

This is a scam company. Buy ticket from them at your own risk.

It was the worst experience ever.
DON'T ever use this service. They are unprofessional, changed our trip time to the airport before less than 12 hours, and put us under a lot of unnecessary pressure.
When sent a complaint to their customer service, I received back the most unprofessional rude reply one can ever receive!!

DO NOT BOOK! No guarenteed seat, three buses drove straight passed with "BUS FULL" sign. Contacted for refund was told ticket does not guarentee a seat! Absolute joke.

Trustpilot has the website as easybus.co.uk but it should be easybus.com

I booked a ticket from Liverpool Street to Stansted for £23 for a Saturday afternoon. Their website /routes/london-stansted/stansted-airport-london-liverpool-direct-route/ says “The stop address is 155 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3YX “ and includes a google map link to the same address. I went to this address to find that the bus stop was closed due to roadworks. No-one was working on the roadworks so it looked like the road had been closed for days or weeks. I asked a National Express staff member where has the stop moved to for the Easybus coach to Stansted. She said she did not know and had never heard of Easybus. The information on the emailed ticket pdf was merely that the departure station is Liverpool street station (which is a huge area) and gave no information about where to find the stop. After running back and forth I eventually found the new stop in a far away side road, but by this time my booking time had gone. Fearing I would miss my flight I then paid for a taxi to Stansted. I might as well have thrown my £23 down the toilet.

I went to their website /customer-support/ to look up their email address or phone number for complaints. This web page says “Here to Help When You Need Us” - but they have no email address or phone number!!

Booked the Stansted to London

Booked the Stansted to London, Bow bus 🚌 for someone else as they had no money. A flight delay of an hour or so meant the bus 🚎 missed and the following ones (2+) were fully booked so I had to drive there to collect them. Not refundable it said and I needed to check National Express terms of carriage. Bare bones 🦴 useless webpage with no help but to tell you the bloody obvious, if that. How can this be fully legitimate to be just a money taking intermediary with no responsibility?! Avoid, and in the U.K. maybe use a credit card 💳 to enable a reclaim via Section 75 if possible in the case of an issue. Needs to fail sooner rather than later and other carriers need to disassociate themselves from them - if they’re not complicit… NEVER AGAIN… ignore favourable reviews as these people were just lucky 🍀 with their circumstances in many cases I suspect…

Avoid

I try to book online 3 times but it was saying in the website that an error occurred and to try later. I tried the next day just 1 time and still the same error message. I choose a different company which worked fine. Then when I checked my bank account I realize that I paid for 4 tickets which I never receive, I pay almost 100£ for nothing and they even don't answer my complaint in their website. I don't know how this "Company" got away with it, now that I'm reading similar stories as mine here plus on Google reviews, is just criminal their activity.
Don't give your money away is just disgusting.......

Don’t book Easybus

Don’t book Easybus! They take your money and just don’t come. After 45 minutes on a cold bus station in Chamonix we had to take a taxi to the airport for 250€. Their hotline is incomprehensible and other reviewers with the same experience (there are many) didn’t even get a refund. This company should be banned from operating.

This is the worst bus i have ever travelled.very bad service first they came very late to pickup and in the middle of the journey the stupid bus broke down. Just because of this stupid bus my day spoiled.coming to services they didn't provided any bedsheet that too in A/C bus very bad service very bad.you guys simply advertising everything but worst bus ever ever ever...... I suggest to everyone not to choose this bus as option 😖😖😖😖😖😖

AVOID! It's a trap

This is by far the worst service/company I ever came across. I booked 2 tickets for a transfer from London Baker Street to London Luton Airport. The bus arrived half an hour late and then the driver wouldn't let us on the bus because it was full already. No way of contacting them or getting a refund. I should have read the reviews first. Please, avoid Easybus like the plague. They are nothing but a bunch of scammers.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS LIKE COVID

I have no idea how this company is able to legally operate. Their customer service is literally non-existent. There's no way of contacting them and getting a response if anything goes wrong. I had to buy tickets again because they never sent the original tickets to my email address. I even opened a case on Resolver to no avail. In the end I had to raise a dispute via my bank and thankfully they have now refunded me, months down the line.

Please remember to boycott this absolute SCAM of a company!

Appalling service

Appalling service - do not use this company under any circumstances. We booked (and paid) for a transfer from Geneva airport to Chamonix. It just didn’t turn up - there’s no phone number to contact we were just stranded and had to organise another transfer out of our own pocket. Save yourself the stress and use a different company - we ended up getting a Swisstours Coach

Unreliable

Let's just say, I should have checked their reviews before booking. I had a return ticket from Chamonix to Geneva, on the way out there was no problem, on the way back... they simply did not show up!

No attempt was made to contact me, and there was no way to contact them apart from an online form, which they have not responded to for seven days now. I had to pay €102 to bail myself out and pay for another airport transfer so I did not miss my flight. AVOID!
