DON'T RISK IT! We were there on time - they just didn't bother to send a bus, and didn't tell us they weren't going to come and do it, either. THERE ISN'T A PHONE NUMBER - so they may choose to call you, but you can't contact them. They haven't replied to us, they haven't sent a refund or even acknowledged any of our messages. The next available bus only just got us to the airport on time, so we've thrown 50 euros away and had a pretty stressful final day of our trip.
At the bus stop we were talking to other people who said they 'don't risk Easybus these days.' Swiss, Alpy, and Mountain Dropoffs were all operating bang-on time, so it wasn't the weather that was a problem.
Worst customer service ever!
Worst customer service ever. No chance to change your departure date one day forward due to flight date change. I would rather choose National Express now than book with them. Well deserved 1 star!
Avoid very badly organised
Would give less than one star if I could. The ticket I purchased online says you are guaranteed a seat on the bus at the time selected 'just arrive at the bus stop 15 minutes prior to departure'. We arrived at the stop 30 minutes before and joined the massive queue. No space on the bus we had booked told by staff it's "first come first served" even though I pointed out the time on my ticket. No way to get a refund so we could take the train told to ring customer services and I should find the number online myself. Stood outside in the cold for the next bus afraid to leave the queue incase we don't get on it either. Wish I had read the rest of the reviews here before booking with easybus.
Never got a refund!
I was contacted from Easy Bus to inform me that I would receive a refund for my return bus journey to airport.
This was last year May, I chased multiple times and tried different ways to try and contact them for a refund but I had no luck.
I just remembered and thought I would add to the rest of the negative feedback. Thanks for telling me that you would issue the refund.. and not!

One star is evening too much! I can’t give zero for this company!!!How you can treat customer like that! No bus! No email! Totally ignore! I’m on the way on airport with Uber because bus doesn’t show ap on Victoria Station at all!!! Absolutely don’t recommend this company!!!!! It's ridiculous
It's ridiculous. I've missed my bus TWICE, as on the first occasion, I was following the guidelines of getting to the bus stop. Went to the place marked by them on the map, which finally I found was incorrect. Second time I've missed my bus, as it wasn't tagged as they promised. There is no possibility to contact them even in emergency: Just go to FAQ, if the answer is not there then you have a problem. Their prices may by encouraging, but it's not worth it at all. Better pay a few pounds more and get the train.
do not use
living in London tier 4, we were forced to cancel our airport transfer made thru these scammers.
when we went online to cancel, our booking was registered as "completed" although we never took a bus to the airport and London being in tier 4, probably the bus didn't even run to the airport.
so we coudn't claim any refund.
we tried to contact customer service but no reply, just an online form without any reference number or proof that you ever contacted them!
also, even you decide to cancel, the cancellation fee is 50%!! and it's no actual refund just a credit note for future trips.

I had the misfortune of booking with EasyBus a couple of years ago whilst in London for the day visiting friends who were there on holiday. When we arrived at Gatwick, our booked bus never turned up, when one finally did turn up we were denied boarding as we weren't booked on that one. We ended up having to book a taxi so we could get into the city.
On the way back the same thing happened, the bus just didn't show up. We ended up having to take another taxi which thankfully this time we shared with others to help spread the cost.
We tried contacting EasyBus several times but never heard back. We ended up filing a chargeback with our bank, they didn't even respond to that which meant we were eventually refunded by the bank.
I'll never book with EasyBus again

It has been over two months and yet nothing. I was told that I will get a refund I 7-10 working days.
Never received my refund for COVID 19
I haven't received my refund for 2 journeys, cancelled due to COVID 19. It's been 5 months now and nothing.

As some other people I must say that despite their own email stating they would refund tickets cancelled due to COVID they have failed to to so. Moreover they totally ignored my requests both by the request form and email. My bus was London to Stanstead and while I see they still operate on other routes this specific one is not on the list now. They should pay a fee for ignoring consumer rights when people report them to regulator and Ombudsman. It is a pity because I was a regular customer before and could not complain then,

Easybus! Where is my refund?
I had airport transfer tickets booked with easybus. On 11th April 2020 I received email informing me that my ticket were canceled due to covid19 situation and that refund will be credited to my bank card used for booking. Refund never came, no response to my emails. I feel robbed ;(

I made 6 bookings with easybus.com March April, May ,June, July for 2 passengers they cancelled all the bookings and say refund in 30 days it's more than 30 days on most off the bookings no credit or refund received they dont answer emails or tickets requested refund payment or what's going on with refunds or credits .
They are unprofessional and SCAMMERS dont trust them .
They don't got any direct contact telephone number in a first word country and a company dont got a contract nr that is dodgy.
More reason for an believe they SCAM COSTOMERS OUT OF THEY HARD WORKING MONEY AND THEY ARE A SISTERS COMPANY OFF EASYJET WHO PROMOTE THEM ON THEIR BOOKING SITE.
Refund never received and no response about it
I have booked a ride to the airport with this company, then it was cancelled on 29th March and they promised a full refund which I have never received. I have emailed them many times using their website, attaching booking number and all the information, they don't even respond. Hugely disappointing.
Update: Finally got a refund after many emails (it's mid July).
Fake tickets, scammer, unprofessional
The worst company ever!!! Totally unprofessional and scammers!!! I’ve booked a ticket for 31 March 2020 from Victoria Coach Station to Luton Airport. Been there 30 minutes early and waited for another 30 minutes after the departure time just to find out that the bus is never going to come. They have NO PHONE NUMBER on their website so I could not reach them for information. I’ve called Greenline instead to explain the situation and after calling for over ONE MINUTE AND A HALF, a sleepy guy mumbling answers. He basically told me that there are no coaches available that day and I should get a taxi to the airport. It is clear to me that this was a BIG SCAM and they SOLD ME FAKE TICKETS leaving me in a different city, cold weather, no support offered and -70 pounds in my account!!!! I would advise anyone to STAY AWAY from this company full of unprofessional staff. Conclusion: scammers, don’t even deserve 1 star. I would like to know how to take my complain a step further, legally or something
No airport coaches but tickets still being sold.
Despite all flights being cancelled, Easybus continues to sell tickets. Very unethical, especially as they won't refund on nonexistent coaches.

I really want to thank the excellent driver who drove us from Chamonix to Geneva Airport, very friendly and funny and he put fabulous music. The bus was on time and the journey very nice.

I was at the cash point across the road at 08:22 when bus turned up. The driver looked at me, (the only person with a suitcase) I waved and he took his hazards off and drove off.
