The Morzine >GVA route has been a lifeline for me in the interseason. I had heard previous bad reviews and was nervous about using the service but have since used it multiple times both arrival and departure and Nigel the driver has been fantastic, on time and very friendly each time.

I booked the bus service from West Brompton to Gatwick on Friday 17 May 2019 at 05.00.
However the bus never showed, and having waited 30 minutes, I was left with no other option but to get an uber to the airport at a cost of c.£90.
I have since complained to the Company and they have responded stating that the 'service in question was terminated due to a breakdown'.(please note that they did not inform me of the cancellation until I complained!)
However as I was the only one waiting for the bus (and the only one booked on it), it looks increasingly evident that the Company decided to cancel the service as it was not economical for them to run the service.
So you run the risk of the service not being 'full' then the Company may cancel the service and they will not tell you in the meantime.
Totally unacceptable in my opinion!
I for one, will never use them again.

I take this service biweekly from Geneva Airport. A great, simple, reliable and reasonably price service to Taninges, Les Gets & Morzine.

Was sceptical having seen the reviews but could not fault the Easybus service from Geneva to Morzine this afternoon.
The booking process was quick, easy and the price was very reasonable. Clear instructions were sent as to where to meet the driver and when (10 minutes before departure).
We arrived 15 mins early and were greeted by our driver, Nigel, who was very friendly and told us he was just waiting for some additional passengers and we'd be on our way shortly. A short walk out of the terminal - less than 100 metres - our bus awaited and we were on our way at 5pm as promised. Nigel is a very experienced driver and we enjoyed a pleasant, relaxed journey.
A fantastic service, especially out of season in the Alps!

I always use EasyBus to get to Stansted airport. Always on time (today my bus arrived 10 mins in advance), nice staff..

I bought a ticket from Morzine to Geneva, and the bus never showed up, I was waiting there for an hour with no news on weather the bus was coming or not. It was snowing so it was very cold. Finally decided with other people to book a private shuttle because we were going to lose our flight. I later complaint to Easybus and they eventually replied saying that they will make the refund, its been over a month now and they still haven't done it and they don't reply to my emails, terrible customer service... Never using this company again! Don't recommended to any one there are plenty of other better options!

Staff are not helpful and not friendly as other coach company, my ticket was 3:30 am 2 April 2019 from Victoria to stansted Air port they had 5 seats empty whiteout reservations but he didn’t let me get on bus,National express is much better for customers service and rest,, never Again Easy Bus

We used Easybus to travel from Chamonix to Geneva Airport on March 4th. Our driver was Panos who was super friendly and helpful, he even gave us some mints! The bus arrived early, the journey was great and got into Geneva on time. We would definitely use the service again.

Affordable, reliable, punctual and a very professional service. Never had a problem with them and regularly use them to travel to or from Gatwick, Luton or even Stansted airport. Surprisingly it is cheaper to book tickets via easyBus then booking it directly with National Express! If you book early you get tickets as cheap as £1.99. But if you’re booking at last minute then expect to pay much more.

The bad reviews were worrying, but the cost was so low that we thought we'd give them a chance.

We were suprised that we had a fantastic experience on every part of our journey (4 bookings). We travelled from London Victoria to Gatwick Airport, a return journey from Geneva to Prodains (Avoriaz) and also the final journey home from London Luton to Finchley Road.

All of the services were on time. We were even let on an earlier bus as there was space. Fast, no fuss, fantastic low-cost airport transfer.

I think that easybus is selling airport transfer tickets behalf of other coach companies without checking their timetable. They sold to me an airport transfer ticket behalf of National Express. But there was no National Express Service on that date&time. When I asked for refund, they said to me that I need to contact to National Express but my money has taken by easybus. If you want to go to Stansted & Luton airport, buy your tickets from National Express or Airport Bus Service directly. Otherwise you can wait at the bus stop for nothing forever :)

Complained a year ago about this company - absolute disgrace then and seems they haven't changed a thing. Don't even be tempted by cheap prices, buses from Geneva to morzine are non existent. Used a different company this year and worked perfect. If others can do this then you have no excuse. Shame on you Easybus.

I used Easy Bus to get from Morzine to Geneve Airport. The bus came right on time. The driver - Manuel - is friendly and punctual. It was a pleasant trip to Geneva.

My boyfriend and I used Easy Bus to get from Geneva Airport to Chamonix. The bus came right on time and was so convenient. Our driver, Catalin was very friendly and helpful. This was a cheap and perfect way to get to and from Geneva to Chamonix.

I booked and Easy Bus Transfer from Chamonix to Geneva Airport on Jan 7th at 0715 in the morning. I arrived at the Bus stop 20 minutes early and there were 3 other passengers there, we were all connecting with flights.
The bus simply didn't turn up. Nobody from Easy Bus contacted us , there was no way to contact them. By 0800 2 passengers had arranged a private taxi to take them to the airport and I had to organise a lift which I shared with the other passenger.
This is totally unacceptable in in itself but now I am finding it impossible to find a way to get my refund. I have posted on their contact page but having read other complaints it looks unlikely that I'll get a response or my money back.
I am a very regular flyer with Easy Jet and find them very good but Easy Bus should be avoided at all costs if you have a flight to catch.
Stelios, if you've got any sense and don't want to really damage your brand I'd take a serious look at your Easy Bus operation, it stinks.

The service is ok. Especially for the price. But sadly I am rating it with 1 as their ability to take care of problems if they occur are non existent. I had a ticket on a National Express bus bought through Easybus and I was just not allowed to board because National express had problem with their previous service and therefore they would not take the people who had eaasybus tickets even if they were there at the right time. Total disaster.

I had a booking for return trip from Geneva airport to Chamonix on 12th of September and 17th of September.
The first journey started with 1h15 delay and without any excuse from the driver or the person in charge at the airport.The was an accident in the tunnel to Chamonix so I just asked them to drop me at Servoz which is just before the tunnel so I don't need to be picked up by my mom(blocked also by the accident) and wait stuck in the traffic and then wait in Chamonix. So from the airport to Chamonix it took me 4h45min to get home. Unacceptable and no sign of taking my asking as important,the girl at the ariport seemed so bored and unfriendly.
Then on the way back from Chamonix, the driver had 15 min delay and so rude with an old person who just put their luggage in the bus before showing his ticket to the driver. The driver almost threw his bag with a drone inside from the bus and refused to leave if the passenger didnot put his hand bag in the storage. We had to ask him to leave because we have flights to catch.
How it is possible to have this type of people serving your customers. I think this is really unacceptable and this poor old man was so upset..... I don't have the words to explain and then during the driving the driver was cursing and talking instead of paying attention to the road. DANGEROUS

They provide the WORST service ever.
I tried to tell an experience I had with them on Facebook, and they eliminated my comment and banned me INSTANTLY.

Anyway, the experience was that I paid 20 pounds to the driver, to just carry my luggage into their bus. Another day, no bus passed to the designed location (not even the next 3 buses), and I had to pay 50£ for a cab.

I mean.. there are better solution. This is just the worst one you could get..

I got the bus from Stratford to Stansted at 5.55pm due to arrive at 6.55pm. It is now 7.16pm and I am still sitting in the bus as the driver decided to take all the backroads and avoid the motorway. Lucadris. What should have been an hour journey is turning into a 2 hour journey. First time using easybus and never again. AVOID!!!?

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE.
THEY SUB CONTRACT MOST OF THEIR SERVICES TO OTHER COMPANIES. IN MY CASE, THEY SOLD ME A TICKET FOR A SERVICE THAT DIDNT EVEN EXIST. TRHEY MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE ANY MEANINGFUL CONTACT AS THERE IS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER AND THE JUST DONT RESPOND TO MESSAGES. IT EVENTUALLY TOOK THE THREAT OF COURT ACTION VIA A RECORDED DELIVERY LETTER TO ONTAIN A REFUND.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
