I have allways loved easybus
I have allways loved easybus. Now, going to my trip, first, bus came 7 min earlier and i missed it. Because i feel that i should have come earlier, i was ok with it. Now, going back. Even though i had booked my ticket weeks in advance. I wasnt allowed on a bus because they allready but it full. I understand that i should have been earlier, but the Airport was busy and took really long. Still, 5 min should be enough, espessaly with prebooked tickets.
I am done with these jokers.
I am done with them.
2 years ago I swore I would never use their services because I got charged twice for my trip and never got refunded (despite numerous emails and complaints).
Unfortunately I thought that since so much time had passed things would be different and I booked with them last week... Not only did the bus never stopped, but the one after never arrived so I obviously missed my flight.
I wrote to them but doubt to hear back.
I highly DO NOT reccomend this company to anyone and I will personally make sure to never ever book with them again.
Late bus and unhelpful staff
Arrived at the bus stop in Victoria 5 minutes before our bus was due to depart for Luton Airport. The coach was at the bus stop but no-one was to be seen - even when the departure time came and went. Ten minutes after we were due to leave I went and found someone who worked for Greenline. They advised that the service leaves every half an hour on the hour. This isn't the service I had booked on. The member of staff was very unhelpful, didn't take my concern about the late running of the bus seriously and when I asked him if he had a customer service number to call, advised me that I should speak to the driver (who was nowhere to be seen). The driver arrived 15 minutes after we were due to leave. Will not be using this service again.
I have only ever used the Shrewsbury-…
I have only ever used the Shrewsbury- Manchester route and done so on three occasions. Both buses going to Manchester turned up on time and the journey was smooth with a very good driver. On my Manchester Shrewsbury trip in mid December 2017 the bus was late but the weather conditions were pretty atrocious at the time with snow falling heavily. Eventually the bus arrived but not at printed platform and the driver asked me to wait a little longer as he needed a cup of hot tea. OK in the circumstances. I was the only passenger and we made it to Shrewsbury safely and the driver dropped me off 100 metres past the official stop to help me as the snow was deep on the ground and I would have difficulty walking with my suitcase. I wish to use them again in May 2018 when I again return from the far east but it seems there is no space available. 12 seater mini buses are not big enough now that the service has been extended to Telford.
Just don't bother using these clowns
Just don't bother using these clowns. I booked a ticket for my wife from Gatwick to Oxford, the driver refused to accept her paperwork stating it was not a proper ticket - even though it clearly had the words TICKET printed top and bottom and also included a receipt of payment. He refused to let her on the bus until she paid an additional £28 (the original ticket only cost £17.40!). After a month of complaints via their website they eventually refunded me but only for the original fare of £17.40. Unprofessional, poorly trained and shoddy customer services. Never again!
They don't have a phone number you can…
They don't have a phone number you can call so if anything happens then you lose the money , the worst company EVER , do not book with them !
many disadvantages, but what you can say after paying £1.99
Traveled with them many times (with NationalExpress). Usually without problems.
But do remember that when you go to the airport in high traffic hours you need to take much earlier bus!
- Victoria - Stanstead took me almost 4 hours because of the traffic (imagine bad weather or an accident on a street, it could take forever then)-
- Marble Arch to Luton Airport - it was quite difficult to find the spot. I've asked people, city bus drivers - no one known which stop is National Express'. I turn around and at this very moment my bus passes by without ever stopping AND around 6min too early!!! So I was definitely disappointed, but luckily had enough time to still make it to the airport.
- I had also an unpleasant situation after a delay of my flight. At the Spanish airport they ensured us, we still could travel with the same easy bus ticket, we just need a proof, that our flight was delayed (like a screenshot from the app). And what? Finally landing in London and National Express' people laughing at me saying - what I want for £2! With such a cheap ticket you have no rights. But please easyBus/easyJet - don't tell me lies that I still can travel, if I can't I would at least bought the ticket while waiting at the airport. That wouldn't be a problem at all if you warned me.
Rude and unreasonable
Rude and unreasonable driver would not accepted me on board because I didn't print my ticket. I know they say you have to print it, but this is only made clear after you buy it, not before. We are in 2018 and a fully electronic ticket should be an option, especially for airport tickets.
No show of Easybus: 2 hours in freezing cold and a 220EUR taxi fare to be transported in the end
Due to personal reasons I needed to leave Avoriaz in a different way then I arrived. Due to this I needed a transfer from Avoriaz to Geneva Airport. The website of Easybus looks clear with timetables, a clear description of where I needed to wait to be picked up and clear pricings. All great and confidence inspiring. Boy was I wrong.
The transfer was scheduled at 17:45 with a remark to be 10 minutes early. I was at the pick-up location (bottom cable car Avoriaz) at 17:00, so plenty of time left. But 17:45 came, 18:00 passed and at 18:15 still no Easybus. Upon investigating my profile on their site, there was no cancellation message. Should they still come? When asking around, people said it was known that easybus sometimes just did not show. This was the first indication that something was wrong. On the easybus website i came to the conclusion that the only way to reach them, is to fill out a web-form... no way to get in touch with the coach operator. It became 18:30. Now i was getting anxious. Asking at every taxi and minibus driver (and that were only a few) if they were operating for easybus. Blank faces in return.... eventually it became 19:00. I was freezing cold, and anxious to get to Geneva. Ultimately forced to arrange something, I took a cab (ad 220 EUR) to arrive at the airport. So my Easybus fare had multiplied more than 10-fold. Upon reaching home I raised a complaint through the online system, but only got a response that they would investigate and respond within 10 days. 10 days have passed and still no answer. Apparently you get what you pay for.... low prices, low service.... Not what I expected from an Easyjet affiliate. Anyway, lesson learned: I wil not travel with Easybus ever again.
Have used on three occasions to Luton …
Have used on three occasions, Marble Arch to Luton Airport (return) and never had a major problem. Bus might have been a few minutes late on a couple of occasions but we still arrived on time. Cheap and efficient! Maybe some routes are more reliable than others after reading the other reviews.
Waited for more than three hours
Waited for more than three hours at Geneve airport, not a single bus showed up. Should have read the reviews first...
Someone should shut down this company
Someone should shut down this company. Totally unprofessional. They arrived 20min later and the made it to the airport in 3 hours instead of 1:30. I missed my flight because of them.
Bus to airport didn't show up
So, the easy Bus from Genva Airport to Les Gets (Geneva to Avoriaz service) was fine. Our plane was late but we were let anto the next bus, no problem. However, the return bus (13.35 Friday 12 Jan 18) just didn't turn up at Les Gets. No warning and no way of contacting Easy Bus to get an update. With a flight (Easy Jet) at 17.00 and a bus travel time of 1.30hr we started looking for a taxi at 13.55. All busy so we returned to our hotel, Loc Hotel Sports, who managed to get us a private taxi which left at 14.30. 1 hour later and €160 poorer we arrived at the airport and got our flight. On contacting Easy Bus on our return they aid they would investigate, however, their liability, according to their T&C's is limited to the cost of the bus ticket (€30.95). This seems unreasonable to me as we had no choice, in the event of their failiure to provide the contracted service, but to spend a lot on alternative transport to avoid the costs of missing the flights. However, they offered the refund, no apology nor explanation, which i will accept. They know that no-one is going to try and sue them for €129 so they are not out of pocket, unlike their customers. Never again.
Most shoddy unprofessional company I've dealt with.
Most shoddy unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. AVOID at all costsNo show of bus at 4.30 or 6.30 even though they were still taking booking for both buses on line. This was New Year's Day freezing cold at bus depot Manchester , you have no way of contacting company to find out if they are coming or not, have emailed twice no response even though I was told after first email it would be investigated as a matter of urgency. 14 people all with valid tickets were left stranded as no public transport . Cost me £88 for a taxi to Wrexham, company don't appear to be at all bothered . At best you could be left stranded at Manchester airport at worst you are waiting for a pickup to the airport and miss your flight. Won't go near easybus ever again even if they were giving seats away for free .
Bad - Bus never turned up
Bus never turned up. I was charged for a service I never received. There is no phone number or email address to contact them. EasyBus Team never replied to my several complaint letters completed on their webpage. Very poor customer service & misleading information.
Easy bus - avoid
Easy bus advertise as budget transfers and you get what you pay for. My incoming transfer went fine and no complaints but return trip was non existent.
Our booked Bus to Geneva airport did not turn up. The Next bus was 2 hours later and full - so we were refused a seat our ticket being for the earlier absent bus. The result is a missed flight and large out of pocket expenses. Traffic was terrible due to a land slip and has been used as a reason for easybus to dismiss any liability. Easybus have no customer service to contact - nobody to rearrange transport or advise what was happening. Other transfer companies have been bending over backwards to assist their customers.
If your going for a day out then easybus will be cheapest - but if you are relying on getting anywhere - or for example catching a flight, avoid.

Very bed costumes service I book tickets with easybus online Return from london Paddington to Stansted airport they charge me full return fare but they sent me single ticket I keep found them online contact number but I couldn't found I Email them so many time but these people not reply me this big fraud with costumers I'm never ever go with this easybus. Com I hated easybud .Com every body be carefully
The bus may not turn up
The bus may not turn up. They will probably not tell you they will not turn up. You may wait for the bus for a long time but you will not find out whether it is coming or not. You will not be able to phone them to find out. You may miss your flight. They may offer you compensation but only up to the ticket value. They do not care about their passengers. I would suggest that you pay a little bit extra and get a taxi. Often it is likely to cost you much more by using Easybus due to their unreliability.
Flawless experience in Manchester / Wrexham
Me and 3 friends booked the easy bus for a journey from Manchester Airport to Wrexham (and back), and i was very concerned about the service when i read the reviews on the internet.
However, the service we were offered was perfect!
The bus (actually a van with about 12 seats) arrived well on time on departure and arrival, We had the same driver both times who appeared to be extremely courteous and helpful. His driving was smooth and we never felt in danger whatsoever. Wow, what a difference with those reviews i read about Easybus in London! I'm not sure if it's the location that makes the difference, but my experience was absolutely flawless and i felt the need to write down my own review as i felt sorry that driver we had and the service we got could be assimilated to those bad reviews about Easybus in London and Paris. I will definitely book again if i ever go to Wrexham in the future (i probably will).
economical and perfect
My wife an i have just returned from tour.I planned this trip some months ago and Before booking I checked the reviews, Hardly anyone had a good word to say fro the service.
There was no other economical alternative but I was dreading it more for my wife than myself.
But I have to say it was absolute perfection. The drivers were polite the buses were on time. my fears were totally allayed.
You have to speak as you find and that is what I have done. Good luck to all who use this service.
