easy bus are totally unprofessional

easy bus are totally unprofessional. I was left with another 4 people stranded for over 1 hour in the freezing cold until we managed to implore the driver of a National Express coach going to Victoria to take us. he was so nice he realised that we were totally stranded all alone in the freezing cold. never ever again no number we could ring to find out what happened to our bus which was supposed to arrive at 9pm. at 10pm we were still there waiting in utter desperation and disbelief.

The worst service I have ever received …

The worst service I have ever received , booked tickets for 3am in the morning from finchley road to stanstead, airport arrived at the bus stop at 2.30am , bus came as 3.10am and would not let us on !!!!saying you have to wait for the next in 30minutes as we are full, we waited another 30minutes,the next bus was full,,,, what easy bus don't tell you your ticket is not garenteed if this the bus is full even if you there for the bus you booked, (well they do tell you in the small print) very clever easy bus, hoping people don't read all the terms and conditions, we had no choice we had to get a taxi and made the flight by a couple of minutes, the company take your money but don't guarantee your seat! !!! I wish I did not have to give them one star! !!! I will never use easy bus again , when I see any of the easy company products are services, I just laugh and think con artist's !!!!! I am managed to spread there dreadful service on facebook,17000 hits so far, I still can't believe they can get away with taking your money and not providing a service, I feel so sorry for the 1000 of people that will also fall in to this easybus trap, please pay a little extra and avoid easybus if you don't you will miss your flight, because even though there website gives you a traveling time! !! This seat is not guaranteed.

Terrible website!!

I have been using easybus for a while and usually have a good experience. But today I was booking a ticket in a hurry and it might have been my impatience as well but I double booked my ticket. And reason being is that on the website after you have put in your card details and proceed with the payment in stead of showing that it’s processing or giving any sign of confirmation it jumps back in to the front page. Not to your account, to the front page nothing indicting that your payment has been successful unless you go into your account and check it. That I find absolutely annoying and this experience made me want to never use the website again! Customer service was nice enough cancelling my second ticket and giving me 50% of that value in credit....just not good enough!

Never again !

Good morning,
I am writing to you regarding my journey on the 4 september 2017 easy bus from gatwick airport.I was at the bus stop with my 9 years old son at 14.30 gatwiwick airport north Furlong way spot 10 . We wait until 3.15 pm but no buses ! then a driver from the airport bus told us to go stop 12. we went and it was only the connection for the hotels. We went back inside to ask. Nobody couldn t ansewer where the bus easybus was leaving from. I tried to call the customer service line but no answer. I use a lot easybus since years most of the time to go to Sansted and i never ever had any problemes with your compagny. But this time it was too much. Long journey on the plane with a exausted child, heavy bags and no buses to go home. At the end we have to take the train to go home.
My booking reference are 79148149020170904 and I paid 5,90
I really hope you are going to refund my ticket and make sure
in the future to advice better your customers about the bus stop.

I booked a transfer from Geneva to Les …

I booked a transfer from Geneva to Les Gets with Easybus and it was perfect. The driver was friendly, the bus clean and easy to find at Geneva airport. He even dropped me at an unscheduled stop to save me from a hike. Overall the service was great and better than some of the private transfers I have paid 6x the price for.

Paper age

The price is of course very convenient. What is not, however, is the way you MUST hand in your ticket. In my opinion, in our age of phones with displays it should be possible not to have to print your ticket (and not only rely on compassionate drivers, as they might let you hop on anyway).... or alright, if they, for some unknown reason, have to see/touch/whatever the actual printed version of my ticket, why don't they provide any possibility of printing it right at the certain station?!
Unless either of these suggestions are conducted, I don't see a way in which I would be travelling with Easybus again.

Just back from chamonix where I booked …

Just back from chamonix where I booked bus from Geneva what a big mistake we were booked on 20-00 bus on Friday 30 June the bus rolled up at jjust after 8 then the driver says it won't leave until 21-00 as he had been stuck in traffic and needed his break I asked him why this was his aggressive reply was it's always busy on a Friday yet when I pointed out to him that all the other bus companies where there waiting i.e. Alypbus etc so they didn't have trouble with traffic I suggested that he was actually waiting for the other people that had actually booked the 21-00 bus to save another bus coming for them he replied that's the way it is he can't help the traffic I asked other drivers from alpybus if the traffic was heavy and they said no more than usual so basically our driver just lied and was in fact just waiting for the other 3 passengers that turned up for the 21-00 the return journey was no better on the 7 th July we were booked ok the 2pm from chamonix bus as there at 13-30 and the driver told us to put bags on bus but wouldn't be leaving until 14-00 which was fine as that was the time it was booked for there as only two couples booked on who were both there yet we left 10 mins late then after 15 mins into journey the driver pulled in to garage for fuel this company is a joke avoid at all costs

horrible experience

very rude staff! and recently buses became so overbooked that even if it states that you can take any bus an hour before or after your scheduled bus, it is impossible to do so, as they are always full. If popularity is so high for these buses company should not offer an option to take any bus or introduce more buses into service.
two days ago I tried to get a bus and because I was late for my stated time and knowing an option to come and take later bus I thought that should not be any problem. however I was left standing on a side of the road with my all luggage running late to catch my plane. They said bus is overbooked and so the next ones to come so I am not able to use it even if I paid. Although half of the seats were empty.

I had to take uber to Luton airport and pay £60 to get there! this is the last time I am booking with this bus!

and one time before I was using them their bus was delayed as well. the way this company is operating should be questioned

This is to record a very disappointing …

This is to record a very disappointing experience with easyBus from Geneva airport to Chamonix. The easyBus was due to depart at 16:45 on 8th February. I and some other people waited for over an hour for the easyBus to show up but it did not arrive. Finally three of us bought tickets to travel on another bus service. After the no show I raised the issue with easyBus online via support requests on 9th February, 11th February and 23rd February. Each time the reply was that they were waiting to hear from their service provider. One reply named Cham Express as the service provider but when I spoke to the representative at the Cham Express stand in the arrivals area of Geneva airport she told me Cham Express only kept the easyBus timetable but did not run the service. Finally in response to my fourth support request I received a response on 28th March claiming that ”… the bus has been at the pick up point at 16:23 and departed at 16:47”. This was completely untrue and if it had been true why did they wait for over six weeks before claiming that the bus had departed on time. I have written letters to the manager of easyBus customer service and to the Chief Executive of easyGroup Ltd, the latter was recorded delivery. I have had no replies to these letters.

To me this is very disappointing as the easyGroup is a trusted brand that I have used many times over past years without a problem. However it would seem that the bus service between Geneva airport and Chamonix is not properly managed and the really disappointing aspect is there is no adequate customer support to deal with these issues provided by easyBus or easyGroup.

Easybus is a disaster

In March'17 Easybus never turned up, they left 8 people stranded including my wife who I was seeing off. We arrived 20 minutes early and after waiting over an hour past the departure time we paid for another transfer. What is really bad is that we have sought a refund and they said they would look into it and we have heard nothing since. I do not think Easybus has any backup when things go wrong - their operator Cham Express does not come to the rescue. You are better off with a local provider as they club together when things go wrong - what is the cost of missed flights?

What a Nightmare

What a Nightmare!

Had a trip back home for a funeral with my boy-friend, so it was important for me to make my flight. Shockingly, when we were waiting for our easybus bus to show up, it never did. So we asked the easybus staff. The guy could not speak much English. The only things he rudely mumbled "Full"; ""Ticket no matter" and "Next 4.30", while looking off, very disinterested.

After which he very rudely walked off to have cigarettes for the rest of the time, we were trying to come to terms with either missing the flight (and funeral) or desperately finding another way to get to Stansted airport.

It was obvious he had no interest in helping us or giving us any information what so ever. We still to this day have no idea why the bus did not show up. Although the next bus would have been only about an hour late, risking to be late for the flight was not an option. We had to find expensive tickets for national-express instead. Thank god, we made it to the airport on time.

I feel cheated out of my money and very upset, that a big company such as easybus can sell you two full-priced (12 pounds) tickets with the full cost of 24 pounds and not give you any service at all. To me, this sounds fishy and illegal. Furthermore, we have inquired information of what happened that night, but there were no replies.

Clearly, this company is only after your money. We have never felt so disrespected in our lives.

AVOID WITH ALL COST

Missed our flight, it cost us 1100 pounds.

We booked the bus for 2 pm and where on the way to Gatwick Airport at 2.10 pm despite delays in traffic. Our flight was leaving at 5.35 pm and we didn't have any bagage, so there was lots of time to spare (the trip was intendedly going to last 1,5 hour). The bus driver drove the wrong way, and gave us no opportunity to get off the bus. This resultet in a 3 hours long drive and us missing our flight. We had to pay 1100 pounds for new tickets home to Copenhagen. I will never use this company again!

My EasyBus from Chamonix to Geneva …

My EasyBus from Chamonix to Geneva Airport turned up an hour and a quarter late. The driver then stopped for fuel and this meant that we arrived at Geneva over an hour and a half late. We missed our flights and had to buy three new ones. Despite my emailing EasyBus for proof of this (needed for my travel insurance claim) they haven't had the courtesy to reply. DO NOT USE EASYBUS - spend the extra €5 on Mountain Dropoffs. Also, do not use Cham Express as they are essentially the same company as EasyBus. Dreadful experience, dreadful company.
