'you MUST print your ticket' Argh...

Booked a one way ticket to go from Luton airport to Victoria coach station. My departure time was at 10:25am, but due to a large queue and buses coming every 10 minutes, i was allowed to get on a coach that departed at 9:55am. Convenient. The coach was full to allow the maximum number of people to be transported, while another large group waited outside for another bus to arrive once we left. Fast service.

Furthermore, easyBus does not provide an option to receive your tickets by text (like National express). I booked my ticket one day before my flight and then had to spend the early hours of the morning looking for an internet cafe with a printer. Very inconvenient.
Also, was only told i have to print my ticket once i have paid and continued to the confirmation page.

Overall, i got what i paid for, which was to take me from point A to point B and also 30 minutes earlier.

The bus never came

The bus at 5:52 /Gloucester Place London/ on Sunday - 25/09/2016 never came. The next bus was delayed by 10-15 minutes and we did not climb because it is full. The only option was to catch taxi. The taxi driver asked for 100 GBP to Luton. We arrived at the airport with running to the gate one minute before it closed. I think that rating is ZERO star.

Bus never came

Flight Rome to London Luton. I booked the tiket for the bus in advance on website. Bus departure was scheduled at 10:30 pm. Bus never came. I decided to wait for the next bus (10.50 pm) but this never showed up as well. I have been waiting 90 minutes and no bus came It was very cold and windy. I have been literally freezing! I had to rent a cab and pay 88 £ (+ 8 for the bus that never came). I have been trying to contact the company for many weeks since that day, but always unsuccessfully.
Don't use Easybus if you don't want to lose time and money!

Do not use this company

Could not log in to the website to retrieve my ticket, no phone number to contact. Downloaded the app but that was a complete joke! Will never use this company again. Ended up buying a ticket at Liverpool station to catch my flight from Stansted. At least I didn't have to book a cab. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs

Booked a round trip ticket for 2 from CDG Paris to the Louvre/Palais Royale. Ticket time was for 8:15am. There was another girl waiting as well with a 8:00am ticket. Bus didn't come until 8:55am. Took 2 hours instead of the 1 hour trip into the city. Driver was rude, was on the phone and was a horrible driver. All three of us in the small bus felt sick.

During the trip, the owner of the company called the driver and asked why he was late, where he was, and how many passengers he was carrying. The driver kept re-assuring the owner he had FOUR passengers in the vehicle; but he only had three!! I'm fluent in french and I don't think he knew I could hear or understand what he was saying.

When we arrived at the destination, there was another couple frantically asking why the bus was so late for their pick up time as well! Driver calmly sad "sorry, I'm on break, you'll need to find another way to airport." We all looked at him in silence and surprise. It was such a bad experience, we didn't even bother showing up for our return transport back. It wasn't worth the risk. We just took the train. Money is much better spent elsewhere. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Great!!

We used Easybus to transfer us from Buckingham Palace Road (stop 11) to London Stansted. The bus arrived early and we got to Stansted on time for our flight so not bad at all.

Bus never came

Waiting in London for the Transfer to Luton, we where waiting with another customer for the transfer to Luton, the bus never came, no mail, no change to rach any customer service. If you want to go save to the airport, never book this, it is waisted money.

Terrible customer service (refunds)

On several occasions it worked as expected. However, one time – early morning – the bus simply did not arrive; they did not call/ inform me, and customer services did not answer when I called.

When I claimed a refund, they replied at first, to simply say that claims can take up to 4 weeks, and then subsequently they just ignored messages. This is obviously appalling customer service, as they took money for something they did not deliver (and incurred substantial further cost for alternative transport).

Easybus sold me a return journey that did not exist

Over a year ago i booked an easybus return journey from Stockwell, to Gatwick it did mot turn up, i made alternative arrangements and just caught my flight. On my return journey the coach only went as far as Streatham, i had to make alternative arrangements to get home from there.

I was sold the return journeys online, i have phoned, emailed x 6, posted a letter and even involved a legal advice who also got no response refund or reply to an correspondence that were sent.

Please stay away. Not worth you saving £10

Horrendous experience. My bus was scheduled to leave Waterloo at 4am to get to Stanstead to catch an early morning flight.

By 4:35am, the bus had not turned up and myself and other passengers were left stranded and panicked. Having not slept for the whole night and in danger of missing my flight, I had no choice but to flag down a black cab and take it Stanstead- costing me £150. Please just stay away from this shambolic company, for your own good.

Non existent customer service

I had tried and tried to contact Easybus after them changing the bus I am meant to take upon arrival in London. I paid more than twice the price for the earlier bus then they cancel it apparently but I do not wish to wait an age for a bus and Easybus are ignoring my requests for help. There is no number to call them. Awful company

Horrendous experience

Bought ticket for 7.30 bus. It arrived - late- no space. Waited for the 8.00 bus - again it arrived late and there was no space. People who buy tickets from the national express website are treated more favourably than people who bought via easy bus. I ended up having to pay for a taxi to the airport for 70 go. This company is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Don't use. Bus did not show up and no explanations

I booked an easybus ticket from Waterloo to Stansted on Saturday 6th August. The bus did not show up and other passengers had been waiting for 1h30 at the same bus stop without any luck. I had to make alternative arrangements (another £35 by underground and train). Still waiting for a reply from Easybus and hoping to get my money back for a service not delivered.

Do not use this service

I booked two tickets the day before we were to travel.
There was a cycling event in London, and many of the roads were closed. As a result, the bus did not go to the stop for which we were sold tickets. The event was well publicised, Easybus must have known before they sold me the tickets that the bus would not be servicing that stop. There was no warning on the website.

In the ticket purchasing procedure, I had to leave an e-mail address and a phone number, but they made no attempt to contact us.

When we arrived at the bus stop, there were several other people there apparently waiting for the bus to Gatwick. Our bus was scheduled for 5.00 pm, there was a note on a post at the bus stop telling us that the Gatwick bus would not be calling at that stop until 8 pm that day -too late for us to catch our flight.

We had to take the tube to Victoria and catch a train, lugging our suitcases up and down several flights of stairs in the process.

Do not take this service. The Gatwick express train costs 19 pounds, it is well worth the extra 10 pounds to make sure you get to the airport on time

Paris

Would highly recommend NEVER booking with this company complete waste of money. Busses are not on time with no pattern what so ever. We booked to get from the airport and back and havent even stepped on one single bus. As a result of these bisses not turning up we had to spend at least another 150 euros on metro fees and taxi's. Very angry and would like a refund please.

Worse traveling experience of my life

It comes to me as no surprise seeing the amount of bad reviews and feedback that they've received here. As it has been literally the worse travelling experience I have ever had.

- Unreliable: Did you book it for 8:30am? It might show up at 10:00am, who knows? Be happy if it shows up! And when it does, we get to the next point...
- Disrespectful/Rude: You can see how happy they are in that job, they don't care about you, they don't care about the service, and that's ok. Because once you try to reach customer service, you'll notice that no one else cares. So why would they?
- Unhelpful: You'll notice that, because THERE'S NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. There's no phone number, I'm still wondering if there's any office that would let you walk in.
- Uncomfortable: This one is expected, we all know that for that price we wouldn't get the same quality as other services, I'd also not mind it, if everything else was alright.

In one sentence: you get less than what you're paying for!

Never again!

I booked 2 rides in April 2016 from Gatwick Airport to Waterloo. It was there on time, everything ok. Then the ride back where we booked from Stockwell, Lambeth Road back to Gatwick was a disaster. We were there early, but had to search for the bus station. No sign, nothing. On the little drawing where the bus stop should be, I printed it out, it was even on the wrong side of the road!! We waited about 45 minutes, but the bus didn`t show up. Also there is no number to call for information, what happened with the bus, or if it`s still coming. By the shortage of time we had to take the tube back to Victoria station to pay extra 4 !! tickets for the Gatwick Express.
I made a complain when I came back home, but they don`t even send an answer or apologize. this is 3 (!!!) months ago.
We will never use Easy bus again, because when they treat their customers like that, no thanks! I wish I would have read all the Reviews before, I would have known! Absolutely unacceptable
I would like my money back!
