Worst company ive ever had to deal with !!!!

Well i thought it was jsut me that reciieved poor service from this webiste however from the reviews i can see this is a trend.

I bought an item off of here and was debited for it almost immediatly, after 30 days i still hadnt recieved it. I sent numerous emails to the company asking when it would be delivered however no reply was sent ( saw easyishop commented on one review advising they email back within a day. Funny that most people on here never got a reply!)

I then called my bank and was advised i could put through a visa dispute which i did. Suprise Suprise around 2 weeks after this was put through i recieved the item. As i had been waiting so long for the item i ended up buying the item from Apple instead.

The day after i recieved the item i sent it back to the company advising i didnt need the item anymore. In that process i then recieved another letter from my bank advising that i would be debited again for the item as the retailer had proof i had recived the item (fair enough i had but nearly 2 motnhs after i had orderd it!!!!)

The letter i recieved from my bank luckily had a contact number for the company which i immediatly called advising that i wanted a refund for the item as i had now sent it back!!!

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED WHAT A SCAM!!! STAY WELL AWAY IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE !!!!!!!!

Service good as expected

The product was very good and the right price. I did have difficulty with contacting the company as non of my e-mail got a reply. Just wanted to know when my product was going to arrive as it was pre ordered. However it has arrive a day before I need it so it all ended well. Thank you.

Service I would expect was received

I ordered the product on-line, paid a fair price, and received exactly what I ordered. No complaints from me.

Service could be improved to 5* by emailing despatch confirmation, and turnaround from order receipt being a little quicker

Easyishop is criminal - should be prosecuted - do not use it!!!!

I have the same story. Recently purchased something from Easyishop thinking it was a legitimate reputable online shop but it is a complete scam. Do not use it! My account was debited in full by Surrystores but my item never arrived. I even paid the extra £8 so it would be delivered in 1-3 days! That was weeks ago. I've sent numerous emails via the website which easyishop have chosen to ignore.

DO NOT use this site!! It's a complete scam - they have no intention of delivering your goods.

DO contact your bank immediately to initiate chargeback proceedings if your account has been debited and no goods delivered.

Honestly - don't order from them! They should be on Watchdog

I dealt with easyishop a few months back, when I ordered 2 cases for my nieces' birthdays, after 10 - 20 emails, they just stalled me again & again. So I did a bit of sleuthing around in my spare time & found that they were in the same building as another company - Tempo Web Design. So I found their phone number, gave them a call & finally got through to easyishop.

I will say that the guy at the web design company was very nice & I got passed straight through to easyishop & finally got my refund.

I would say, without a doubt, this is the worst experience with an internet retailer I have ever had & I'm really not over exaggerating. I used to work for Ticketmaster & I thought they were bad, but easyishop really do take the gold medal!

Steer well clear of ever placing an order & if you did & your really at your wits end, then give Tempo Web Design a call & hope they are still in the same building.

you'd get better customer service from the back of a van

I've ordered a couple of thinks for the new iphone of my girlfriend, i only received half of my order (the cheapest)as for what was missing, i've emailed them about 10 times since then about my missing product (worth £35) and never got a reply, a refund or just my order sent. it seams nobody work in the customer service department. They advertise that 90% of all queries are dealt with yet i sent 10 emails but no reply. In My opinion they should be shut down or change they name to rogue traders. It is the worth online shop i have ever used

The worst online company I've ever dealt with

I spent the best part of £50 on a present for my girlfriend's birthday, and paid for the 1-3 day delivery as I'd left it a bit late! I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail which I thought was very strange, so saved the details on the displayed confirmation page. On not receiving the product on time, I used the form on their website to see what was going on. It was at this stage that I read many worrying reviews about the company. After about a week without response (by which time my gf's birthday had passed), I emailed them at the address quoted on the website. Again, there was no response (I checked my junk mail every day), so I looked into ways of getting my money back from this disgrace of a company. A friend of mine works for my bank (Natwest) and recommended trying to use their Visa Debit Chargeback scheme, which literally "charges back" the amount stolen from you to the vendors own bank. It worked! I'm absolutely delighted, as I feel this can help other people who have had the misfortune to deal with easyishop. Google "visa chargeback" for more details. In some ways it is better than the protection afforded by using your credit card, as it will cover any amount, whereas credit cards often have a minimum spend. Make sure you keep all details of communications with the company you're claiming against, your bank will ask for this.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF EASYISHOP/SURREY STORES !!!

I ordered 2 iphone cases which were out of stock, then received an email stating covers wouldn't be in stock for another 5 weeks. So i decided to cancel order, I couldn't see a telephone number on the web site which nowadays is a joke, so i wrote an email...a week had passed no reply so i started reading reviews of this company, which 90% were very negative. now I started to worry so I wrote another email which went unanswered but while reading the reviews another unhappy customer had written that they had to contact Sagepay (which is similar to PayPal) before this company responded to them. So as I paid by Paypal I thought I'd contact them and raised a ''dispute'', low and behold a few days later I received a reply from easyishop, which said because I'd raised a dispute I was no longer able to get a refund.......before I could digest that a few lines down it said a refund had been issued. A week later the money was refunded. STAY WELL CLEAR OF EASYISHOP/SURREY STORES. Maybe they've had some satisfied customers but the majority are not happy and are having to run around after their money/goods. MicroHeaven has gone into liquidation. This company is BAD BAD NEWS !!!!

Was worried I found this site after purchase

It looks like these guys had a big problem last year I purchased my iphone 4 case then got worried as I saw these reviews.

A few of the reviews of recent are a bit harse one guy saying he got scammed but he got the wrong colour im sure if he sent it back it would have been sorted.

Anyway I got a good case which stopped my iphone dropping the signal maybe I should go and give Apple a bad review for making the iphone 4 that loses its signal without a case!!!

I sent an email linking to this site to the guys as I was worried I had lost my money as well. They replied within 4 hours which although not the fastest is not bad. The email did go to my junk mail im sure if a few people checked that they would find replies in there. Most are easy to blame and not give a chance.
