Not returning email or telephone calls -money taken from account.

I am frustrated after sending 5 emails from their website and my outlook account with no response in 10 days of trying. Phoned yesterday 30/06/10 the line gives a single continuos tone. The money for the item I ordered has been taken from account. I want to say stronger words than I have used so far but in the interests of
decency will refrain and hope that the Director/s of this company will
come out of hiding and face its customers to explain why items are
not being delivered whilst the money is taken and why they are not
responding to emails and telephone calls. The actions of this
company do not instil confidence to use them again.

Update: 08/07/09
I contacted Sage Pay who manage the payments for easyishop, Surrey Stores Ltd, Micro Heaven Stores and they agreed to pass on my concerns. Within 24 hours I received an email from easyishop
stating they were "sorry for the whole situation and any confusion that occurred". They also advised that a full refund had been made to my account and would take 2 days. Today my account is showing a full refund. I do think this company needs to look at it's website design and fix the broken bits like the complaints link and providing a telephone number that connects to someone in the company who can help resolve these sorts of difficulties. Looking at a recent review I feel I can upgrade my rating to 2 stars just for getting my money returned. The company asked me to remove my initial review if the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. I say my experience is my experience and I think I have told it honestly and as fairly as I can.

I got scammed too! :(

So I ordered an Incipio Feather Case in Red on the 10th. That's when the payment went through anyway. So I wait for about 4 days, and sure enough it comes. But when I receive the product, it's an absolutely horrible colour, different to that of the picture on the website. So I send it back, complete with return form and my request that it be exchanged with a Black one. It's been over 2 weeks now, and still no answer. I've written 3 emails to them, and each one getting angrier....

Scamming bastards...grrrrrrr.....

Overpriced theives

At the beginning of April I ordered a couple of iphone cases that I couldn't find in Aus. After ordering several other items in the past from the UK I thought the 18 pounds they quoted for postage was pretty excessive, but I assumed it would be priority service, and I really wanted the cases, so paid it. After a month of no parcel arriving I sent an email, and was told there had been a hold up with the arrival of stock for one of the cases (even though it was apparently in stock when i ordered). I was told they had been sent and would be here soon. 3 weeks later still no parcel. Another email and I'm given a tracking number. I contact royal mail and I'm told the parcel was sent SURFACE mail and would take 12 WEEKS!!! Who sends surface mail from the UK to Aus?? And after charging me 18 pounds!!! Whether I actually recieve the correct cases (or anything at all) remains to be seen, as I've been told by the postal company not to expect anything till at least July!!

Not as bad as i thought

I ordered an iphone case only to read horrible reviews of the company later on. Thinking I had burned 15 quid I still decided to send them an email enquiring on the status of my purchase. A few hours later i received a reply saying that my item has been shipped and is on its way. I received my item the following day and am happy with my purchase

Total scam!

I ordered a gift certificate for my brother for his birthday. It never arrived. After numerous emails to the company that were never answered, I finally managed to reach a person through their online chat. He assured me that it would be refunded. It never was. So much time passed while I was trying to contact them and waiting to have the issue resolved, it became too late to have any recourse through Paypal or otherwise. I'm out $50, and on top of that I had to buy another gift 2 months after my brother's birthday had passed.

To add insult to injury, the company keeps emailing me special offers. As if I would donate any more money to them! Avoid this "business" like the plague.

APPALLING SERVICE

I paid for an iPhone case- which stated it was in stock. I also paid for priority delivery- 2/3 working days. On the 3rd day I emailed SurreyStores (who run Easyishop) they said the item was infact out of stock. I requested that they cancel my order and asked for a refund. The email said i would get my refund within 5-7 working days. No name at the bottom, no phone number. 2 weeks later, nothing.
They don't reply to emails, they don't have any contact numbers.
I have since been investigating the "store" and have found countless customers who have had the same shamless "service". This company is affilliated with Microheaven, and should be considered fraudulent.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Go else where- 02, Apple etc.

Invisible Shield - PERFECT

Heard about easyishop.co.uk through a friend who recomended & i would like to say how good my experience was with them. I liked the idea of the invisible shield so purchased one through easyishop.
It was delivered the next day! which i thought was very clever, & i love the product. Faultless service from easyishop

Wrong Item no refund

Ordered an item for Christmas - they sent the wrong one. I returned it, and they said they would refund (the correct item was not in stock) Despite several emails there has been no refund. I would strongly advise against buying from this company

WARNING Fraud on a grand scale

Theft

Easyishop is a fraudster's paradise. I 'bought' a pair of Sennheiser earphoes from this company way back in March. The company's familiar method of operating is to say the item is in stock and has been out. When the item fails to turn up then claim it must have been lost by Royal Mail. They'll refund you but never do. My experience is the same as everyone who shops here. Yet it is still allowed to trade. The police aren't interested and neither are trading standards.

Don't hold your breath though as there isn't usually enough money to pay all creditors. If you paid by credit card, it is worth contacting your card provider as they may be able to refund you and/or chase up the money on your behalf.
