Bad Bad company!!!

Much the same as everyone no delivery, no refund and ignoring my calls.I have even started a facebook group warning people against them.Have also sent compaint to watchdog (thanks for advise Tom!) Why are they still allowed to take orders and rip people off???

Disgusting thievery

I ordered a cover for my i phone which cost me £20. a month and a half later I have had no delivery and worse still, absolutely no reply to the 20-30 contact attempts I've made by phone or email. Judging by the weight of complaints about this company It's pretty clear that they're acting fraudulently. Who polices this kind of activity? The really sad thing is that if I visited their premises to take back what is rightfully mine i'd probably end up being arrested! What a twisted world we live in. Enjoy my money Mr or Mrs company director, I hope you choke on your foire gras.

Absolutley shambolic

MY Girlfriend ordered an Ipod dock for my birthday that was allegedly in stock on March 25th for my birthday on April 8th, after it'd not arrived called them up and they said if its not arrived by the 7th call them back and they'll resend it out so obviously it was never in stock and now I'm trying to get a refund for her have emailed them three times no response the phone has a "fault" and has since Thursday 16th April (maybe earlier but I tried to call them on friday) and what business has a fault on the phone line for so long especially during these economic times? What I'm worried about is have they gone out of business and turned the phones off?

Same as everyone else here, lost in post, admin errors, refund in 5-7 days and still no refund. Slow to reply. Just avoid at all costs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Ordered item on 3 January. Did not arrive. Meanwhile my credit card was debited. Got told by company that item had probably been 'lost' by Royal Mail. (Not with recorded delivery).
Chased them again, this time told the item had suddenly become 'unavailable'. Promised a refund on my card, but 2 chasers later and being fobbed off with e-mails, still no refund and now the end of March. Will be investigating with Surrey trading standards.

No Refund, no response

On 9th December 2008 I returned an item for a refund via recorded mail. It was delivered to EasyiShop on the 11th December. Over two months later I have not received a refund. My 5 emails have not been answered, my two letters have also gone without reply. This company is simply awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I'll be contacting my solicitor next week.

awful post-sale customer service

I placed an order on 28/11/08 and cancelled straight away as item was ‘not in stock’.
I received an email saying my refund would take 5-7 days, as at today (08/01/09) still haven’t received my money back.
I have tried several times to contact them via their website and never got answered.
I have sent 4 emails to sales@easyishop.co.uk but again never even acknowledged my request.
I have sent an e-mail to their complaints@easyishop.co.uk it came back saying the address was invalid.
No operator is ever available on their live-chat.

This website is a JOKE, don’t buy anything from them if you don’t want to waste your money!

Horrible site. Dont use it.

Failed to ship item to me , stating they couldnt verify my adress info (yet no other delivery service has every had issues with the same information!) when i confirmed the info , they did not respond ... Their online "chat" service is a joke, with no support operators available, and if you call you are just put on hold indefinitely. Terrible.

Item not in stock as website stated

Item ordered based on 'In Stock' info given on the website. No details under the product info to give any indication that there was any delay. Paid for and agreed delivery for 1-3 days. No communication received to say any problem. When we phoned to find out when item would be sent out we were told that they would not have any stock for at least 6 days after we ordered. Payment had been taken from our credit card despite the fact that they could not fullfill promise to deliver within 3 days. Asked for MD to phone me and was advised he would - am still waiting. Customer satisfaction is obviously not taken seriously by this company. Shall not purchase from them again.
