Terrible customer service had an issue which they refused to fix after leaving a review they replied telling me to email them which i did straight away it’s been fifteen days still no response and i go on holidays in three days

Absolutely disgusted at bryons manner and lack of consideration with a mom with a child with a disability. Citing terms and conditions. Lack of understanding and customer care. Terrible handling of the query regarding seat allocation with child of 5 and a daughter with autism. His mannerism escalated the query and conversation.

Absolutely terrible customer service. If you have a medical emergency and are unable to fly there is no way to transfer your sports equipment that you’ve already paid for or additional baggage to a travel companion on the same booking despite the fact EasyJet will still receive payment for your flight and additional luggage unless you complete a medical emergency form. How a hospitalised passenger in a foreign country is able to do that; which involves printing, asking a DR who does not speak English to sign a ridiculously long and complicated form I have no idea
Edit - I have emailed the address in the reply to this email and I can see it will take up to 7 days for a review. I’m so frustrated.

I have made 3 phone calls. 2 contact forms. 2 trust pilot reviews. And 1 email to address they put on trust pilot. Got automated response saying someone will be in touch within 7 days. And guess what nothing. There customer service use to be good. But now it is non existence.
