I had to read a few tutorials before fully understanding how to create my first giveaway but once I understood how to navigate around the easy promos platform, I found it to be easy and user-friendly. I paid for pro basic for one month to use the multi-platform tool but will not be renewing as I was hoping for more options. At the moment I can't justify paying $49.99 a month for the service but I will continue to use the basic platform.

Brilliant software and great value for money. Easypromos makes it simple to run Instagram competitions. It's great that it also gives a certificate of validity so your entrants can be confident the giveaway is fair and all above board.

Easy to use, versatile, a little bit expensive unless you have various client competitions running simultaneously, but a great service with good support.

A powerful tool that can do a lot and is constantly being developed further. Very quick and helpful support, suggestions are taken up and implemented continuously. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I tried Easypromo for the campaing for my clients. Being here for the first time, I needed help in many occasions with my campaign.

The promotions are fully customizable. The helpdesk is quick and efficient.

The game worked great, although the forced sign in made a lot of people very hesitant to sign up and play the games.

The Easypromos platform was quite easy to manage and efficient at all times. It allowed us a good control of the giveaway that we organised.

The competition was a bit detailed to set up however the customer service was excellent in helping us to create a product we were very happy with. In the end the result was fantastic and we will definitely consider using Easypromos again for future competitions.

This will get 5 stars as soon as they remove the sign up feature. According to the help desk, this begins in April. Requiring sign ups through email then verifying takes away the excitement and people are tired of giving their information. (And sometimes the verification code went into trash mail.) We still had fun and the help desk is fantastic. Responded immediately and followed up.
