For years I have been working with many online gamification service providers to serve my clients' requests. In every platform there's always some kind of limitation when it comes to customization, analytics, or options which always hold us back - as an agency - to delivering the results our clients ask for.

By the end of 2020, after finishing a campaign for a client with a 3rd party provider, I find that I have been invoiced a significant sum as extra cost for using the service and this stripped us from all profits of the project, because the provider was not clear nor reasonable in their rationale.

But I did try it, and the beautiful thing is that they let you try and customize and test everything without a single limitation on time or capacity, then when you want to activate the campaign, this is when it's time to pay a SINGLE ONE TIME FEE with no hidden surprises.

So after getting the quickest approval from my client - since all requested customizations were easily implemented with room for a lot more - I activated the campaign and it was the most successful campaign that ran through us with any of our clients.

Support was blazingly fast, very friendly, and never did I suffer from the words "not possible" or "we can't".

This is a company that had me sign 6 more campaigns ahead with my client without flinching or any hesitation.

I did a photo contest UGC on my website.
The basic offer is limited to 1000 entry, you think it’s confortable ? You wrong !
Each action is an entry :
- Entry post,
- One Comment on facebook or IG of user’s post,
- Like on the facebook Or IG is one entry
- One vote on a picture is one entry.
Every actions !!
Result : We reach that amount in two days.
They charge 0,15$ For any participants when you reech 1000 the limit.
But you can’t see in the website what is the definition of a participant.
So Our contest was alraedy started and we couldn’t stop it.
We lost money and especially a lot of time!

We have been using the Easy Promos app now for over 4 years and it's been exciting to see the scope of the app grow during that time. We have tried a variety of other social apps during that timeframe but always return to Easy Promos due to its flexibility, ability to customise design wise and ease of use. The only sad thing for us Australian users is that the currency exchange means the app is now getting towards the pricier end of the scale. I think removing the test function from all promotions (you can now only access this using certain promos and subscriptions) is also something that should be reviewed. Anything you are paying for, you should have the opportunity to properly test before deployment. Overall though, a great system with efficient support that we definitely recommend.

Really good platform for giveaways. Customer service is always very helpful. There are many features to pick from and find the one that suits you best. And they are easy to follow and finish.

Easypromos were great in allowing me to use their ap for a virtual Easter Egg hunt for the family while we are in Covid-19 lockdown. This replaced what would have been a physical hunt for our grand children.
