Overall I am happy with my subscription. I am facing few issues related to updating created themes. Screen refreshing issues. May be in future I am hoping things will be fixed. All the best!!!

Generally easy to use, but the winner videos are not formatted in a way to be compatible with Creator Studio. This means you cannot schedule your videos in advance (unless you have your tech person adjust the aspect ratio and format), you can only post it directly, on a specific time, each time - which really cuts into your productivity and ability to plan your schedule. It also does not have provisions if there are too little entries for a random draw. The customer service is live, which is also good.

Excellent Service! An amazing experience using the platform. We have been using them for the past 3 months for many of our events and we find it super easy to use. Excellent support team especially Brian McNeil who always made a personal video clip to show me exactly what I need to do incase if I'm in any doubt.

We have used this platform since 2016 and have found it easy to use. The entry forms display well on our website and we get really good results.

Very easy tool to use with a lot of depth and variables it takes into consideration while choosing a winner for the competitions. The visual representation of the draw is also very good and looks professional which is a big bonus when presenting the comp to your followers.

Easypromosapp is the contest solution I should have moved to years ago. In my experience, the key factor of running a contest well or not is the control of user fraud. Easypromosapp has implemented some truly advanced steps against it that the other systems I used until now had no equivalent of. The company provides tremendous value for the money. You would pay a lawyer more to write you a contest Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Information Security Policy, etc. then Easypromosapp's entire contest hosting fee, which includes professional legal templates of all these documents for free. Why is this important? You don't want your contest to turn into an expensive Kraft rerun. What is that? If you don't know, Easypromosapp does, this is exactly why you want to use contest professionals like them.

There's a lot of "moving parts" to put together a big promo and everytime I've had a question, they were very quick to respond and very responsive. If I didn't understand something, they would walk me thru it and even made a personal video clip to show me exactly what I needed to do. Awesome!

Doesn’t check authenticity of accounts before announcing winners. Has no option to disqualify a winner and choose another winner. Just has one substitute winner option. Should give atleast three. Features missing like the winner should be following so and so accounts.
