Worry free label is not worry free !! To much exceptions !
Worry free label is not worry free when you return the car outside the opening hours of the rental company. My claim was refused for this reason. I returned the car at 5:00 am. This is mentioned in the terms but not clearly on their site. Not so worry free after all. Cost me 300€. Sure they are scamming customers together with the rental company as my car had no damage, and the pictures I took to prove it where not accepted.
Misleading, scamming website
Does not sufficiently inform clients with vague fine print and assumes no responsibility.
I booked “worry free” and had enough credit to cover the deposit easyterra claimed the rental agency would block. The agency slapped me with extra 300€ deposit and unannounced mandatory surcharges that had to be on the same card, and exceeded the limit. So, I was left with two options - being stranded at the airport without any refund, or paying 300% for the rental company’s insurance.
Customer support was useless. Never again.
Beware of extra expenses for 2nd driver
Easyterra gave us a contract with Budget in Olbia, Italy. Expenses for 2nd driver estimated on 140 euro, payable when returning the car. Amount to be paid was our 204,97. seems on top op our 140 we had to pay 20pct airport tax plus 22% VAT. My opinion is that Easyterra can be more specific as it is quite a difference and Budget was not able to explain. Otherwise our experience with Easyterra (and Budget) was very good!

Most stressful experience I’ve ever had.
Worry free is simply a Lie. They will just let you down if you have an emergency.
Just book with sunny cars. They will update anything for you, always, for free.
New kind of criminals
Terrible company, they didn t support our booking wich we did through them. Drivalia who charged us where we shouldn t have been charged. Never again with easyterra or Drivalia
Two stars as I could reach the service…
Two stars as I could reach the service desk, who were unable to assist. Rented a car via EasyTerra.nl, to find out upon collection that the rental company requirement is an embossed creditcard, which is due to current fraudulent landscape very old fashioned anyway. In the rental agreement it states that it MAY BE a requirement, in this case it was an obligation or one had to pay a fine....and guess what, almost to the cent equal as renting the car for a full week. Changing the reservation to a company without an embossed creditcard requirement was not possible and cancelling the reservation was at total cost of the agreement. This meant we had no options and EasyTerra felt they had done sufficiently by the vague statement that an embossed creditcard could be necessary, but up to me to find out prior arrival apparently, for them the money was in the pocket, right? It was my worst experience renting a car in many years of renting cars and having to go through the games rental companies play at times. Most come to reason at some point, not EasyTerra. Never again. Service to me includes informing your clients sufficiently. They failed and refuse any responsibility.

Very disappointed in the service
I recently had a disappointing experience with Autoverhuur Schiphol and Easyterra while trying to pick up my rental car at Schiphol Airport. The issue arose because I presented my digital driver's license from Dubai. I was informed that I needed a physical driver's license to complete the rental. However, I did have my physical international driver's license with me, alongside my digital license.
Despite this documentation, my rental was denied, and I was charged unexpected fees. I reached out to customer service, and while Yannick promptly responded and expressed regret, my request for a refund was denied because they stated I had not met all rental conditions. This was frustrating, especially since I did have the necessary paperwork.
I appreciate the quick response from customer service, but I believe more flexibility in accommodating valid documentation would greatly improve customer satisfaction.
Scam!
We bought a voucher with full insurance. The company that took the voucher let us pay for new insucance, otherwise we couldn't take the car!!!! The company was in the middle of nowhere and we had no other option than pay (much!!) for the not necessary insurance. Easy Terra did not took any responsibility when we told them their partner ripped us of. What a scam!

Bad service and didn’t get the promised car incl equipment.
Even though order confirmation they didn’t stand up to this and just ignored us. We had to rent another car and we’re overcharged without compensation
Does not provide promised vehicle and lack proper customer service
We rented a car where additional equipment was confirmed to be available in the order confirmation. We were going skiing and needed ski racks and snow chains. When we arrived to pick up the car they did not have the additional equipment. We were informed by the rental company that they had informed Easy Terra multiple days prior to our arrival, that they did not provide the equipment we were promised, which they failed to forward to us, so we could find a new rental car.
We were therefore forced to rent a bigger car, and pay the additional costs. When we informed their customer service of this, they apologized for the inconvenience but said they would not be able to do anything further.
Completely unacceptable experience
Completely unacceptable experience. We rented a car with equipment included according to the order confirmation, but upon arrival, Europcar informed us that the equipment was never available, and the company was aware of this. We were never notified, resulting in additional costs far beyond our budget. Customer service ignores our inquiries and takes no responsibility. Would not recommend.
Do not use this car rental
We had booked a car with ski racks to use for our vacation in France. Upon arrival at your rental location, we were informed that it was not possible to equip the car with ski racks. Furthermore, we were told that snow chains, which we had also ordered and received confirmation for, were not available either.
As a result, at 11 PM, after driving five hours to Hamburg, we were forced to rent an entirely different car from another provider. as the car we booked was completely unsuitable without the ski racks and snow chains.
This was an extremely disappointing experience as a customer and negatively impacted the start of our vacation. We were informed by Europcar that they had notified easyterra about their inability to provide a car with ski racks and snow chains, but this information was not communicated to us as customers, which is highly disappointing.
We the requested a refund for the first car, but got declined right away, and was told it was our own problem.
Do not ever use this car rental…

Consistent reliable service, with a great Worry-Free arrangement
During a number of years, I have consistently rented cars through EasyTerra. The booking process was always smoothly. One time I had a transaction problem with my card, which was promptly resolved.
The cars I received, were always according to, or exceeding, the specifications I booked. The pick-up and return process was always good. Particularly I like the Worry-Free arrangement, which saves me the need to arrange any additional insurance.
Getting charged for 2 rental cars
Rented a car via easyterra at dollar in Palma de Mallorca. Upon arrival, there was no dollar desk in the car rental area, and i was sent away by Hertz. Customer service of easy terra rebooked me to gold car but never has credited the Dollar amount. later on I found out that is is a fault of Hertz acting on behalve of Dollar forgetting to put Dollar signs and inform their staff. Main issue is that I have not recived credit, so payed for 2 rental cars. Stay away from EASY TERRA, youll end up getting charged for 2 cars
EasyTerra is a reliable car rental…
EasyTerra is a reliable car rental service that offers efficient and quick service. The booking process is straightforward, and the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth experience without any surprises. Their "no worries" and worry-free options are particularly appreciated, providing peace of mind. While there were slight delays in refunds, overall, the company provides a satisfactory service for renting cars.
Useless
Useless!
Just rent through the regular car rental companies. I had damage with my car I rented through EasyTerra. First, they make you wait 13 weeks before taking up your claim. Then they deny coverage for damage you caused yourself by stating “gross negligence”, which the circumstances did not justify. There is nowhere you can take this up with them to protest such a decision.
I so wish I’d just taken out the insurance with the car rental company itself.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! Absolute scammers, the fact they have no phone number is a huge red flag.
Their email customers service is a joke, they are terrible terrible people, that just take your money and do not provide the service.
