Would give 0 stars if possible, paid for 4 tickets for Ub40. Rescheduled due to covid twice. No further contact since. Now past the refund dates for Visa and Paypal! Robbing ba**ards!

Looks like a scam £374 down the pan
Looks like a scam £374 down the pan. Bank are saying due to the time, they cannot do anything
I would give zero if I could do not use…
I would give zero if I could do not use this company at all scam and anything linked to them they take your money then the concert doesn't happen and no refunds scam .
I wish I could give zero stars.
I wish I could give zero stars.. Absolute scam... Purchased tickets for 2 separate shows which both got postponed.. Then the Company ceased trading but have left it so long to inform us that PayPal and my bank are refusing to refund any money.. Disgusting
Fraud scum
Same as everyone else. Paid a lot of money for a show that got cancelled as the company shut. Now it's been too long for PayPal to refund and I have no idea how I'm going to get my £900 back.
Do your research before booking through any linked companies
Purchased concert tickets 12 months ago, concert rescheduled from 2021 to 2022 now cancelled and Easy Ticketing no longer trading, they've waited long enough so you can't get your money back!
Section 75 does not apply as each ticket was less than £100. Even though the transaction total was £137.50.
Bank are trying to do a charge back. But it's looking very likely my money and husbands birthday present have gone!!
If I could give 0 I would !
If I could give 0 I would !
Absolute scam and PayPal and the bank won’t do anything about it ..
Yet again scam companies being allowed to rip people off ..
Zero stars
Zero stars. Clearly rescheduled the tour in 2021 due to liquidation and now unable to get a refund from PayPal as it’s over 180 days. Something needs to be done!
Very disappointing for all concerned and affected. Paypal have offered a good will gesture…
Paypal have offered a good will gesture but also saying that since the transaction was over 180 days they cant do anything. Ironic thing is that I did not realise it was a paypal transaction in the first place. Waiting to see if pay pal have a change of heart. Cant believe that the venues are too pleased either as they have lost out on drink and food sales.
Fuming!
Fuming!
I don’t even know what credit card I used to make my transaction, I have closed credit cards to try and get me out of financial difficulty and now the banks can’t look into this and can’t get hold of anyone!! Can anyone help? What can I do?
Absolute thief’s
Absolute thief’s! Cancelled concerts that we purchased tickets for 2 years ago.. have told us to chase PayPal for a refund or contact our bank.
PayPal won’t refund after 2 years!!!!!!! So we are out of pocket.
We have the owners details and will have to put in a small claim
Avoid! Disgusting
Complain to your bank!
Question the transaction with your bank, you can raise a section 75 or just report there being a problem and if it’s over £100 you should get your money back! My bank has just given me a full refund after altering them to the issue yesterday :)
Easy Ticketing quids in!
Easy Ticketing also know as Simple Ticketing - as you may know this company has just gone into liquidation. Anyone that purchased event tickets over 180 days can’t get their money back. Excemptions are made for transactions over £100, you can go through your bank (still might not get it back, your bank will explain the process) Anything less your gonna be out of pocket!
Most payments were made via paypal, PayPal has said they can’t do anything which I find shocking. Knowing Covid was going to slow or even postpone events, why havn’t they extended the 180 days?!
I would suggest if you are in the same boat report this to BBC Watchdog via their website as Easy ticketing knew what they was doing and alot of people like myself don’t believe they was ever going to do the event. The lack of communication when we wanted a refund early in the year says it all!
Copy and paste on social media!!
Thank you
Have same problem as everyone else.
Have same problem as everyone else.
Comedy in the park Leeds.
Have contacted watchdog if everyone does the same maybe something my happen.
And fyi 0 stars for this sad little company and its owners
tin pot companies
both of these companies simple ticketing limited and m & B Promotions are micro companies with the same one shareholder and director and one employee they were set up with £1 share capital and in the latest accounts had only £700 assets between then. It seems unlikely that such a small company would have the contacts/resource to set up a number of large events like this. I booked through facebook and wonder if the artists were ever signed up at all or was just a huge scam from teh begining. The companies are active at the moment on companies house they are not in liquidation
I wouldn’t even give a 1
I wouldn’t even give a 1!
I’m the same as everyone else, bought 2 tickets for comedy in the park and was emailed yesterday to say there is no comedy in the park and I could claim a refund….. but I can’t 🥴
I’m so annoyed!!! I’ve emailed the company via their email address and via their website and I have also messaged ‘gigantic.com’ as when you choose to buy tickets on easy ticketing site, you are redirected to gigantic…. So they’re either trading under that new name or have a sister company. Either way it’s just not right and really unacceptable! I’ve also been in touch with watchdog!! Total scum bags!
Can anyone tell me what company name…
Can anyone tell me what company name the original charge for Comedy in the Park for Powderham Castle is under. I am trawling back through my statements for the bank, don't hold out much hope though. Glad I didn't pay upfront for the hotel. What an absolute scam.
What a scam of a Company
What a scam of a Company, laughing all their way to the Bank!!
PayPal don’t want to know as payment over180 days + bank say the same….fraud team at bank looking into the matter however not looking hopeful as ‘ they ‘ say MasterCard very strict regarding 180 day rule
In the same boat as everyone else
In the same boat as everyone else, Paypal will not refund as the transaction was back in October 2020 and the bank cannot do a chargeback as I used the pay from bank account option of Paypal. I have contacted Watchdog UK and I urge you all to do the same, they have taken all our money and continued to sell tickets right up to yesterday knowing they were going under. Very unhappy person today
Bought 2 tickets for Southport Comedy…
Bought 2 tickets for Southport Comedy in the park, date rescheduled twice ,now cancelled. PayPal should make an exception regarding refunds as dates moved as due to Covid - £137.50 down, including a booking fee of over £12. Absolute scammers.
