Bought tickets for two different gigs, both moved and couldn’t go. Asked for a refund, ignored multiple times on one transaction,
told I could move to another event on the other, so chose one, never received tickets.
Raised disputes with bank which they never challenged, got my money back.
Not sure if this company have ever actually run any events, or if they just sell tickets and then reschedule the gigs? I fully expect this company to fold before they actually deliver on any of the events they’re selling tickets for.

I paid for comedy in the park in southport for last July. It got cancelled an rescheduled for a week day rather than a weekend which it was originally planned for, I can't make the rescheduled date so was offered a credit voucher instead of a refund I accepted that back In August however not received any response from them since. I've emailed numerous as it is the only communication I have with them with no reply. So instead of a refund or credit note I have instead just lost out on £250... thanks

As many other people have written, had an event cancelled, tried to get a refund, the company is not responding to any emails sent to them. The event was cancelled in July, have been contacting since but no response.
Another poster mentioned they were going to contact watchdog & rip off britain. I've also done this and recommend if you're reading this then you do too!

A disgrace!!! Bought two tickets to see Craig David at Norwich in September and been trying ever since to get a response and a refund, after this was cancelled!!! Emails sent, auto generated reply, that’s it! Now going to Watchdog and Rip off Britain!! Reading all these responses, how on earth are they getting away with this!!! They have not heard the last of this!!!

Terrible company! Trying to get refund for UB40 concert in Kettering and they haven’t replied to any of my emails! Astro has passed away, selling these tickets are now false advertising, as one half of the act is deceased! I have contacted trading standards!

Awful company trying to get refund on my two UB40 tickets at wickstead Park Kettering moved from August this year apperatley due to covid but Ali and the great Astro played elsewhere .moved to June next year when I can't go due to work and now one half of UB40 has died (rip ) Astro 2x emails asking for refund same answers due to covid load of ball .excuse me ....phoned them get same answers on voice mail etc etc really this company should be written off as they are utter crap ...needs to be closed down and refund all the unhappy customers its p.off bigtime.

Bought tickets in Sep 2020 for an event in Feb 2021. It was rescheduled to July 2021. The day of the event they cancelled due to covid and said I would be refunded.
I've been emailing for months now. No refund. Not one single reply to an email. The phone line is closed.
Tried raising a dispute with PayPal but I'm not holding out much hope.
Update: PayPal closed the dispute automatically as it has been over 180 days since I bought the tickets. My bank is now investigating.
Final update Dec 2021: I raised this with my bank and they refunded the money. They said they would investigate and there was a chance that they would take the money back but this would be within a certain the frame. This has now passed and they didn't request the money back so can only assume their investigation was successful. I would recommend you speak to your banks and request a chargeback. There is an expiry on this so don't wait too long.

Bought tickets for UB40, rescheduled for no reason, (I went to Wimbledon month before) now half of UB40 has died, cant attend new date in any event. Wont respond to any calls/emails etc. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Paypal refusing to refund too as apparently "e ticket" has been delivered.

comedy in the park
I bought two tickets for comedy in the park which they've cancelled and moved to next year. They've also moved it from a weekend event to a mid week event and they are re advertising the event with no mention of the line up, so I expect that'll be different from the original one. I've asked for a refund but they are using the excuse of there Covid clause in there T&Cs. There were large sporting events held prior to the original date which blows there Covid excuse away. They are complete charlatans and I'd never buy tickets for an event from them again.
What a joke
Same as all of you I couldn’t get a refund for a cancelled show. I tried through PayPal and they said no because it was an e-ticket I technically had the goods so wouldn’t refund. Despite me telling them cancelled show and I can’t make the new date. They said because I had the tickets there’s nothing they can do. I then contacted my bank who set up a dispute with PayPal for the money. The bank give it you back instantly but will take it off you with prior notice if you lose the claim. So I have it back and kept to one side to see. But there shouldn’t be a reason I won’t win this claim. Disaster of a company. Never ever ever again. So if easy ticketing aren’t going to comply with the rules. Go elsewhere. Good luck folk. It’s our lesson learnt. X

Cancelled show last minute due to a person on the show testing positive with Covid19. Initially correspondence was 'ok' and as with many others, I was told I was due a refund and to submit my bank details. Since then (end August 2021), after being told it had been passed to the finance department, I have received no further correspondence, or responses to my emails, and no refund. I have now contacted Watchdog and urge other to do the same!

Exactly the same issue as everyone else here. No response even for a cancelled show. No option to move it they have said they will give a refund and to give bank details but still no refund.

Go to small claims court, if not getting the response you want. We got all our money back. Its easy.
