Would give 0 stars if possible, paid for 4 tickets for Ub40. Rescheduled due to covid twice. No further contact since. Now past the refund dates for Visa and Paypal! Robbing ba**ards!

Would give zero stars if I could. Like pulling teeth to get a reply, will be looking at going down the legal route if I don't get it sorted very soon.
Some birthday present this turned out to be!
Pretty much the same as everyone else
Pretty much the same as everyone else. Brought tickets for Martin Kemp back in February 2021 for November 2021. Event was moved a year forward which at the time I didn't mind. Now I can't see the event date listed on the venues website or Easy Ticketing's website. I've received no further correspondence. Can't believe the phone lines are not being answered & using remote working as an excuse!!! Judging by comments on here I'm not very confident my email will get answered. I'm complaining to the One Show, let's name & shame Easy Ticketing.
Seems to be the same story as everyone…
Seems to be the same story as everyone else, bought 4 tickets to see Katherine Ryan that was delayed twice and then cancelled, but loads of emails later still no reply. I’ve now contacted my card provided to try and get the money back…
Companies house lists Pamela Murray as the director based in Coventry…
Do not buy tickets through Easy Ticketing
Same problem as everyone else it seems... Kathryn Ryan gig was cancelled due to someone having covid, has not been rearranged and they haven't answered any emails from myself trying to get money back. I bought 4 tickets for myself and friends so leaves me in the position of likely having to pay my friends back at £40 a ticket while I somehow try to recover the money. Bought through Epic Studios, don't know how they can get away with this either, when I spoke to them they advised that Easy Ticketing had "nothing to do with them" that they hire out their venue to events organisers and they are not involved at all?! All seems a scam to be honest.
Paid £100 for 2 tickets to see Craig…
Paid £100 for 2 tickets to see Craig David in Norwich. They are ignoring all emails I've sent. Thieving from hardworking people. Blaming it on covid and not offering rescheduled tickets. Its disgusting
If I could give a zero rating I would.
If I could give a zero rating I would.
Purchased tickets in February for an event in July which was cancelled in June. Was told I could keep tickets for following year or be given a credit note. Asked for full refund and was told this is not stipulated in t's & c's and a credit note would be issued. Have been emailing to chase sine July and now emails are being ignored. Tried calling number which states you have to email. I even found a response on the FAQ stating a refund would be given if they cancelled the event. Has also raised this but still no reply and I am £198 out of pocket! Absolutely disgusting customer service, or lack of, and ride how they are keeping peoples money and ignoring all correspondence. I have escalated to financial ombudsman who have referred back to CAB. Will see what happens but I'm not holding my breath.
Keeping my money and hiding!
Comedy Gig in Norwich cancelled on the day (30 June) with Katherine Ryan. All attempts to get refund ignored. No customer service whatsoever ever, no care. Feels like a scam business and set up to keep your money no what. Do not give them your cash _ it’s not safe.
No response to after sales
I bought a ticket online for an event but they never e-mailed me the ticket, I have repeatdly e-mailed them requesting them to send the ticket but they do not reply to e-mails, if you ring the number it's an automated messaged saying contact us via e-mail only, but they never respond to e-mails. I have had to dispute via paypal for a refund.

Impossible to get credit note. Won’t refund. Avoid!
Sold tickets during pandemic, then cancelled “due to the pandemic” even though in July 21 outdoor concerts could go ahead. No refunds, suggested credit note but won’t reply to any of my emails, not answering telephone calls. No hope of getting credit note or refund. Scam, avoid at all costs. Worst customer service of any company during this pandemic!
Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. Dont respond to emails, removed their telephone number...... Bought tickets for an event that was cancelled in July after ALL government restrictions were lifted. Refused to give a refund but when the event was cancelled the reason given was due to insurance not covid. In their terms and conditions it states :
Tickets purchased from Easy ticketing are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. The only time we would offer a refund is if the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act (concerts only) or venue). If the date of the event has been changed due to COVID-19, please see term 46 of our Terms and Conditions.
Therefore we are all entitled to a refund as it was not cancelled due to covid. They are fraudulently keeping our money and it wouldn't surprise me if they file for insolvency due to them owing people tens of thousands of pounds. Its not fair and its not right. They have no morals and dont care about all the people this is affecting. I have tried to get the money back from my bank and it is ongoing. I will not give up. These people should not be allowed to operate. Someone needs to step in now before anyone else gets scammed.
Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company, finally got my refund from my credit card company, cost me time and effort but I hope people do the same, these people should be brought to justice and publicly shamed. Has put doubt in my mind for anything I trust my money with going forward.
Up-date on Simple ticketing / Easyticketing
NOW PAID UP! So the pain of paying more to set up a court action did eventually work!
Up-date, Comedy in the park Lincoln, refused a refund. PayPal can't help as over 180 days ago, down £465. Now gone through Court Process, cost me £50 to file, against Melissa Austin of Simple Ticketing Ltd as they are the parent company of Easy Ticketing. Next step = bailiffs. Will update this post if I get anywhere.
Fraudulently using PayPal. Fraud team aware
I would like to request a refund. I have been informed by PayPal that easy ticketing have obtained the money fraudulently through PayPal and haven’t used personal PayPal ID so people are unable to track the PayPal transaction or open a dispute. This has been reported to the police fraud team. PayPal are unable to organise the refund as I am out of the 180 days. I did not know about the rescheduling untill yesterday as didn’t receive an email to inform me.
Considering the ticket I brought was for comedians that have now pulled out (as they are so disgraced by how you this whole thing has been handled) I am no longer receiving what I purchased.
I am unable to attend the new date so will loose out on a lot of money. This was for a Birthday present for my partner who now doesn't have a Birthday presents.
The reason for pulling out were nothing to do with COVID or the customers who are now the ones having to pay. I am unsure why easy ticketing is stating ‘ force majeure’ …. This event was organised during the pandemic so the pandemic was already a known complication when organising the event not a NEW ‘act of god’ but something that is now part of every day life. The date it was scheduled for had already been outlined by the Government as ‘restrictions lifted’ so there would have been no reason the event couldn’t go ahead. This was known at the time of cancelling the event. You claims that is was due to not being able to get insurance to cover COVID is the fault of the organisers for not checking prior to arranging a huge event and not the customers fault.
Due to all the reason above I think you will agree it is VERY reasonable to offer myself and everybody else a refund. I am unsure why you need to keep thousand of pounds of innocent customers, the event hadn’t even been organised so keeping the money is practically stealing as the money had not yet been spent.
If refunds had been offered originally the comedians wouldn’t have pulled out through disgust as how it had been handled, customers would have been happy to rebook tickets or to attend future comedy in the park.
As it stands comedy in the park has been reported to the government, trading standards and watchdog to which I am involved. The reputation of the company is now in ruins.
This is a huge shame as ‘Comedy in the park’ seemed a great event with lots of potential for the future.
I hope you as a company can come to a solution.

LUCKILY for us the company used the ‘PayPal payment processor’ to take customers payments. Some banks and credit card companies are refusing to pay customers their money back - so simply follow the below steps to get your money back within eight days:
1) Check your bank statement and note down the ‘PAYPAL TRANSACTION ID’ from the payment made to easy tickets.
2) Call PayPal or send a message in the chat (note you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account).
3) Ask to raise a CLAIM against the transaction - highlighting the fraud m - also highlight that PayPal has had to refund many hundreds of other customers - also note that the so called rearranged dates would render you unable to make a claim if not delivered due to next year being out of timescales to raise a claim.
4) PayPal gives them 8 days - they send the same nonsense they send you in an email - PayPal isn’t having none of this vile fraud and refund you your money straight away.
LETS GET ALL OUR MONEY BACK THROUGH PAYPAL AND NOT LET THESE CRETINS HAVE A PENNY OF IT!
