After now reading all these, the exact same has happened to me. I have tried bank and PayPal but they can’t help. I have submitted a fraud /scam claim through the action fraud team! I hoping they will help. Maybe others need to try this too!!!
It’s disgusting at how much money they have robbed off so many people!!!!

This company is something else. I will NEVER buy tickets through them again
Their response times are horrendous, their rules for rebooking of tickets are awful
They have no idea what good customer service looks like.
I am shocked, furious and saddened by the way that this company has treated me

Disgusting company. Exactly the same happened to me as everyone else describes - event postponed to a day I cannot attend and comedians have already said they will not be performing on the new date. Easy Ticketing refused to give me a refund, which goes against their own policy.

My credit card company refunded my money even though it was just under £100. Easy Ticketing didn't fight this in any way or put up any arguments. Please write to your credit card company and fully explain the situation. Hopefully they will give you your money back. Good luck.

As per all other reviews this company cannot be trusted. I booked tickets to an event which has changed to a new date which I cannot attend and they will not offer a refund.

They do not even respond to your emails!! Now trying to get a refund via bank/PayPal based on what others have advised.

Having bought tickets from this company over 1 year ago to a 'comedy in the park' event it was subsequently rescheduled with significant changes made to the original lineup. Despite these changes and clear violation of 'the fairness' test under consumer goods act, easy ticketing continue to refused refunds citing 'force majeure' which accounts for unforeseen circumstances. I'm still not clear how they can claim organising an event during a pandemic caused unforseen circumstances but there we are. This company is effectively running a scam to defraud customers, I would not buy tickets through this company again. I would advise anyone to avoid this company at all costs.

Hi guys, I too unfortunately fell for this scam.

Call PayPal and give them the transaction ID, it's quite a long winded process as it's not connected to your personal PayPal account - it takes about an hour or so to explain the story, talk to various departments and go through security questions BUT I have received my money back in full!

Please everyone try the same! These scammers don't deserve a penny of our hard earned money!!!

Scammers! Do not use! Would have given zero rating but not possible. Cancelling gigs months ahead if the date citing covid restrictions where thousands of concerts all over the country are taking place and with some of the artists we'd booked to see! No refunds offered only exchange to dates that aren't suitable for next year. My friends and I have nearly £1000 tied up in 2 gigs they've cancelled! Furious.

Seems to me this company are scammers using the current pandemic as a reason not to refund. Surely a booking made during a pandemic cannot be classed as a Force Majeure as its not "unforeseen". Clause 21 of the T&C "or alternatively claiming a refund"
Our credit card provider are most likely to refund us but it seems these scumbags are making money from other peoples misery.

There are threads on here advising that I, Kieran Bourne, have a connection with Easyticketing. Easyticketing is a company registered at its accountants address, namely Haywards Accountants of 5 Mercia Business Village, Torwood Close, Coventry, CV4 8HX. It is not uncommon for a company to be registered with its accountants. There are several businesses registered to this address and that trade from this address, including some of my own. My own businesses have nothing to do with Easyticketing so please do some homework before posting any defamatory reviews.

SCAM. We booked tickets to an event, the date was then rescheduled to a date we could no longer attend, and most of the acts in the line up have cancelled, yet Easy Ticketing have still refused to give people a refund. Disgusting behaviour - they are still selling tickets advertising the line up that won’t even be attending. If I can’t get the money back from my bank I’ll see you in court.

Both this company and the M&B Promotions Company who were responsible for the Open Air Theatre at Wicksteed Park for Craig David, Comedy in the Park, UB40 etc etc are run by the same person. Should have sensed something dodgey then.

Emails sent to both companies asking for a refund as we bought 2 tickets to Comedy in the park costing a grand total of £137.50, so far we've not seen that money back.

Brought 5 tickets at £45 each to see comedy how at Wicksteeds Park, show was cancelled and no refund. They changed their T&C's after canceling this ( and other shows ) at Wicksteed Park. For Me it is up to Wicksteeds to refund us, and get the money back from Easyticketing as they was hosting the event and hired ET to take the money. DO NOT EVER BOOK ANYTHING THROUGH EASY TICKETING OR AT WICKSTEEDS.

You can report a business behaving unfairly during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. Such as using the Force Majure Clause....

never book through this company. Seems a lot of people have had the same issue. Company refusing to refund tickets for an event I have booked in September but which they have now moved to 2022 and claiming it is because of Covid, despite restrictions being lifted. Impossible to get hold of the company, I will be looking to refund through paypal or my credit card.

So since I booked these tickets almost a year ago, the time to raise a paypal or credit card dispute has expired. What a scam of a company.

EDIT 2 - I have spoken to paypal via their customer service line, just keep asking to speak to an advisor until you get through the automated stuff. Although outside the 180 day dispute period, I spoke to an extremely helpful lady who could see this is essentially a scam and I have had my money refunded straight away. I hope others manage to get this sorted.

I contacted easyticketing partners today, wicksteed open air theatre. The sales and events manager, named Gemma, acknowledged that they continue to sell tickets through easy ticketing, but could not help with any contact details for them. She also stated that there is nothing they could do. Thank you very much wicksteed park, keep taking the money! Disgusting!

Basically I have the same problem as everyone else looking at all the reviews, just so angry that they can actually get away with this scam 😡

Last year I bought 3 tickets to a concert scheduled for this month which was cancelled due to covid and re-scheduled to the following year.
I am unable to attend the new dates as i will not be in the country.
I have emailed customer care 15 times now, gone on their online chat and tried to call several times to explain everything and asked for a refund as on their website it states that if THEY change a date to an event they do refund...
All i received is the same generic email several times now (this is when i actually receive a reply) telling me i can have a credit note or nothing. the phones lines do not work.
I have asked for someone to call me so i can explain or complain and this is always ignored.
It seems there are no actual people who work there only machines and no customer service what so ever!!! AVOID, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I have had the same problems as everyone else with this shambles of a company. A Saturday show rescheduled for a week day then moved again to a year later! Asked for a refund but surprise surprise no reply and not able to call! Paid on my Tesco credit card through paypal. PayPal opened a case and 14 days later they have refunded me! No PayPal didn't get a reply from them either! How much longer can this company keep running?! If you paid by credit card or PayPal it was actually easy to get the money back in the end just go straight to them!

If I could rate them ZERO I would. In March me and my friends purchased UB40 tickets, and the event was cancelled until next year but is still going ahead in other cities? Strange. They have taken their number of the website and haven’t replied to my emails I sent 6 weeks ago. How can they do this to people shocking. It’s a Ponzi Scheme - at best. The director has gone, doubtless after a big Dividend using our money. We will find out if they ever file any more accounts. My Credit Card company refused to put the payment in dispute. Wicksteed Park did not do any Due Diligence. Perhaps we should all shame them? I think a class action Small claims court is needed, because these liars are getting away with it. Our money and not one of these concerts will happen as they have no assets! £1400 on the last accounts. I Agree with other reviews, the Force “Manure” clause does not stand up. This is simply fraud on a huge scale.
