Would give 0 stars if possible, paid for 4 tickets for Ub40. Rescheduled due to covid twice. No further contact since. Now past the refund dates for Visa and Paypal! Robbing ba**ards!

Booked to see craig David with a group of mates on a Saturday night then they changed it due to COVID although restrictions are no more and also there were restrictions when booked and changed it for a Monday then refused to refund

They do not respond to emails & their phone line isn’t available. Unable to find them on social media - feel completely stuck on how to get my money back. Very disappointing.
Do not book tickets through this…
Do not book tickets through this company!
They have awful customer services and do not respond to you emails.
If an event gets cancelled and moved to a different time / date / year or universe, they DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.
Absolute shame and will most likely not exist by the time you are ready to attend your event.
Same problems as everyone else😡
Only gave one star in order to write a review. They're obviously a bunch of con merchants judging by the long list of complaints.
Comedy in the Park at Temple Newsam cancelled until next year. Can't make the new date and to be honest why should we? They've taken the decision to cancel even though it could have gone ahead as lockdown restrictions had been raised. No reply via email. Phone lines disconnected. Can't claim through credit card as £99 (£100 minimum for claim). Too expensive to go through small claims.
Fuming doesn't cover it.
How can a company get away with this?
I'm in the same boat as everyone else…
I'm in the same boat as everyone else here. Can't attend the so called rescheduled event and can't find anyway of contacting them for over a month. PayPal can't help as its been over 6 months since we purchased and the bank isn't interested. I'm gutted and so angry. Please do not use this company. I'll be trying to get my money via the Small Claims route.
ZERO STARS
Wish I could give ZERO STARS. Had an email on 28th June to say event cancelled by promoters and I'd be entitled to a Full refund. But as it had been over 6 months since they were bought I'd have to send my account details. Sound suspicious to me. Scumbags stealing your money. I've sent countless emails and no contact. Fraudulent tossers
Wish I could put 0
Wish I could put 0! They’ve rescheduled the concert we have booked, we cannot attend, I have sent countless emails, their phone line is off and it’s been over a month and they are still ghosting requests.
Avoid at all costs!
It’s a shame it’s not possible to rate…
It’s a shame it’s not possible to rate “no star”. We have been robbed by EasyTicketing (or Simple Ticketing or M & B Promotions and maybe many other names). They refuse to give us a refund for cancelling an event (£297). We cannot attend their rescheduled event next year but they do not care - money in their pocket. Reading other comments I now realise we have all been conned!
Disgraceful company and behaviour
Disgraceful company and behaviour - rescheduled an event for 12 months time that we cannot attend- (7 NHS workers cost us £350) basically saying we cannot have a refund - try & contact your bank but you won't be successful. Wow I will never use this company again....
Shody bunch of charlatans
Shody bunch of charlatans. Canceled the event citing Covid even though restrictions had been eased to allow it to run. Refusing to refund tickets and expecting people to come to reorganised event on a random Thursday afternoon in 2022. Don't answer emails either.
Fortunately free legal service rejects their amateur defense of Force Majure. Expect hundreds of small claim cases against them to give them a reality check.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Same as all the other reviews. Event postponed to a date not suitable. Original event was on a Saturday and they rearrange for a week day in June in school term!!!! No wonder people can't attend. No response to emails apart from the one that they say you can't get a refund as per their T & C's. Phone lines not connected due to remote working.
Would be interested to hear if anyone gets any response or refund.
Refuse to give refunds on a rescheduled…
Refuse to give refunds on a rescheduled show and are now ghosting all enquiries. They are based in the same building as the promoter M&B Promotions.
Highway robbers
Highway robbers! Don't give thrm your money. No response to emails or phone calls despite taking my £148.50 and cancelling an event. They've apparently rescheduled but the venue know nothing about this new date! Dodgy doesn't even cover it
One way to get your money back
So the way to sort this, as it appears, is to go direct to the venue and complain about M&B Promotions, explaining whats happened. Within the same day Easy Ticketing finally got in touch to say the only way they can process a refund is if i email my bank details. Begrudgingly i've done that so we will see where were are, but i would never ever buy tickets from this lot again. Cowboys
Scumbags stealing your money and no…
Scumbags stealing your money and no contact. Bought 2 VIP tickets for "Amd It's Live" and the answerphone blames covid for people working at home (they don't have phones at home???) and no one replies to emails. Fraudulent tossers
event been cancelled.
event been cancelled.. not rescheduled now have been ghosted when it comes to a refund
UB40 Powderham Castle
UB40 Powderham Castle,
Cancelled until nearly a year later. Won't refund, won't reply to emails, told me to go to PayPal and my card issuer knowing I won't get it. Absolute disgrace. I would love to meet the owner face to face. If anyone has any details on this person I would be grateful please? Solicitor involved due to two friends dropping out because of the new date. We committed to the date organised. Now I have already lost £90. Anyone buying a ticket from these cowboys DONT avoid at all costs. Completely ghosted me.
Just seen this at the bottom:
Let Easyticketing know about your review. Just check the box and we'll notify them. The review will be sent to info easyticketing .c o.uk.
Same email address they don't reply to. How laughable and insulting.
Horrendous company. AVOID
This total shower of a company really do need a rethink of the way they treat people. Been waiting almost a month now for any form of response. So I tried contacting them through their associated company m and b promotions. Their response was to block me. Steer well clear at all costs.

Disgusting ----- Avoid at all costs
Easyticketing - Comedy in the Park
So - I have dug deep into the Easyticketing, M & B promotions, Comedy in the Park & other events debacle. They have numerous companies between the directors, and they are all linked. so - here's the explanation to make people avoid using these companies.
Easyticketing are selling lots of events to be held at "Rialto Plaza Coventry. - Director of both companies, Melissa Austin.!! Who was also a Director of M & B Promotions With Pamela Murray - who has also been Director of other companies that have now "ceased trading" (but resigned the day after they postponed all the Comedy in the Park events)
It looks like they have a venue, set up the ticketing & promotions company, selling tickets to other places too, but due to costs cancelling using Covid as an excuse. Do not use these companies - they are not regulated, not members of STAR (Secure Tickets from Authorised Retailers) If you have purchased from them & they are refusing a refund - report them to HMRC, Trading Standards & Companies House (related party disclosures)
They have been selling tickets during a pandemic - then use the Section 46 Force Majeure for the reason they are cancelling them. No-one will get their money back - it's probably been spent on Director Dividends by now!! The accounts haven't been filed for Rialto Plaza - overdue according to Companies House.
Report - Report - Report!!!!!!
