It's my first experience and probably the last.. They send me a broken thing!!!

J ai acheter un telephone portable qui etait presenter sur ebay new dans le titre et dans etat:
titre: NEW Nokia Lumia 925 16GB Mobile Phone
État :
Neuf: Objet neuf et intact, n'ayant jamais servi, non ouvert, vendu dans son emballage d'origine

Jai recu le telephone il etait pas neuf il etait meme tres utiliser a l usure visible sur l arriere du telephone

le vendeur sans scrupule ma proposer une petite ristourne en evoquant le faite qu'il etait d occasion mais pas cher,
j ai laisser un avis sur le produit en disant la verite ebay ma tout de suite suspendu le compte.
et n a porter aucune attention sur cette fraude.

j'ai toutes les preuves y compris le telephone je veux envoyer ebay devant la justice pour complicite de fraude car ebay protege ses vendeurs au detriment des acheteurs

Ebay est devenu le vivier des arnarques escroquerie
je me tiens a la disposition de trustpilot pour apporter toutes les preuves de ce que je dis le vendeur a tenter de vendre sur ebay des telephones pas neuf avec l appelation NEW ( NEUF N AYANT JAMAIS SERVIE ETC) et j ai recu un produit completement USE c est donc une escroquerie.

et ebay a rien trouver mieeux de me fermer mon claper que de me bloquer sur ebay simplement mon combat ne fait que commencer pour dire au monde entier que ebay on rien a faire des acheteurs leurs buts conservers des vendeurs meme peu scrupuleux.

Je me tiens a la disposition de TRUSTPILOT ou autre personne pour montrer que c est vrai EBAY c est les arnaque en toute complicite avec EBAY
je cherche a publier dans la press en france cette arnaque dont EBAY ET COMPLICE et COUPABLE

je vous donne un seul conseil n acheter rien sur ebay

I bought a cell phone which was presented on ebay new in the title and in condition:
title: NEW Nokia Lumia 925 16GB Mobile Phone

New: New and intact object, never used, unopened, sold in its original packaging

I received the phone it was not new it was even very used with visible wear on the back of the phone

the unscrupulous seller offered me a small discount by evoking the fact that it was used but not expensive,
I left an opinion on the product by telling the ebay truth my immediately suspended the account.
and pay no attention to this fraud.

I have all the evidence including the phone I want to send ebay to justice for complicit in fraud because ebay protects its sellers to the detriment of buyers

Ebay has become the breeding ground for scam arnarques
I am at the disposal of trustpilot to provide all the evidence of what I say the seller to try to sell not new telephones on ebay with the name NEW (NEW N HAVING NEVER SERVED ETC) and I received a completely USED product it is therefore a scam.

and ebay has found nothing better to close my clapper than to block me on ebay simply my fight has only just begun to tell the whole world that ebay has nothing to do with buyers their goals and even unscrupulous sellers.

I am at the disposal of TRUSTPILOT or other person to show that it is true EBAY c is the scams in all complicity with EBAY.

If you wan't to sell anything it's a dead zone. But maybe you will be lucky with antiques. I had one seller sort of verbally attacking me. I report him to Ebay and he is still there, no warnings, nothing. My tip is to always use nickname to protect yourself from some nasty men.

As today I am unable to bid on anything because of a no payment....????..…... Asked in regards but nothing happened.If I didn't I did for sure explained the reasons to the seller and eventually to your French team. If I think Wich seller was, well she wasn't a good one but very good on telling another buyer how much my higher bid was. It happens more than a year ago and still in the dog's house. Disgusted

Delivery has got the pitfalls.

I've bought the MacBook PRo 15 2015/16RAM/1536MB GPU/500SSD a month ago. According to the offer conditions, the delivery is free. But, when...after month of waiting...i've got the message the macbook arrived to the postoffice. 50 EUR for delivery, is it a joke?:D

Thanks God, the guy who sold me the good made the refund for the delivery as he thought it was fee too.

I like your platform, but please make a transparent process of purchasing the goods.

On November 17th I bought from ebay.fr one " Compteur BMW K100 RS 1000 " . The seller was the "Provence Moto Casse " Vitrolles France. I paid 90 € + 21 € for the delivery in Belgium. In the official garage of BMW - Waterloo( Brussels ) they found out that it was useless, where I paid 76 € ( demontage/remontage compteur) . I sent by e-mail the facture to the seller requesting refund, no answer. I called them, no result. Second time I called they asked the product back. I send it ( I paid 20 € ) but again nothing. I called again and now they claim that they have not received anything. I try to conduct ebay.fr but it looks almost impossible ( they don't recognize the order number ). So not again the same mistake

Placed 2 orders with ebay last night just after 9pm and both orders arrived (free delivery) by 3.30pm 5days later! That’s both orders processed and delivered in less than 6 days. An impressed and happy regular customer

They suspended my account without any reasons. I know for sure that I didn't do anything wrong and that I didn't break any law.
If you want to buy/sell stuffs safely, you have to have trust. I certainly don't trust ebay and according to the other reviews, most people don't trust ebay neither.
Run away from this company!!!

conflict with vendor, product was stuck at customs, so ebay froze conflict, its been 2 months.

edit: 60 days later, the conflict was still frozen, I contacted support, they instantly fully reimbursed me. added 2 stars, but that long delay is not acceptable.

ebay must make a drastic change on vendor selection.

BUY FROM A MORE REPUTABLE SOURCE IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY RETURNED WITHOUT A BUNCH OF THORNS AND THISTLES!!!!!

When you purchase on eBay and pay with your own credit card and have to return an item to the seller, the funds are directed to pay pal (pay hater)
and then pay hater wants you to open an account with them to get your money from them. NO OPTIONS!!! You must collude with them or they send your money back to the original seller. I will continue to work to get my money back by speaking with the seller again asap but I will NEVER use eBay again for any reason whatsoever. This policy for returning money is convoluted, wastes valuable time, and forces participation in a lousy system that I would never willfully choose.

Received email about account suspension. They send me email another mo th and tell me they are going to take fees from my bank to pay fees for my seller account. I never sold anything on ebay. Jerks.

My friend sold an electric crafting machine on ebay recently. The buyer sent an email to her private address claiming the machine did not work, and not fit for purpose. The machine was and is in full working order. As the buyers initial contact was by private email, all further communication was through this method. On the basis of 'not fit for purpose', ebay have suspended the sellers pay pal account and told her she must stand the cost of the machines return. On speaking to them, ebay claim that under the online selling rules the buyer is entitled to return the item as its not suitable for her needs, therefore not fit for purpose. Additionally, they won't comment on the statement sent to them by the seller. As the buyer has used the machine and its not faulty and is a second hand item you would expect the buyer to have to suffer the consequences of her own buying errors. Not at all, it seems that ebay have a very biased view and have reached this decision based only on 'not fit for purpose' by the buyer who initiated the private emails. There is no appeal facility in this circumstance. Words can't describe how appalled I am with this service. So, sellers BEWARE of EBAY!!!!
