ok but website kept coming up with errors
the site is easy to navigate- only issue was it kept saying there was an error and I would have to start again. This happened 6 times. I eventually got it booked and was sent confirmation within minutes. Fingers crossed the booking all goes smoothly

Worst mooney booking experience ever - Terrible frustrating and extremely inconveniencing
Flight confirmation received was not the flight selected - not even close. Then Could not amend or cancel it says it needs to be done directly with airlines - but ticket included 3 different airlines!!! Should have been one direct fight.
Then live chat was disconnected
Then was told nothing could be done except refund €48 of my €175 to cancel or wait 24-48 for some investigative team.
I am livid. This was my worst booking experience ever - I will never use ebookers or cheap tickets again for myself OR any of my customers who I book for - daily. I am am absolutely disgusted with this experience.

Unfortunately if it is not and you make an error then our teams are only able to assist you to the extent that the suppliers terms and conditions allow.

Find the site easy to negotiate. Have booked through Ebookers and got flights when I couldn't get them going direct to airline's web sites! Never had a problem at all.
