Cheap prices but poor website and functionality.
The website locked me out at the booking stage because of a error. And would not accept my card to book again. Unacceptable at a time when your trying to book 3 goody's at a time.

Not clear that named driver would require credit card to cover excess
When we went to collect car, it turned out we either needed to use a credit card in the name of the driver to cover the excess. I only have a debit card so that could not be used. We had another credit card(my boyfriends) which we were willing to use but that was not good enough. The alternative was to pay an extortionate daily insurance rate.

Last minute flight!
Superb, easy-to-use site. I tried to book this flight directly with the airline, Aerolineas Argentinas, and couldn't do it because I was flying the same day. Then I tried e-Bookers and the booking was trouble-free.

Found the booking process all very easy
I found your site easy to use and great options on flight times and airport layover times. This made it easy for me to make my decision. The only one thing I would add is that I was never sure whether or not my bags will carry on to the next flight throughout my journey. I couldn't find in the flight details where it explains this. I am just presuming now that they will. If someone could come back to me and confirm that though that would be great. Thanks,

Was happy doing the booking paid but no reference no. Knew something went wrong called credit card company. My booking was not paid. Later in the afternoon got email you had saved my booking and paid.
You did not email till well into the afternoon. To explain ... Could have booked with another company.

Basic service
Used your service for the first time recently & still disappointed at the lack of engagement. When I booked it clearly stated breakfast was included but it doesn't feature in my confirmation? Tried to connect via the email & app but no luck. Not reassuring or indeed impressive. 🤔

App works well.... but slightly odd experience with one hotel
Booked 3 hotels. 2 were done extremely smoothly on the ebooker app. But the 3rd was an odd one... while the web page showed the hotel had rooms with twin beds, neither the ebooker web & app offered any twin rooms. Had to call ebooker agent directly :-(
