Excellent service ... would definitely use it again !

Very good experience with easy step by step booking with lots of options of flights and hotels.

A very positive experience.

I made a booking on ebookers website for three people for a hotel. I selected three people and after booking I read the conformation email and it states

Miscellaneous Fee - Rates shown are based on single or double occupancy only. Additional charges may apply for rooms with more than two occupants and will be collected by the hotel.

This is very misleading as I selected 3 people and at no point was I made aware that the booking occupancy was for a double room or additional costs from the hotel prior to booking.

After emailing them to clarify, they told me to call customer services and its very difficult to contact them.

Booked with ebookers again and they are great

Easy to book but difficult to get hold of customer care as my name should have O in the middle of it

Easy to book but disappointed when I realized later through my bank that there was an extra charge of 24 euro on top of what I paid for flights which goes to ebookers In past have paid flights through various websites and this never occurred

Fantastic layout to both the website and mobile site. Mobile is slightly better the way you can select outbound and return flights separately. But fantastic choice and flexibility all round. Unfortunately the mibile site wouldn't allow the booking to complete to this needs to be looked at.

Enjoyed the planning with Ebookers, simple and straightforward, allows editing and backtracking.
As they say, the proof of the pudding is when you eat it!.... I still have to eat it as my vacation is coming September 2016!!!!

Whole booking process was really easy. On top of that Ebookers reminded me twice that my booking isn't finished when I hold on for two days because I couldn't make mind about dates.
I really enjoyed it and can recommend theirs services to anyone.

Good overall, however a flight that was not available was showing as available. And when I tried to pay it kept declining the payment. I then had to figure out what was wrong myself.

Very trustworthy site. Prices alway very competitive.
