A very good itinerary covering our requests put together by Tiffany who was enthusiastic and prompt in her replies. Many out of the way places were visited by private car and often a guide at the destination too. Accommodation was varied, nothing really bad and some very,very good considering many of our stops were in remote areas. Overall it was a fantastic trip. Thanks Tiffany.

All went very smoothly on the trip - although, at times, the local contact was not always who we were expecting: thoroughly enjoyable - saw all the animals we could have hoped to.

I visited Peru’s Inca Trail and Machu Picchu, the Amazon Rainforest in Ecuador and the Galápagos Islands with a group of 3 friends. Lara at Eclipse organised an itinerary that ticked all my boxes plus more. The trip went smoothly and according to plan. All the local guides and operators were very knowledgeable and helpful, which made the trip stress free and enjoyable. The hotels were superb. I highly recommend Eclipse Travel for a South American adventure.

We were very happy with our experience with Eclipse. The itinerary was flexible, we loved all the camps -everything went like clockwork and Anza was very helpful. We had tried to do the bookings ourselves but the inside knowledge about the camps was invaluable and also getting all the connections with small planes. We flew to Hwange and didn't understand why as we heard it was just a 3 hour road trip. Well the road was in terrible condition and it was taking people double the time and the local travel agent knew to book a flight we were so grateful.If you are scared of flying in Africa so was I but our experience was really wonderful with Mack Air.

Absolutely seamless, from start to end. Properties and experiences were as luxurious as we’d hoped but the grace and care of every staff member along the way was what made it so special

We booked an amazing trip to Peru including the Inca Trail hike with Meike. Meike was so helpful and knew so much about the area. A good experience from start to finish. My wife and I booked a small- ship voyage in West Papua/ Raja Ampat which was to some extent exploratory, being the first time the shipping company had sailed there. In fact, the locals in one small village were very excited as it was the very first time a cruise ship had visited their village.
Given that this trip was a little out of the ordinary, in the weeks leading up to departure I had several questions/ issues needing clarification. Meike of Eclipse Travel, and her colleague Allison were always ready to assist and were prompt in finding the information I required. It was their pleasure to ensure that they did all in their power to give us the best holiday they could .. .. even contacting me after noticing (unasked) that a more suitable cabin had become available and effecting the switch. This really did enhance our holiday experience.

Meike took time to contact me after the trip to find out how things went, especially since it was a "first time" adventure. I'm sure this will be of use when advising future clients.

Eclipse were brilliant. Daniel, in Australia, planned everything down to the last detail. On arrival in South America, in each country, their local representative contacted us immediately and made sure everything ran smoothly.
Had multiple issues with the airlines during our travels, (nothing to do with Eclipse), and Eclipse helped us every step and saved us a lot of stress. Very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them!
