I bought the new DC26, over 11 years after buying our still working DC02. EcoAir doesn’t create much noise on the Internet or social media but neither does the new DC26. The unit does its job perfect... See more

Rico was thorough, explained everything that he was doing, showed pictures of the unit, replaced air filter. Very nice young man!

The is the second Ecoair unit I have purchased. The first one lasted for 9 years and was extremely efficient.

We have an EcoAir DCW 10 dehumidifier and wanted to replace the pre or small filter. We therefore went to their website searched out the correct part and placed an order for it. The Invoice was
Filter - DCW10 Pre Filter - FDE-100012 × 1
£15.00
Subtotal
£15.00
Shipping
£6.60
Taxes
£3.60
Total
£21.60 GB
We paid the amount via PayPal with delivery quoted as 3 to 4 days.
The day after completing the contract for the purchase, Walter, an ecoair employee emailed us to say "Thanks for placing an order with us however your postcode is located in Parcelforce Zone 2 which will incur extra shipping £11.40." I checked the price of postage of an A4 size 500g parcel to our post code with Royal Mail it was £3.95
Not only is it very unprofessional to come back to a customer after having quoted a price for goods or services raising the price, after the bargain has been struck and payment made but they may indeed be placing themselves in breach of contract.
Their response to my objection to their unprofessional approach in doubling the deliver charge was to cancel the order and refund the money. I won't be buying any of their products again.

We rang EcoAir as we wanted some advice on a dehumidifier for our daughter and partner. The person we spoke was very helpful and answered our questions. We relayed this to our daughter and as we already own an EcoAir dehumidifier, which we bought about 2 years ago, we felt that dealing with EcoAir and purchasing another dehumidifier for them, would sort out their issues. Since having one and using it daily, it has done its job perfectly and they are delighted with its performance.

Purchased to be placed in a trailer to keep a small aircraft dry over winter - has operated continually and worked really well even at low temperatures.

A few years ago, I bought a wall-mounted Ecoaire dehumidifier for a bathroom. It worked very well for a couple of years and then stopped working altogether. I could not find any other wall-mounted dehumidifier so was pleased when Ecoaire introduced the DDWH10. It is much more expensive than the discontinued model but has a number of additional features. I have had it installed for only a couple of weeks so far but it has worked flawlessly and keeps the bathroom condensation-free. So far, so good!

I'm glad I bought it. Had it for about 6 months works well and fairly quiet. Another bonus is its portable. The only downside was the delivery company, absolutely no information was provided by the courier and consequently it got dumped at PO then my neighbour.
An excellent dehumidifier, it is efficient, quiet, a good compact size and light enough to carry around, all in all good design and quality build , highly recommended.
After researching dehumidifiers, we chose EcoAir, as recommended by Good Housekeeping. It's perfect for the space, runs quietly and does everything it promised. ordering via their website was easy and the machine was delivered promptly. It's very straightforward to set up and to operate. Extremely pleased with our purchase.
Prompt delivery.
Product appears robust and has been working fine and without hitch for the first six months since purchase
Sceptical at first. HOWEVER, a complete learning curve and honestly, would not be without it.
It makes 100% difference.
Looks good, performes good, has become invaluable.
don’t like the emptying system
1 it’s at ground level
2 the water compartment doesn’t slide out easily, resulting in a jerky pull out, so that some water spills on the floor. I’ve had to put the unit on a plastic mat.

excellent company.
Very good service. Also very happy they repair machines which feels especially brilliant in this day and age when so many things are made to throw away.
recommended to so many people already
Easy to use website- found the part I needed, got it quickly.
Superb quality products. My previous Ecoair dehumidifier lasted 25 years, which tells you why I bought another from this company! Excellent communication and helpful staff. Highly recommended! *****
