Very impressed with the help I received placing my Ecoair equinox online order. Very happy the fan was delivered today even though it is Saturday! It has saved me and my guests, as it's like a sauna... See more

No one was in touch to set up delivery and then the horribly rude delivery driver arrived after 1730 and left the unit and pallet at the curb - absolutely no assistance was offered to me.

The dehumidifier arrived very promptly. I did have a bit of a struggle getting it registered but that was sorted out in a couple of emails. Because of the good weather we have had recently, I haven't yet tried it out but I'm quite confident that it will perform well.

Good unit and works well and can be easily transported.
It is not a quiet m/c but I use it in the living room where we put out washing. The time function helps to use through the night.

I was looking to purchase a desiccant dehumidifier. I found a model, from a different company, that looked perfect on paper. Alas, reviews reported very unreliable equipment and poor and uncaring support. Then I discovered EcoAir. The product reviews looked positive, which is a pleasant change for this sort of product.
Having chosen the right model for me, I had a clarification question. I emailed my question to EcoAir and within ten minutes Josh replied with a very helpful answer that perfectly addressed my enquiry. Two minutes later I placed my order.
Good customer service is a real deciding factor in making a major purchase. It is also apparent that EcoAir can undertake repairs in their London premises and this is reassuring should anything arise in the years to come.

I bought an MK2 dehumidifier a few years back. It started to be very noisy, so I disassemled and contacted technical support. Being out of warranty, I have ordered a spare part. I believe the support person was Aaron who helped me all along. Gave me advise over the phone and in email as well for every question I had. Helped me to identify the problematic part and to locate it on the parts website so I could order it. I was advised to replace the rotor motor starting from the connector cable on the PCB.
Very helpful, couldn't have resolved the issue without the help given. Very good service, thank you again!

Great service. Delivered really quickly and the product is really great. I wake up in the morning and it’s like a revelation. No runny nose, eyes and sneezing for an hour. Thank you EcoAir, I was sceptical, but you’ve certainly won me over 😊

Well this might be unusual.
A big positive feedback from us.
We bought an Eco DD122FW Classic in 2013! Yes 12 years a go.
With a bit of care and maintenance it is still going strong. We use it nearly every day for drying laundry.
So while we can do business with Ecoair today we always talk highly about they product.
Thank you for a great product what is not designed to break!

EcoAir are a superb company and were extremely helpful in advising me, especially when I called in to talk with the technical team. My only issue was that details I provided via email to one department weren't fully passed on to the technical team, so the email answer from the technical team was based on incomplete information. The confusion was cleared up in a phone call, but if I hadn't called we'd have perhaps made the wrong decision regarding choosing a service or a replacement.

Easy web purchase;
Good communication re: delivery
Works astonishingly well in my smallish (1-bed) flat.
Reasonably quiet on normal mode, you probably wouldn't want to sleep with it in the room on turbo.
Had it in a damp flat for 4 days and so far poured fourteen litres of water from the tank . . . .

Nice clear instructions on the website as to the procedure for servicing/repairing a device, with options. Good communication from the company and the device was returned in new packaging. The cost was reasonable and my dehumidifier works perfectly again.

Great product with clear information on how to use it for laundry on the website. It arrived pretty quick and I’m really happy it runs very quietly.

I have had the EcoAir DD3 Classic for over three months now and wanted to see how it performed over winter before reviewing. To date it has been excellent in managing the humidity in my unheated garage over the colder months. It is really easy to control and it maintains the desired humidity levels consistently.

Excellent customer service and fast delivery when part broke. The water float broke on our dehumidifer and I contacted Ecoair on a Monday morning to ask about a spare part. They got back to me within a couple of hours with a link to the part and a video of how to install it. I ordered it that day and it arrived and I had installed it and it working again by Wednesday. Very prompt, helpful and fast service

There are lots of variations of the same dehumidifier with similar names/model codes. When buying filter replacements, the website doesn't help with making sure you order the correct filters. Search by model and you'll get multiple results and then, like me, you might select the wrong filters. It would be helpful if they confirmed full model number or serial number as part of the sale, but that will only be done after receiving the wrong items and contacting customer support. Now I have to pay to return the filters and I already paid £26 to have them delivered, even though they are basically a very light weight plastic. This experience hasn't been great and if I hadn't paid so much money for the the dehumidifier itself I would not continue with buying the filters, but unfortunately I'm stuck for a few years now so will just pay up. My recommendation for the company: Update your website to confirm serial number or model number as part of buying accessories/replacements or name every dehumidifier more uniquely so it's less likely someone will buy the wrong product and have to pay for 3 deliveries which might now cost me £75 in postage fees, which is crazy for a few pieces of plastic.

Spare part was shipped promptly. Excellent customer service. The device is a wonder for the office I am in right now
