Great Eco Air Desiccant Dehumidifier…
Bought a new desiccant dehumidifier directly from EcoAir to replace an older, different brand, compressor dehumidifier which stopped working after 10 years.
The website was useful source of information to help choose which model would be most suitable. The price was the best on the internet. Delivery was swift and efficient. The fan on the dehumidifier is a little noisy, but works a treat in a cold porch where we store our outdoor clothes. It collects much more water than our old one. We're very happy with our new EcoAir purchase. The new humidifier has a 3 year warranty for extra peace of mind.

Very reliable piece of equipment
Good website with clear information to help differentiate the products.
Easy ordering, and the dehumidifier was delivered safely in super quick time.
This is not our first Ecoair, we live on the side of a mountain with above average rainfall, combatting damp is a constant challenge. We rely on ecoair. So far am really impressed by this new digital model working exceptionally well alongside an older machine.

One thing to get out of the way first: This dehumidifier has only ben in my posession for a few days. Much too early for a meaningful review!
This dehumidifier does exactly what it says in the description, arrived promptly, and in perfect condition. I think I made a good choice, so far. But as I indicated above, its very early days yet. Too early for a real review.

Quick and efficient service
Contacted Ecoair about an issue we were having with our dehumidifier. They got back to us very quickly and after a couple of emails with Aaron our issue was sorted.
Extremely, efficient and friendly, definitely recommend.

I’m still waiting!
The reply is not true. I gave my address, my phone number and my email address.
They sent me a message saying my parcel will be delivered on 31/12.
Then another one. I waited a my home.
Then I called them, nobody answered.
I finally found where my parcel where hold. I went and collected myself on Monday 5/01/26.

We investigated this with our courier and found that there was an issue with the delivery address, as the flat number provided was incorrect. Unfortunately, this prevented the courier from completing the delivery on the scheduled date. Once this was corrected, the parcel was delivered on the next working day.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused and for the overall delivery experience. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we continue to work closely with our delivery partners to reduce the chance of this happening in the future.

Good company. Delivery went well. The dessicant dehumidifier that i purchased works well, and puts out a nice amount of heat in my chilly flat, while doing it's thing. It does smell horrible when you have the air purifier on, not sure if that's normal. There was one other thing i forgot to mention, the drawer is very hard to open. It's a two handed job, so i have to get right down on my hands and knees to do it. Otherwise, all good 😊

EcoAir DD1 MK3
EcoAir DD1 MK3 - I bought one of these around 7 or 8 years ago - I was working away a lot and wanted my garage to stay moisture / condensation free , even as it is wood in the Winter - Classic Car storage.
I would leave this running for 4 to 6 weeks at a time in the winter with the outlet pipe going outside. When I finished abroad I gave it away to a friend - It is still working perfectly.
However I was not prepared for how good it is around the house this time of year as my friend pointed out to me - Winter 2025.
So I bought myself a second one.
Its really Top Notch. It helps dry my Dohby , airs my conservatory and keeps my house condensation free.
Easy to use , light weight and very quiet .
Its very very good value for money . Thank You .

The Digital Hygrometer - Its not expensive - I don’t live by it but it's a nice to have this time of year .

Best Dehumidifier Ive Ever Bought
Ive got 3 different makes of dehumidifiers but never realised how inefficient they were until I bought the EcoAir. The Eco was a little more expensive so that is a downside, but it does the job so much better than all my others put together. I have to empty the tank every day which probably means im best hooking up the pipe and connecting it outside for ease (its in my garage) but its keeping the Humidity levels at 40 where any other ive used struggled to keep it near 60. The directional blades on the top for the fan are also good as it helps circulate the air in the room. Ive also tried it in the attic and it was so much lighter to lift than any other ive had. I'll definetly be getting another when I can afford it.
