Great service from planning through to installation. the installation team were clean & efficient throughout.

Very helpful in advising me which tiles would be most suitable for my application. Sent me some samples which helped with selecting the colours I wanted.

Excellent product, simple to lay, excellent firm, extremely helpful no matter how small an area you need to buy. It would be good if you could buy product on-line, the current web site seems to be geared up for large commercial organisations.

I was a personal caller at the office. I picked up a small order. Hugo was really helpful and took 15 minutes out of his day to sort me out. We discussed my requirements and I have to say that I’ve got exactly what I needed and the tiles looked great laid down.

I recently bought some pvc coin print tiles from these guys for my garage floor and I must admit the service and the people I dealt with were first class.They sent me sample tiles which was a great help. When I ordered the tiles on the phone they were delivered promptly the next day. I can highly recommend using Ecotile. The lady I dealt with was Jessica Beedle. Very helpful and sorted out my needs without any issues at all.

This is an excellent product which has transformed my shed. I used a multi-tool to cut to shape and size as this worked better for me than a jig saw. Some advice on how to lay tiles in domestic situations would be helpful.

A good company that provides fast feedback to enquiries via their contact page on the internet as well as when I called them directly.

The quality of the tiles are very good and are easy to lay.

A point to note however is that the sizes of the tiles quoted online ie price per Sq meter is in fact smaller in size, this was mentioned in an email enquiry and was stated as 490 mm.

when the tiles arrived, I preceded to lay them expecting to be approx 10 mm over the size I had measured for length ways. This is where I discovered the tiles are in fact 488 mm wide from outer edge of one side of the tile to the inside of the connector edge on the other side, That doesn't sound too bad I hear you think? - Not until you lay 11 tiles and realise you are 20 mm short and have to use off cuts to fill the gap.

This is something that is not factored into the online calculator used on the website.

If you are looking to order tiles, this is something that you need to be aware of and ensure you order enough to cover your needs

I just thought I’d send you a quick note to say how pleased we are with our new garage flooring. From our first tentative contact with Ecotile last month, the presentation of your quote, and right up until the last tile being laid, we have never been less than impressed. Your fitter, Vic, arrived on the appointed day at 0830, having driven up from Luton (quite an early start). Halfway through the job he estimated he would be one tile short and ordered a couple of extras to be sent by courier. These tiles arrived within 24 hours (impressive), and I was able to place the final tile in seconds. Excellent job.

The tiles are very tough and of high quality and, apart from having a pleasing appearance, are much more comfortable to walk on than the original concrete. The garage also feels warmer, and now seems like an extension of indoors, whereas before it seemed like going outdoors.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who wants a new smart garage floor at a reasonable price.
