Seller never delivered on a book purchase. Two follow-up messages that they failed to respond to my inquiry. No doubt...a SCAM.

Seller follow-up is not true. On 8/26 I received a request to rate my transaction, and PayPal sent a tracking for package.

Addendum to seller's 7:40 reply. If a link was sent, then what evidence is there that it was received and opened? You ignored both of my inquiries of 9/14 and 9/22. Only when a review was submitted did you decide to defend your position.

I would have put zero stars but that was not an option. I ordered through Ecrater to purchase a DVD. They used a company called Xumingtaini. I ordered the DVD on 27 June and on 28 June Xumingtaini took my money. I didn't hear anything else for a month so I started making inquiries. ECrater is obviously a fraud site because they would not provide a phone number to contact anyone. When you try to talk on their chat, the AI sends you to another site and asks you for $5 to enroll you so you can speak to someone. Get that, 5 bucks just to talk to someone when it should be free??!! The AI said I should contact the seller directly and sent me to that portal. I send three portal requests asking for status and never got a response - 3 months and nothing! They got my money and I got no DVD - Fraud!! Do Not buy from ECrater because they obviously don't monitor who their contractors are, nor to they care about any fraud that goes on when using the Ecrater site. Thank you for sending me the notification that the package was delivered. Unfortunately, it was not delivered to me. One of my neighbors is enjoying the movie. This kind of prompt response would have been helpful 3 months ago is the seller had answered Any of the 3 status requests I sent. Maybe back 3 months ago I could have actually retrieved my DVD. 3 months later I have Zero chance of seeing it. No customer service from the seller.

I ordered a dragon ball blu ray collection. Before I ordered, the seller responded to my email and after i bought it he just stopped replying. The product is what is said it was but the disc are somewhat messed up, like if they were made cheap or wrong. I emailed him asking if there's anything we can do, Like replace them but no reply. Now I would like a refund but I don't know if it's possible

Purchased from a seller on ECrater and very disappointed! Misleading advertising and counterfeit and breached copyright goods! Reported with no response from ECrater and seller was extremely rude when I contacted him for a refund! Thankfully I purchased via PayPal and reported to them and case was found in my favour. TVtreauretrove do not buy from. Items received have been destroyed to ensure safety for others.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. The seller charged my paypal account, but has not provided any shipping information and has not responded to requests for updates. I attempted to use the "File a Complaint" form on the eCrater website, but its not possible since the Captcha Confirmation continuously rejects my correct entry.

Skank. Took my money, never delivered my order, impossible to contact anyone to make a complaint because I checked out as a guest.

It is important to have someone who understands that People who have special hobbies like our valkyries need a source of odd parts. Many of the parts from e- crater are very hard to obtain and in their absence turn a beautiful motorcycle Into nothing more than a large ashtray. Thanks much for everything.

Heartbreak Kid bluray sold through ecrator is a scam. Its a poor uprez of the SD dvd. Its full of digitized artifacts throughout film. This film was never released as a bluray. There's no company logo on slip case. Goes in and out of watchable resolution. I bought to see how bad it was going to be--way worse than I imagined. Avoid.
