I purchased a Calendar from seller kiapstar. I never received a tracking number. It's been almost 30 days and I still haven't received my item. I have tried contacting the seller 3 times and have received no response. I tried to use ecrater's online form to file a complaint, but it is inoperable.

I too ordered from eCarter and after a month I had not received the Jersey. Checking the USPS tracking # I seen it stop moving for over 20 days, I contacted Lisa at eCarter and in 7 days I had my package. I’ve seen other reviews saying eCarter is not legit all I know is I had a problem and Lisa made it right and I will order again from eCarter. Thank you Lisa.

Fast easy transaction - I received my flash drives in less than 2 weeks and I would not hesitate to shop Ecrater again. I saved SO MUCH MONEY too!

Many options to choose from. Have ordered before with excellent results.

This company is not legit. It takes your money with absolutely no idea if or when you'll get your purchase. I waited for over a month for a Christmas present for my son and still have not received it. Luckily I purchased it thru PayPal and was able to get my money refunded. Stay away from this merchant!

Just as good as eBay for me. Never a problem so far but you should check seller feedback just like eBay.

I ordered a dvd expecting to get an original copy. I received a pirated copy instead. They probably spent 50¢ on it but they charged me $14.76. It did arrive quickly and in great condition and good quality but this is stealing profit from Netflix who owns the rights to the movie. Not cool. The seller’s name is usa1984

NEVER GOT MY ITEM- ITS STILL SHOWING "IN TRANSIT FROM 12/15/2024- NOW I HAVE TO DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL - ECRATER EMAILED ME AND SAID PRETTY MUCH SINCE IT'S " IN TRANSIT" TO JUST WAIT... HA! IT'S BEEN AMOST A MONTH STUCK IN JAMAICA, NEW YORK! NEVER USING THIS WEBSITE AGAIN

it's been 2 weeks and 2 days i bought some lot dunks offwhite got one order number searched up it too track could'nt find anything

Ordered a tapestry from "The Metallicatstore" two weeks ago (12.13.2024) and have received zero information of any kind regarding the status of the order. I attempted to email them to see if they could give me a heads up but, zero response. No emails, no tracking or shipping info, or any contact of any kind after 11 days. I'd definitely be leery about ordering from this site. It appears it is nothing more than a scam. I never even received a confirmation containing my order number. Not a happy camper. I wont be ordering from here again.

Ordered and everything seemed to be going ok..
The first tracking number for order came, but didn't marry up with any Chinese delivery sites, and that order has become 'missing'
Second order placed, could not get a tracking number or response, but weeks later (when messages finally answered) soon became obvious that second order not dispatched and I'm not sure if it ever was..
Cancelled order, and pushed refund and complaints policy with Ecrater...

Thankfully, seller refunded (after persistence) but never any response from Ecrater.

There are bargains on Ecrater, but it seems very marmite - if it goes well it 5/5 but any problems its 0/5

There is no way to view your order online, once placed. All you get is an email to notify you that you have placed an order. From then on, you’re reliant on email from the seller.

If the seller ignores you or does not communicate well, there is nothing that you can do.

The issue with not being able to see your order online is that there is no way to manage it.

The email included a message from the seller that I should add a phone number.
Where and how do I do that? There is no way for me to edit the order. There is no central data source.

Want to know the status of your order?
Too bad. All you can do is monitor your email to see if the seller has notified you.

I would advise you not to use Ecrater.

I never received the item I purchased and the seller isn't listed (or searchable, evidently!), so I am just out the money...for a birthday gift...for my daughter.

Ordered on Oct 12 from iloveyou still have not recd order and no response from seller after numerous attempts to contact them very unprofessional will dispute charge with cc company

I purchased the whole Voltron Legendary Defender Series and they gave me a flippin flashdrive instead of discs that I wanted. Stupid just stupid

It has been a month since I placed my order. I sent an email to the vendor and have not received a response. Also, I see 2 order numbers for the same purchase. However, I do see only one payment, so far.

I purchased a DVD "Mischief" 1985 from RareSunrise Sep 27, 2024. It arrived Oct. 15 after I inquired about the delay but did not come with a DVD case as shown, but just the disc in an envelope. The disc did not work when tried to play it Oct. 17 and e-mailed the seller and still waiting for reply from RareSunrise Customer Service, but fear it is a $13 loss for me.

My complaint with eCRATER is their site asked for feedback but the "comment for seller" box kept telling me I surpassed the 200 word limit, when I had 50 words left. I tried 4 times but unable to explain my Negative Rating.

On Oct. 22 eCrater posted that RareSunrise refunded my $12.98 in full. Today I got my bank statement and on 10-21 RareSunrise posted $2.98 - I am an even $10 short of a full refund. Go Figure.
