Was very happy to find the exact AC adaptor that I needed for my Alesis nanocompressor!! The seller shipped it out quickly and I received it earlier than expected in perfect working order and condition!!!

I actually canceled another movie, same title, in order to purchase this movie that was $3.00 cheaper. It goes to show that you get what you pay for!!! The sound skipped throughout the ENTIRE movie! It was more noticeable in the beginning, so I thought it would stop at some point; it didn't!

Just received and the item (football kit) is excellent quality. This is the first time I’ve bought through Ecrater and will definitely purchase again 👏🏻

This is an extrem dangerous shop. Sells goods with nazi emblems and hitler all over the place and does not care at all. This is the „freedom” the far right really wants. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHOP.

Thank you for removing the shop. But I think you are wrong when you think, this is a single vendor selling stuff like this. If you have searched for ww2, hitler or nazi on your platform, there are hundreds of hits. If you keep removing these, I am willing to update my rating

Greats selection of movies with easily the best prices. I hunted for this movie all over on blu ray and it was always way too much.

Never recieved my product, They were 2 Bluey water tables for my grandkids said they were delivered at our mailbox but 2 big boxes will not fit in mailbox! I didn't know I was ordering from China that's my bad. I've emailed them twice to no reply. This place needs to be shut down...they advertise as Costco...

I made and paid for a purchase from the HighTopJersey store April 2nd and have not received a receipt or a tracking number. Please advise.
UPDATE: My son received a tracking number within hours of my review.

I was initially sceptical, simply because I had never heard of this site. It turned out to be excellent. The seller informed me when my item shipped (which was the day after I ordered it).
My item was exactly as described, and I’m very happy with the quality. I would highly recommend this site

My experience with Ecrater has been exceptionally poor. After multiple attempts to contact support—over 5 calls and a 16-day wait—I received no resolution. This marketplace lacks basic customer service and is unreliable for both buyers and sellers. I strongly advise against using Ecrater.

The seller got in contact with me when I need help.

I ordered and paid for 3 boxes of 96 count k-kup coffee on Jan'14/2025. My order never arrived I sent three separate emails to the seller and did not receive a response until I filed a complaint with Pay Pal. And then the response was "order was delivered". Initially my order shows delivery was made by UPS and that it was signed for (by someone unknown to me) and that nit was an inside delivery (not possible at my rural location). After my complaint was filed information on tracking was provide with the shipper being Fed Ex. Wow! I guess two different shippers delivered my order? After all the info I provided Pay Pal declined my complaint. Bottom line: I never received my order and the money I.ve lost is significant to me as I live on a fixed income, (76 yr; old,) I'll never do business with eCrater again.

The times that I have bought TV shows and movies from this website I’ve been very pleased. I appreciate that these people take the time to turn TV shows and movies that may never get a release into hardcopies for collectors like me. And the sellers that I bought from have gone the extra mile and put hard work into the quality for the cases and the discs.

I ordered my product 15 days ago and i still haven't received it and the seller james1975 has not replied and I have not received any information about my product.

Ordered a tv series that was hard to find, shipped fast and got it within four days and was packaged good and everything looked legit, and then I put it in my Xbox to play it, started to skip, took it out, cleaned it, put it back in, played well, but then the audio wouldn’t match the picture

Ordered a Cindarelle Christmas This was pirated off of ion television and has tilting and commercials left in it. Was billed to John Clark. It is terrible and Recommend passing this site up you will be better off and happier.
They did refund my money that was nice I didn't expect that. Updated to 4 stars

First time I ordered was a medication, never received it and had to get refunded by Paypal...I should have known when I saw it was Chinese guy.

I have searched this site for many a purchase.
Even after specifically requesting a certain product on their menu I received a similar but not the exact product. I’m sure their disclaimer states they may substitute a certain product, but if they wish to have customers return they should at least make the effort to notify the customer that the item is not available…

Ordered a dvd. After a long wait, a very obviously pirated copy arrived - from Sri Lanka.
Not happy.
Have complained and asked for my money back.

Blu-ray arrived very promptly,within 3 days of placed order, was packed great, and the disc itself is very professional, the artwork is awesome and the picture quality is superb!
Sound quality is also excellent, stereo receiver decodes it as 5.1 Dolby digital!
Very pleased with seller will be ordering a couple more bluray today!
