First time I’ve used edecks and will be the last. Ordered a hand rail kit on the 11/06/26 Website stated 1-3 working delivery days but actually took 5 working days to delivery. Delivery was £30! The kit compromised of some plastic brackets. Out of the 6 supplied, 4 were warped and unusable.

Reported first thing Monday and had to send pictures of the warped brackets before they would send more out. After they assessed the pictures, they then sent the brackets out. Now I would have thought that a good customer service would have shipped these promptly and quickly, nope! Sent with Royal Mail and 5 days since reporting the issue I’m still waiting for the replacements, now the 26/06/26. Three weekends now I haven’t been able to fit the hand rail thanks to poor service and no quality control checks.

To summarise, no quality control and poor customer service. Will never use again

Simple to order and very competitive price, so the time for free delivery was fine. The delivery driver was brilliant, we knew when the driver was coming, and he arrived on time.

From ordering online to delivery was very fast indeed… They came all the way to Bristol within a few days of ordering…

Needed some cheap decking for a project. Didn't really mind the condition they were in and they had a discount section and surprisingly they weren't that bad and great price. Delivery service was amazing. Product was left safely in my drive.

missing items resulting in weeks waiting for complete product..3rd delivery attempt still items missing whilst driver was here i spoke to customer service..agreed put unused items back on the lorry for a full refund..which they have done.. so,many people seem to be happy with service and product perhaps its location we are edinburgh

Not only was the decking kit a fantastic price, it was also delivered super fast and I put it together today and it didn't need any cutting at all. They supplied 2 boxes of screws, which i didn't need, so cant fault anything at all. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a straight forward deck solution.

I have used edecks several times over the last 10 years, the quality has always been good. After some issues with my latest order, edecks customers services help identify the likely issues and provided a resolution. I will no doubt use again for my next project.

Delivered as promised in a few days, everything as expected. Decent price, only minor gripe is I got a box of 200 decking screws in the kit but I needed just shy of 300, I’m not overly bothered but thought I’d mention it.

Good quality of wood components however the quality of the fixings and hardware to accompany the stringer kit could be improved. Many of the twist nails provided were defective and therefore could not be used to complete the installation as according to the instructions so I had to improvise with other hardware.

Bought a 2.4x2.4m decking kit through B&Q. Both B&Q and Edecks provided contradictory shipping details and item arrived earlier than thought, obviously when we weren't home. This item is advertised as a kit but it's just bits of timber and screws and quite a few of the decking timbers were substandard including broken bits. You would be better off getting the stuff you need directly from a shop especially if you are using standard length boards, and you can pick up better quality ones yourself. I got in touch with the company regarding the quality of some of the timbers and demanded a refund but they are stubbornly refusing to provide me with adequate compensation, instead offering a voucher code for only two of the faulty timbers. Disappointed.

The service was friendly great from order to delivery. Your driver was friendly and could not have been more helpful, he helped me carry the heavy fence panels to exactly where I wanted them in the garden. I will be using you again within the next couple of months.

Ridiculous delivery, was told it would be 19th June, no time line, no way of tracking, no way or redirect. Turned up at 8.40pm, when did that become an acceptable time to deliver? Husband works shifts for MoD, had to be up at 4am. The kit consists of screws, and wood, not a kit, could buy all from B&Q who will saw to length and deliver for a lot less. Very angry and disappointed, a days holiday for delivery which eventually came at an unsociable time. Will never use again for the large decking project.
