Decking kit 2.4 x 2.4 meters
The decking arrived on time but that's because I needed to pay £75 that's alot of money, for the delivery service on a certain date.
However when installing the decking kit using their product instructions left one decking panel too short. So we had to buy more decking and decking screws as we were about a third short. Very disappointing.
Update!!
Having spoken to edecks customer service last week. They agreed to arrange a decking board to be delivered tomorrow, and refund for the extra screws we purchased. The extra board has just been delivered at 8pm a day early. The delivery driver was very friendly. Thank you Edecks for resolving the problem.

All the materials arrived as stated. No defects in the wood, which can be a problem when buying online. A couple of boards spare which is nice. Recommended!

Communicated and very quick. Driver loaded boards ( over 100) where I asked and was really polite and friendly. The quality of the decking was top notch. Good timber and rope ,delivery came a day ahead of schedule,polite driver the only poor thing was the free gift ,the 50ft expandable hose, appeared to be very cheap and light weight plastic and the hose had 3 leaks along it when I turned it on , maybe a replacement will work better .I will still continue to use edecks i have used you in the past and the timber has always been good thank you .

Poor Service
My order was only partially delivered, and it took more than two months of repeated follow-ups to receive the remaining parts. Once I began assembling the product, I discovered that two different sizes had been supplied, making it impossible to complete the build.
More than three months after placing the original order, the issue still remains unresolved.
This has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish, with one problem after another throughout the process. The lengthy delays, poor communication, and incorrect parts have caused significant inconvenience and additional expense, including having to pay a handyman twice.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company at all.
