I bought two pairs of glasses from the eight express websites, one pair of glasses arrived intact, but the second pair of glasses did not reach me, it was important that they were not the ones from Edel OPTIX. said that this order was returned to them on the grounds that the postal code is entered incorrectly, I checked the e-mail invoices that the people from eden OPTIX sent me and all the data coincide are identical to those data on the first invoice on which I have and in whose possession I entered the said order, I first counted the people from e at all ti and when I told them what happened, they told me that they were not to blame and that the courier company decided that this order should be returned but those from enel OPTIX didn't do anything to them and simply told me is not their folt! 👎

we are very sorry that you did not receive both orders.
Because the delivery was only made for one order we filed a complaint with the courier company, but the parcel cannot be resent due to the "Cash at Delivery" payment method, where we no longer have this technical option.

This is my second purchase from edel - optics. I give them 10 stars for everything, from promptness, packaging & product quality. I ordered my Tom Ford Cassius on Sunday 16th April and received it on Tuesday 18th April. The package was delivered by UPS to Bucharest, Romania. The sunglasses was very well packed and quality bubble wrapped was used to avoid any damage during delivery. I am so pleased with their service and would highly recommend them to everyone else.
