Service with a smile
This was the second time that we had popped into the shop, first time we spoke to a gentleman regarding the batteries for my mum‘s electric chair. He gave us some really good advice unfortunately it didn’t work so we popped back in and spoke to a lady called Carol. Carol was so helpful. She told us all about the batteries using her battery putting that into our chair and then realising that there was nothing wrong with our batteries she also shown my dad how to use the Chair as he totally forgotten how to use it. He was so happy that he actually rode out of the shop. Carol was so helpful, she genuinely wanted to help .Thank you Carol

Father in law just had a pacemaker fitted. Called in for advise re a scooter. Carol listened to his condition and circumstances in which he would use one, including the local terrain. No hard sell targeted at the highest price model or anything that was over specified and with plenty of options and insightful suggestions later he has purchased the ideal scooter for his needs. Another positive visit

SUPERB & EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM PAUL WILSON AT MANSFIELD BRANCH
After poor health I was unsure what sort of mobility scooter I required as Id never had one in the past, so I popped in to the Eden Mobility shop in Mansfield with my wife about 2 years ago and was greeted by Paul Wilson who showed us each scooter and then before we decided, he walked round the market with me riding it, to make sure it was not only comfortable for me but also light enough for my wife to take apart and fit in our car boot. The scooter is excellent and last week I needed something so popped in to see Paul who is always helpful and friendly and polite and he able to send me away a very happy customer. Without Paul's help and support, I dont think id have bought and scooter and would have kept struggling but Paul's advice and business it has given me alot more inpendance and less falls on to rock hard pavements.

Been to eden in Mansfield we was made welcome by Paul. He showed my mum fold up mobility scooters which would be suitable for her. Paul was very professional very caring
They have a variety of mobility to suit all and other disability products . It's best to see for yourself .

Sitting on a cloud again
I needed a replacement pressure relief cushion and visited Eden Mobility in Mansfield. I explained the situation to Paul Wilson in the shop. He explained all the variations of cushion available and their qualities. In the end I selected the cushion that, given his comprehensive explanation, I felt would be most suitable and so it has proved I now have my comfortable seat back again. I cannot thank him enough for his time and effort to help me with my purchase.
