Sitting on a cloud again
I needed a replacement pressure relief cushion and visited Eden Mobility in Mansfield. I explained the situation to Paul Wilson in the shop. He explained all the variations of cushion available and their qualities. In the end I selected the cushion that, given his comprehensive explanation, I felt would be most suitable and so it has proved I now have my comfortable seat back again. I cannot thank him enough for his time and effort to help me with my purchase.

Just writing review say how good and welcoming Paul made me feel when coming to buy my 1st mobility scooter nothing was to much trouble he even let me a ride scooter out which made the experience even better and also Paul also as so much knowledge and seeing him also with other customers he gives them 100 per cent great service every time I’ve being into store fully recommend coming and buying from here

We visited Eden Mobility on Saturday 13th June to look at appropriate scooters for my husband. We spoke to a lovely youngish gentleman called Paul, he was extremely polite and very helpful. He clearly knew his stuff because he answered everything we asked and we asked a lot of questions. We were made to feel like not normal human beings and not invalids. Very nice guy and will be visiting for our accessories when we get the scooter he has sold us.

Fantastic service. Highly recommended
I went into Eden Mobility, Mansfield, with my mother in law and husband. We were looking for powered wheelchairs for myself and mum in law. We were acknowledged by the lovely Paul Wilson,as he was busy, and looked around waiting to be served. When he was free he gave us his full attention. He was very understanding of our needs and gave us as much time as we needed, he even went past his home time! Hope he didn't get in trouble with Mrs Wilson. We have been into the shop a couple of times previously and always got a very professional approach from him.
We came away extremely happy with our purchases and would definitely recommend Eden to anyone.

Paul was like a breath of fresh air
Paul was like a breath of fresh air. So friendly, knowledgeable and put us,at ease as soon as we walked in the store. He wasn't pushy at all and gave us lots of options to choose from.
A first class service from beginning to end and couldn't have wished firca better sales representative for my uncle.
I would reccomend here and Paul's fantastic customer service to anyone.

Riley delivered scooter and helped show me it's functions and watched me trial ride it .He answered all my queries was polite in my home and when he met my neighbour .
