Riley delivered scooter and helped show me it's functions and watched me trial ride it .He answered all my queries was polite in my home and when he met my neighbour . He explained about snap finance paperwork and what I was required to fill out from yourselves .He was very personable and swift on the delivery making it a very pleasing experience.

Absolutely brilliant experience with Paul Wilson at Eden Mobility Mansfield. We were shopping for a mobility scooter for my dad with no prior experience. Paul was super helpful, knowledgeable, polite and put us both at ease. Dad had chance to try the scooter in the shop. There was zero sales pressure and we were able to organise a FOC home demo too! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eden Mobility and Paul to anyone. 5 stars!

Wanted lightweight mobility.
Didnt know much but was looked after by mansfield branch, Paul Wilson
Went through different ones, really liked Eden Supa Carbon lite scooter.
Paul made sure I knew everything about it before I purchased it.
He was knowledgeable, polite and even funny.

4 wheel walker fact finding
Went in to research 4 wheel walkers, as mum needs to upgrade from a wobbly 3 wheeler. Paul Wilson took the time to explain every walker giving me time to consider. Paul took on board all my exacting requirements and I took away the Alerta 4 wheel folding Rollator which mum loves!!
