4 wheel walker fact finding
Went in to research 4 wheel walkers, as mum needs to upgrade from a wobbly 3 wheeler. Paul Wilson took the time to explain every walker giving me time to consider. Paul took on board all my exacting requirements and I took away the Alerta 4 wheel folding Rollator which mum loves!!
honestly the best buying experience in a long time so thank you Paul!

First time looking for a mobility scooter had no idea what we needed but Paul in the Mansfield shop was very helpful and sorted us out for a scooter that suited our needs. Paul was very patient answering all our questions

I have limited mobility at present and Paul came to my house so I could choose a more suitable wheelchair. He was brilliant, he helped me make the right decision for me without feeling pressured I would highly recommend.

Great shop, Paul was happy to give advice. He was very knowledgeable about mobility aids.
I visited Eden mobility Mansfield today as I was interested in a powered wheelchair.
My husband had visited the store a few days ago to get some information about the chair.
Paul Wilson who was the salesman recognised my husband which was lovely.
Paul listened to the reasons why I was looking for a powered wheelchair. He was excellent at answering our questions.
He demonstrated the chair and asked me to sit in it and have a go to make sure that it was right for me.
He seemed very knowledgeable about the chair.
Paul had a lovely sense of humour that also helped.
There was an extensive collection of mobility aids on display including manual wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
The shop was clean and plenty of room to try out anything.
Paul was very knowledgeable about the motability scheme aswell.
There was no pressure to buy or make a decision.
I would thoroughly recommend visiting Eden mobility in Mansfield and is definitely worthy of the 5 stars I have rated. I would give 10 if there was an option.
