Fabulous
The ladies in here are absolutely fantastic, not just their customer service but they really look after my dad.
He goes in centre everyday and they welcome him in the shop and give him his favourite drink a cup of milk and keep him company.
My dad's scooter was robbed and they went above and beyond to find the scooter, my dad struggles with technology and they always help with anything he needs from sorting his insurance out to getting his repairs fixed for his Gatsby
Thank you ladies he always talks about you all and would be very lonely if it was not for you company

FEELING WELCOMED
I briefly one day went into ur shop in BRANSHOLME center hull )EDEN Mobility)and was approached by Debbie ur sales assistant I told her what i was looking for I looked and told Debbie I was in a rush and i would be back another day after her showing me a product I was interested in then today 20/2/26 i returned and again Debbie was the sales assistant she was very polite very helpful I tried all the rise and recline chairs out numerous times Debbie had another couple come in whilst I was there I told her it was fine to help them while I continued looking when they left Debbie asked if I’d like a coffee which I accepted I’d been in the shop a few hrs been made to feel comfortable and welcome Debbie went above and beyond to help me I did purchase a rise chair (Hamdon)which I’m looking forward to receiving

Excellent customer service. My mum was very reluctant to admit that she really would benefit from using a mobility aide. She had become increasingly unsteady and slow whilst walking and lacked confidence in her ability to go out alone. On a random trip to North Point she stopped and had a look in the window (a major step forward) then went in. The warm welcome and gentle approach of the staff helped her look without any pressure. She found a walking frame with wheels that she liked which we bought and the change in her confidence was amazing. Thank you Davina for all your help

I attended Eden mobility in Northpiont shopping centre last Wednesday to look at the electric wheelchairs and I was helped by Sarah she was so helpful even though I did spend a lot of my time crying about my situation and she was so lovely to me I picked out a chair and had it delivered on the Friday thank you so much for everything Sarah :)

Recently visited this lovely establishment in the North Point Shopping Centre on Bransholme, in Hull with my elderly brother in law . He had previously bought other mobility equipment from this store so knew what to expect with the amazing reductions , courtesy, friendliness and general care for their customers.
The lady in charge , Sarah ( not sure if she was the owner or working there ) could not of been more helpful, not only did she make an offer on my relatives part exchange vehicle but also suggested other places to sell or where to sell online too.
